      This company has called every day for the last 6 months. We ask every time to be put on the do not call list. Rep Blake F********* emails and calls all the time. This is costing us a lot of money.

      Constant telemarketing calls, sometimes multiple in one day and almost every day. We are on a "do not call list" and have specifically requested to be removed from the list. They say they will but then call again. Sometimes right after we hang up.

      They constantly harass my company calling to get our logistics business. I have asked several times to be removed from the calling list. I even called the company back after getting 2 calls in a couple hour window and asked to be removed. They hung up on me.

      Total Quality Logistics is not a real company. It is a telephone scam of some type. They continue to call our business despite being told we are not interested. They waste valuable time and effort with their harassment.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below:

       

      One hour before receiving this response, I received yet another harassing call from "TQL" - same format, same nonsense. I doubt they have made any change, other than to note that someone live is at this phone number.

      It's simple. We were quoted a rate for our small business to ship some material. We provided ALL the pertinent data about what was being shipped and it's dimensions and weights (as we do for all shipments). We agreed to and accepted their quote, then weeks after delivery, ew are informed that the quote(x) is now going no longer cost "x", but now it is going to be "x times 160%". We've gone back and forth to no avail. We are paying the quoted amount and nothing more.

      They wont stop calling multiple times a day, and multiple times a week. They offer logistics services, I tell them I don't use or need those types of services. They waste my time, my employee's time, and refuse to stop calling. I've emailed and spoke to them numerous times. They have no respect for others time. I wish I could pester their owner who is worth almost a billion so he could better understand my frustration. Just because of their business practices I will never, ever, ever consider using their services.

      We have been getting harassed by this TQL for over a year. They call multiple times a week and it's different individuals every time. Over the last year, we have received emails from over 10 people regarding freight. This is not including the calls we receive from numerous others. Recently we sent out a request, to all the individuals who emails us, to get us off the call/ email list. Two days later, they called again. I asked the person on the phone to take us off the list. He said he would, yet again we received another call couple days later. Due to this harassment, we are filing this formal complaint.

      This logistics company refuses to stop call us. We have requested it multiple times, and reported it, yet the calls keep coming.

      We have been on their call list since 2016 and they call us several times weekly and sometimes more than once a day FOR THE LAST 7 YEARS! There is no way we would ever use them as a carrier because they have no respect for our numerous requests for them to stop calling. I doubt they would appreciate this same type of disregard towards themselves. We have things to sell too, but we don't call everyone incessantly and make a pest of ourselves! TQL, I hope you have enjoyed the courtesy we have extended to you by not calling you over and over and over to the point of losing your mind. I know you can figure out how to remove our number and our company name from your list permanently.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as I receive a response to my email which they invited me to use if I needed further assistance (attached). The original BBB response I received from the business stated they would remove a phone number that is not an active line of ours but did not list any of the numbers they have been calling, so removing the inactive number will not stop incoming calls.

      I get constant phone calls from these people on my private cellphone. I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling me and they refuse and have even gotten rude with me over my request for them to stop calling me. My cellphone is listed in the federal do not call registry.
