      I have asked them at least 5 times to put our company on the do not call list. They continue to spam our company with unwanted phone calls.

      TQL gave me a quote for 1 day shipping to ship 4 pallets of tools from South Carolina to my house in Kentucky on 6/26/23. Long story short everyday that went past the delivery date they continued to say “it will be there tomorrow” they got it to a hub in Indianapolis with several other promises during all of this and by day 11 I had to rent a truck and get the stuff myself. When I asked TQL to make this right they first offered me 157 dollars in their words “to get this over with quickly” i replied “that doesn’t even cover the cost of the rental never mind the cost of the service I paid you to provide” they later called me back and said that not only was I not getting a refund but they were billing me another 500 dollars because there was a weight difference. This has to be a scare tactic on their end to get me to drop it. This was my first time ever doing business with them and with shipping freight I know nothing about that stuff that’s what I thought I hired them to do was get something shipped and help avoid issues like this not just completely screw me over.

      Hello ****** we have
      spoken with our internal departments regarding this matter. The “1 day
      shipping” option was for an LTL shipment, which was explained that those can
      take longer than expected. The product being shipped was quoted for 48”x40”x42”
      and was larger in reality (with one pallet being 80 in wide). Therefore, the
      carrier was not able to transport it on the first day expected due to the size
      discrepancy. This also caused the change in price. If you have any further

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ** ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

      TQL is still not answering or addressing my issue, last time I have spoke with them TQL stated that all commications are recorded so where is the documentation or audio file that shows there was confirmation that my shipment was going to be in Cincinnati by 11pm on 7/6 and then would be delivered to me on 7/7/23? When I spoke with the hub in Indianapolis the stated the did not receive any request or any sort of instruction from TQL to get that to Cincinnati, in fact the hub had my shipment scheduled to get loaded on a truck on 7/7/23 only to go to two more locations before it would be delivered to me which wouldn’t be until 7/12/23 which is 16 days after the original quote I was given. Where is that information or was that another lie or lack of competence on TQL’s part. Above all can anybody honesty tell me they did their job as promised and if you were the customer would you be satisfied with this result and recommend your services to others? Also I see the inspection date(s) on the information provided and I question those dates because you just so happen to test both scales that often?

      This business cold calls every day to sell transportation services. They have been told several times we do not wish to do business with them. They have called over 12 different employees daily harassing them for new business.

      There aggressive tactics are very unprofessional and it needs to stop. Not sure what else we can do as a company to have them stop, so I'm reaching out to you for help. If there is anything you can do it would be very much appreciated.

      I am unsure of how Total Quality Logistics found our contact information, but they have HARRASSED us constantly for months trying to get our business. We have our own fleet of trucks - we do not need them. They have been told via email multiple times that we are not interested and to remove from our list. Their response was to not take no for an answer and doubled down on the harassment in the same day. I have my own customers I have to take care of, and it's become a burden with them ringing our phone everyday multiple times per day. We want the calls and emails to stop immediately as we requested multiple times!

      this company keeps calling us about their service. we told them that we are not interested and what we do have nothing to connect with them. but they still call us and the person is also very rude. we have no time to take the calls, it is not even worth our time to hang up. so please remove us from your contact list permanently.

      We have consistently asked this company to stop contacting us; their prices aren't comparable to what we are currently using. It does not matter how many times we explain this, they keep calling. We are becoming frustrated because it takes extra time out of our day to tell them no, just for them to call back again in a matter of days. At times they want to question my response and ask further details about logistics, which leads to more frustration. I have spoken with the owner of our company, personally, and he is not/will never be interested. We would just like for the calls to stop, immediately.

      I have repeatedly requested to be taken off their call list. They call several times a week even after I told them they would not be a good fit for our business. I have them blocked on my cellphone but still receive voicemails from the weekly. This has been ongoing for a few years. We have never done business and have zero intentions of using them.

      I have requested DO NOT CALL from TQL sales callers multiple times, they constantly harrass me with their solicitations even though I've requested to be removed from their call list on numerous occasions. Continue to call me and you will be getting cist and decease from my lawyer after this if it continues.

      I had a bad experience with this company TQL (Total Quality Logistics) with one of the first three imports I did with them. I decided to use their service after one of their brokers kept calling me. Once I decided to use their service the broker resigned and I was contacted by another who would service me. With this being the case, I asked the new broker for his supervisor’s name which he gave me the name Fawnie W******. I decided to put the supervisor’s contact information as well as mine on the BL in the notify party box so I would be sure to be notified when the shipment came in. I was not notified until the shipment had already accumulated over $700 in storage charges which was no fault of mine since I was not notified. When I confronted Fawnie W****** and asked to be reimbursed for the charges she refused to accommodate me and just brushed me off.
      I will never do business with this company again They are irresponsible and very difficult to deal with.

      Problem:
      Total Quality Logistics is a forwarding and logistics company, I decided to try their service which was a mistake. The company did not inform me when my product arrived at the port there for costing my more than $700 in unneeded storage fee. The company refuses to compensate me for the damages which was clearly negligence on their part. I did file a previous complaint with BBB and the company TQL did respond but to a completely other subject than what my complaint was about, there for causing BBB to close the complaint. However the issue is still not resolved. I am waring any company that has logistics needs to steer clear of doing business with this company Total Quality Logistics.
