      This is a logistics company that has been harassing us for business since 2017. Repeated calls and emails after we have asked and then demanded to be taken off their list.       We are not interested in working with TQL. Despite many request to their representatives to stop calling and put us on their do not call list. This is harassment at this point.

      Total Quality Logistics Spam Calls us on a weekly basis, we have asked very politely for them to stop calling. We have no interest in there Trucking Service, yet they continue to harass us. I have E-Mailed there Customer Service, but to no avail. They continue to keep calling our Business.

      TQL has been been badgering my business several times a week with sales calls for the past three years. I've expressed to them that I am not interested in their services and to remove me from their call list. Yet, they kept calling so I just started to ignore them. They recently switched tactics and are now calling from unidentified numbers pretending to be interested in my company's products to get me to answer the phone. This is 100% harassment as they are now falsely impersonating a prospective client and impeding my business's operation by wasting our time. This needs to stop otherwise legal action may be justified in this case.

      I was the primary contact for a business in *******. In the beginning, before we had phone systems, my personal cell phone was the main contact number for the company. I have been getting calls at least once per week, but often times multiple times a week for the last 9 years from TQL. Their phone number is blocked in my phone, but they use different numbers. I have asked repeatedly to have my personal cell phone number to be removed from their database and although assured it will be, within a week I'm getting calls from TQL. I am retired now and they continue to call and text. Is there anyway I can get them to stop calling short of hiring a lawyer and suing them for harassment?

      They are so intrusive, that told my shipping department manager I would fire him if he ever used TQL. TQL never got any business from me or the company I managed for 9 years.

      This company contacts me by email and mostly by phone 3-5 times per day to try to sell their services. I have talked with them directly and they were supposed to put us on a do not call list. They have not. This incessant phone contact is to the point of harassment.

      Total quality Logistics calls my company trying to sell us their carrier services EVERY SINGLE DAY. Not even once a day, most days is 2-3 times a day! We have asked repeatedly to stop calling we are not interested. But nothing works. We cannot block the phone number because they use a different phone number every call. I just want the calls to end.

      This company harasses my workplace weekly, for years! We have asked every single caller to remove us from their call list, they say they will then we continue to be called, emailed and harassed. We have countlessly told them we have no interest and they just don't care. They need to stop contacting our business immediately.

      TQL keeps calling my business when we've repeatedly asked them to stop. We've asked them to stop verbally over the phone multiple times, as well as emailing them about it.

      Often, when they call, they are dialing an extension in our *** that is for urgent shipping issues. That's causing people on my workfloor (in the warehouse) to drop what they're doing to answer the phone because they think it could be an emergency. No. It's just TQL calling.

      This has been going on for over a year. Just since October 1st, they've called us 12 times. We're a small company and our phones are for customers to call. This is just really annoying.

      Several times we've explained the situation to them, and they've told us they will stop calling. It stops for a few weeks, and then a new person starts calling us. Our number is ************, btw.
