  I hired TQL to deliver an air import from *** international to Manhattan NY. Not only did they not make the pickup-----when I asked for a POD, they offered a POD from 6 months ago. When I told them this was the wrong POD---they sent this to me again. I learned this was not picked up, about 2 weeks later. I complained to TQL & learned the Airline had over 4400.00 in storage. I complained again to TQL, where it was escalated up the corporate chain-----they never resolved my issue---to date, 1 month later---shipment is still sitting at the airport & now has over 6000.00 due in storage----and no one from their corporate escalation has reached back out to me, or returned my emails-----disappointed here---******* * ***** ******* ***** ******

  Hello *******, the storage charges were not cleared on your end and TQL was not approved to clear on your behalf. When our carrier arrived to pick up the shipment they were denied because the storage fees weren't paid.   They constantly call us and harass us on a daily basis, even though the owner of the TQL called and apologized for the daily calls. He said that there would be no more calls to us as we are not interested in their service. Guess what? They continue to call on a daily basis. Do we have to report you to the **** Please stop the harassing calls.

  I get about 3-4 calls a WEEK from these guys. First off, I have no use for them at all and have told them that dozens of times. My manager, who has been at this company longer than I have, has told me that TQL has been doing this for years. We have them blocked, yet they still somehow wiggle through and call us. Absolutely horrible company with no respect for others. I wish I could give a 0 Star review.

  On Oct 2022 I Used TQL to ship 17000 lbs,16 pallets, prepaid. When the carrier picked up the load our warehouse used our own BOL in stead of BOL created by TQL.
  After the load was delivered, TQL asked me pay another $2500 since we used our own BOL. The sales rep told me he can’t solve this issue. If I don’t pay this bill, he has to pay it. The carrier was ***** and I had to talk to my ***** sales rep, and my ***** sales rep told me that was not a problem. When TQL sale rep (Daniel), ***** sale rep and me were in same email loop to discuss this, I was kicked out by TQL sale rep and told me the reason was that TQL didn’t want me to know the rates agreement between ***** and TQL.
  3 months later TQL still asked me pay $2500. This time the reason TQL gave me was that I paid for 1600 lbs, the exact weight is 13396lbs. I proved that I paid for 17000 lbs but TQL doesn’t want to admit they made a mistake and try to get another reason to charge me money.
  Today TQL asked me to talk to *****. I paid TQL to ship my load, once something happened TQL does not try to help their customer.
  I am a business woman and have been in business since 2014. Very disappointed with TQL’s unprofessional service. The way TQL treat me doesn’t show they respect their clients.
  TQL knows they made mistakes but tried to use lies to cover the truth.

  TQL "helped" us with a load in November of 2022. They arrived on-site late and are trying to charge us for the late fee, they also brought a truck that wasn't big enough to pick up the items, correct dimensions were provided. We spoke with our account rep and he told us these charges would be removed from the account and nothing further would be owed. Mind you, we already paid them $19,500.00 (already $3,000.00 over the original quote provided) for this job. They send us statements every so often that shows we owe them $5,000.00. Every time someone calls us about our account, we explain the situation to them (it's always a new person), and then we are left with no resolution. This company says they have over 9,000 employees that are dedicated to exceeding expectations, yet we can't get one person to resolve this issue or even follow up on an email... We will never work with TQL again. Giving one star, only because I have to in order to leave a review...
