      I appreciate the reviews on BBB. Got a call from this place today and didn't answer after reading them. I am on the do not call list with every single one of my numbers so I just reported them to the government. I don't think they will really care though because they've already been caught breaking federal law over paying their employees, what's one more broken rule?

      The sales rep "Bobby" not only continues to call our company after telling him repeatedly that we do not want to do business with him, he also rudely berated our secretary for fifteen minutes. Genuinely cannot imagine this company does any legitimate business, and if they call, you should hang up on them immediately.

      Please refer to literally every other review - these people do not understand that we never, ever need their services, nor that they are wasting both our time and their own by tying up our phone lines. We literally do not have time for this. Furthermore, even if we would ever need help with logistics, I'd rather carry the freight on my back than hire these annoying people. I wouldn't hire them to bring my mail in from the curb.

      This company has been calling and emailing our company for the past couple of years trying to get logistics business.We have explained to them at least 50 times, that we have our own trucks and that we rarely have the need to hire outside of our company.When giving them the opportunity to quote us, they are always higher than their competitors.When we did finally give them business, we needed them to pick up wood piling/utility poles and told them that they would need stanchions in order to secure the load.Of course they showed up with no stanchions and had to send another truck which delayed our delivery.They do this thing where they assign someone new to our account at least once a month, after we tell them to please stop calling and stop assigning new people to call us.Its the same corny jokes, it's the same ineffective sales pitch for a service that we already provide for ourselves and don't want.We have asked them at least 50 times to please remove us from their calling and email list, but they just keep changing employees to use as a contact person along with their sales people. I probably should have written this review 2 years ago, enough is enough!!

      This company calls my company multiple times in a day. We do not want to do business with them or will we ever do business with them. We have reviewed their company on different sites, and all say they would give them less than a star. They catch an attitude when we tell them to stop calling and ask to speak to someone higher up. I AM THE SHIPPING LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR. This company is a complete joke. They tie up our phone lines for important calls and business. I am sick of TQL.
