7 phone calls yesterday, 2 so far today even after telling them to not contact us again. They have been told every time not to contact us and the phone calls get worse. It is harassment at this point. This company has done this to multiple companies and it needs to stop.Business Response

We are still getting calls every singe day even though we continuously tell them to stop calling. We continue to tell them to remove us from the call list and filed a complaint with the BBB and it does not stop. We are trying to run our business and the harrassment from TQL is absolutely ridiculous.

Around Nov 2022 I inquired with TQL abount transportation services. Nathaniel G***** was my assigned sales person. After a few conversations and some preliminary customer questions were answered, I decided against using TQL's services and went with a different company. I advised Mr G***** of my decision. He was very forceful in demanding to know why. I just told him I did not like his company's policies and i was no longer interested his services. He continued to be relentless is his pursuit of my business, and continued to call me daily, as well as send daily emails. I dodged his calls for weeks but after growing weary of his countless voicemails, I told him again on the phone and in emails to remove me from his contact list. Over several consecutive days he demanded to know why and that I needed to fill out documentation to be removed from his contacts. Remember, I did NOT use his company's services nor contract to do so. I simply INQUIRED. I reminded him of this and after several more interactions, I threatened to report him for harassment. Contact ceased for a month or two but resumed again in the same unrelentless fashin. Daily phone calls and ersonal voicemails prompted me to send a text threatening to report him again for harassment, and I blocked his number from my phone. I still receive daily calls and regular voicemails that appear on my phone logs. Mr G***** is not using automation, but calling in person. He refuses to leave me alone, after nearly 7 months since my initial contact.Business Response

After a series of incidents with TQL I ended my business relationship with them in 2018. They have repeatedly contacted me after numerous conversations and request to cease contact with multiple managers. In the last five years they have continued to contact me nonstop every month, despite requests to cease contact. At this point myself and others who work with me feel our time is being stolen and that we are being harassed by TQL. We need them to cease contact and after 5 years of harassment we are unsure how to acomplish this.Business Response

Business's response is blatant lie - their rep Joe with phone number ###-###-#### called AFTER TQL submitted a resolution that we are added to Do Not Call List.
The burden is on Total Quality Logistics to add ALL numbers associated with our business **** ***** ******* **** **** *********** ** ***** to their Do Not Call List.
When I told the rep there was BBB compliant and that TQL notified that we were on a Do Not Call List, the rep Joe said "Oh I was not told this" I am not responsible for the internal issues at TQL.

This company will not stop calling us despite my explaining that our company does not do any shipping and to please take us off their call list.
At least once a month for the last few years a representative calls our company. I always explain that our company does zero shipping through trucking and to remove us from their call list. I block the phone number on our system. They get around this by a different representative calling us on their cell phone.
