      Team ******, including Matt ******- worst customer service ever! Sorry I have to give them even 1 star. Matt was extremely rude & highly unprofessional to both my husband and me. We were assured this deal would be expedited, and I finally had to get the Branch Manager involved, Mr ****** - who wouldn’t even call us to address the situation, only email. Then he too promised to keep us updated, but we had to find out from the Title company what was going on. They overpromise and under-deliver! Best mortgage team in the business nationwide is Khash ******* & his rockstar team at Liberty Mortgage!

      This company will not stop harassing me with phone calls. I have asked them 3 times to stop calling me, and they persist. They call 2-4 times a day. I do not even have business with them.

      If it were possible to give negative starts I would. We own a single-wide mobile home and asked about doing a cash-out refi. We began with one loan officer who after a few weeks came back and told us that it couldn't be done but had a way to help us out. He just stopped calling and would not return calls or messages. So I was looking online and filled out a form. To my surprise it was another loan office from Cross Country Mortgage. We began this process in April. It is not August and we still have not closed on our loan. He contacted us about a month ago now saying the same thing. Since it is a single-wide mobile home, a cash-out refi is not possible but he had a way of getting us our money. $1200 out of pocket and 6 months later (including the month wasted with the first loan officer), we still do not have our loan. I cannot encourage you enough to not do business with this company. Maybe it is because of it being a single-wide mobile home? But if any company chooses to treat its customers this way, I would steer clear!!!!

      I started the process with this company. But started getting very bad feelings when they repeatedly called me. I went with a different company and closed on a house. Cross-country mortgage continues to call me multiple times day grassing and call me from different numbers every time I block them. I've asked them repeatedly to remove me from their call list, they just hang up and call 5 minutes later.

      They kept calling me after several months, once my information was entered for second mortgage search. Each time, I told them to remove my name from their call list, they just hung up, I had to block them. And different people, different phone numbers kept calling me from Cros Country Mortgage, and hung up on me again without saying anything or removing my name from their call list. This is a very bad company, they don't seem to have a centralized system, they just randomly have people calling to bother people for months.

      This business has been calling me over and over and over! I love the company I have my mortgage in, I DO NOT NEED this Cross Country calling me!!!! Please stop calling me!!

      The post loan rating for customer service would less than 1 star if I could. It’s worse than dealing with a used car lot! When you call the answer is going to be what creates the least amount of work for whoever is answering the phone. God forbid you have any bank issues and a payment doesn’t clear in time. You will have to pay loan payments by cashiers check or western union for life of the loan

      Review is directly related to ******** *****. For 3 months we have been asking her to correct mistakes made by her. She called us weeks before we closed and told us we would be closing and getting keys the following day. She obviously has no clue why she is doing since we didn’t get keys for another 3 weeks and had to find a hotel for the next 3 weeks to live in. She also took it upon herself to add two different home owners insurance police’s which we never agreed to. So now one of the is coming after us for non payment when this was her fault. We have been asking her to fix this for months and nothings been done. I’d run far away from this company and her

      I must say Peter C and his team in cross country mortgage is very helpful when it was time to buy my first home. He was very patient he explained everything In detail. I am very thankful to them. If you are looking for a mortgage company please use Cross County mortgage speak to Peter C.

      Representatives you speak with following a death of the loan holder have no clue what they are even talking about . I spoke to 3 different people and finally some help from the last representative. Get your employees some better training it’s worst enough dealing with a death but working with people who have no idea the process and what you need to submit make the process worst . O/10 don’t recommend this company
