      CUSTOMERS BEWARE! This business is pathetic. Under NO circumstances will they honor their warranties! They are your typical commercialized company using loop holes and cop outs. I will never let this company work on my property again.

      This place rips people off and are dishonest!!
      When I asked how much the service would be before they came I was told that they have to assess the situation.
      Now I spoke with a manager and was told that each job has a flat rate fee that is charged. You are paying for the vehicle that they drive and mileage - this incorporated into their labor charge.
      I found their fees to be unreasonably high compared to other similar service providers in the market. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and overcharged for the work performed.
      One of the issues that I did call about was NOT fixed.
      I needed help with install the inside of toilet tank. I had a ballcock assembly that I just purchased and was unable to hook it up correctly. They did not use that as they said they use a newer thing. THE NEW STUFF WORKS LIKE ****> CONSTANTLY HAVE TO ADJUST AND READJUST AS I HAVE THE SAME THING IN ANOTHER BATHROOM. They did not change the shut off valve which is the first thing I wanted done. Now once again any issues with that toilet I have to shut off the water for the whole house.

      Was here for 1/2 hr. put a snake down the drain in the kitchen. $600 When I asked why the high price, was told that was the way it is. Way out of line. would never call them again.

      SCAMMERS,SCAMMERS,SCAMMERS They will tell you that your drain is clogged to the point that you need a HIGH -POWERED PROCEDURE to make you spend more money. Charged me $1300 when all I needed was a regular snaking . And clog still came back.!!!!STEER CLEAR of them!!!!

      I paid 10,000 to fix my drain in the center of my lawn. The tech that came cut my sprinkler system and didn't fix it before back filling. Tried to call them and send them email and let them know about my sprinkler but not responding on both. Unprofessional company, I regret to get their service.

      Terrible business. Just out to take your money. Had them out a week ago to clear line and said it was warranted to stay clear. Clogged up again and they won't fix it unless I pay $3000 dollars to clean lines. What a joke company.

      I don’t even want to give them 1 star they are some really crooked people. I wish my husband and I had looked up some of these complaints first. These people know how to manipulate the elderly. They broke a window when they put the humidifier on the window and now refuse to pay for the damage window. The safety manager stated that it could have have been a manufactured issue. What a crock of crap. DONT hire this company. .

      Absolutely outstanding service and such nice people completing the work. I will always use Roto-Rooter for all of my plumbing and water clean up!

      Trying to get a calcified hose off the connector and the pipe split. I had to shut the water off to my house so it made it a little bit of an emergency. But roto rooter came out and first quoted me $500 to fix it. Then got told they could do it for $400 plus parts. I never seen an itemized list for parts but it was $57 and change on the paper. They charged $400 in labor. This job took less than an hour to fix. My sister called to ask their hourly rate and was told they do t have one. Horrible company and not sure how this is not illegal. They are taking advantage of people that do t know the job. DO NOT USE THEM!
