      Over the course of the past 30 days, this company has launched an extremely aggressive solicitation campaign against our business. I have contacted them on 2 separate occasions to be placed on their do not call list. The calls have not stopped and are literally every day. The calls themselves to not appear to be human because there is sometimes 90 seconds or more of silence left on our voice message system. This is disruptive to our business, and I have no desire to do business with this company. We need them to discontinue contacting us immediately.

      Rate confirmation for original quote fully paid in the amount of 950.79 for *** ******.

      Keep in mind that no logistics company will move a delivery without payment, so the additional charges due to their negligence are TQL's responsibility.

      Truck picked up our shipment on or around the 3rd of April, additional charges were charged for the delivery, then they rerouted our delivery back to its pickup location, and scheduled another truck to deliver around 6th of May. Please note attachment provided in this form for emails detailing some conversations with TQL, this information was already provided to them before they threatened legal action to pay bills we are not responsible for.

      Hello, the customer originally booked a load then changed the drop-off location once the load was confirmed. From there, there were multiple receiver issues from the customer that were discussed and approved with our team over email. All charges appear to be

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.

      The delivery address was only changed AFTER TQL failed to deliver to the agreed upon address, and TQL proposed re-routing the entire shipment after they could not secure transport that they had promised, a classic bait and switch situation resulting in over 300% increase in charges from our original quote. In what universe is it OK for a 3-day delivery to turn into over a month of excuses from TQL's Logistical team and the customer gets charged ridiculous fees due to TQL's inability to have a local carrier complete the original task at hand? Not this one.


      If TQL continues with this desperate attempt to extort funds for their scheduling errors we will present our evidence to a judge in claims court when the time comes and use every avenue available to ensure that potential customers are aware of our experience and avoid using TQL's services.

You confirmed that there would be a reconsignment fee on 4/5/24 since the truck was already enroute. The last-minute address change caused the rest of the delays and fees.       TQL actually bothered to look at some emails, so that's a step in the right direction. TQL has failed to acknowledge however, that their employee at no point in time notified us that such ridiculous fees would be included for their failure to find a carrier to move our load to a secondary location, and that they hit us with an invoice for 3 times the original quote after they spent a month with our shipment being held and bounced around the State. Emails and text messages clearly demonstrate that TQL could not effectively re-route for an alternate address very close to the original address, The distance from ******* ** to ************* ** is 97 miles, and they are responsible for rerouting the load all the way back to its original pickup location, and then back to ************* . In addition, TQL does not provide any service until an estimate has been provided, and the customer pays in full. I have the quote for services attached, that has been paid in full. TQL at no point provided an invoice during the period of time they had custody of the load for additional charges, if they had, we would have selected another carrier. No reasonable judge or jury will find the charges presented reasonable, and we will not be responsible financially for TQL's series of mistakes during the course of this delivery.

      We have repeatedly told this company that we do not require their services. I have told every caller that has called over the past several years (at least once a week if not more) to remove us from their call list. They will not stop calling. Most recently January 22 at 2:45 pm and I told the gentleman that our freight is customer routed and to take us off the call list. They called again today January 27th 10:01 am. Please remove us from your call list.

      For years we have endured constant calls from Total Quality Logistics. We have asked them to stop calling, yet they still call. We've asked them to put us on their DNC list, yet they still call. We have blocked their number, yet they still call. We have been nice about it, explaining to them that we have our own trucks and do not need their services, yet they still call. We receive multiple calls a day. But just now, I got a call and took the time to explain that they are wasting our time and theirs and ended the call. 20 seconds later they were calling again. This is harassment. It needs to STOP! We have multiple locations and phone numbers but they all ring to the same person. STOP!

      Despite being told repeatedly for years both verbally and via email, this company continues to call our business. We want them to STOP calling.       This company has continued to call my place of business when they have been told to discontinue the calls. This has been going on for years. I have spoken directly with senior leadership and there has not been any change. The company uses bad practices in attempts to contact us that hinder our ability to service customers. For example, TQL has called our sales lines and even signed up for a corporate account, only to try and sell their shipping solutions. This is not productive and certainly means we will never engage in a business partnership with them.

      TQL calls my personal cell phone number every day trying to drum up business with a company I no longer work for.
      I blocked their number years ago but every day my phone alerts me to a new voicemail from their sales reps. I have had it. Enough is enough!

      TQL continues to harass our business with constant calls to my office and now somehow has gotten my personal cell phones and is calling that as well. then they send harassing emails asking for our business. myself and our vice president have emailed them asking/ demanding to have a communication cease by phone and email, yet they continue the weekly unwanted harassing calls. we have blocked their domain to stop the emails. this is truly getting to the point of needing to involve a lawyer if this unwanted harassment doesn't stop. please remove my cell phone and Copenhagen imports in phoenix az business numbers.

      TQL has been been badgering my business several times a week with sales calls for the past three years. We've expressed to them that we are not interested in their services and to remove our business number from their call list. This is 100% harassment as they are interfering with my business's operation by wasting our time with their unwanted phone calls. We have informed them that they would be reported for harassment. Obviously that hasn't mattered to them either as they called back again today.
