      They keep calling me after I told them I was not interested. I used the call menu and pressed 9 to add me to the do not call list and also talked to 2 different reps and asked for them to add me. Still calling. Always from a different number so I can not block. This is starting to be harassments

      I will never used this company and advise anyone else to. They approve our loan and then came back a month later and denied it after we invested money. When we tried to contact them no one would answer our calls or emails. They are crooks and scam artist that don’t know how to run a business.

      Laughing my *** off when I see a one star for a company ,crosscountry Mortgage. We refinance a couple years ago and country Mortgage sells our loan. I don’t know how many damn times now that I want paperwork sent to me I’m finding that their email address don’t exist their phone numbers you get a runaround trying to talk to an agent and you can’t. This is not a one star it’s a zero star this company is a joke. Since we refinanced with this company, CrossCountry Mortgage, we are paying 200 extra dollars a month when we are in a fixed rate. We had Wells Fargo before they never transferred our loan With anyone . I would have to say four or five times our loan got transferred and now they transferred back to CrossCountry Mortgage where we first started in the beginning since we refinanced!!! Every time the loan got transferred we never got any paperwork. For a mortgage company this sure is a screwed up company and you can tell by all the one stars the people are leaving there’s a reason for people stay away from this company what a big headache interest rate is high. Otherwise I would go back to Wells Fargo. I wish somebody would investigate this company. February 16, 2024.

      Cross Country Mortgage debited my checking account twice for the same month/charge! This was an error in their bookkeeping & I called them to notify them of their mistake as it impacted dramatically, my ability to satisfy other liabilities with this account.
      I called & talked with their customer service on Monday, February 12, 2024. I was told until the latest payment cleared my bank, they couldn't issue credit.
      I talked with my bank, Huntington Bank, the following day & confirmed my payment had cleared. I then called Cross Country Customer Service on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, to let them know it had cleared. Together, CCCS & I called my bank to confirm payment had cleared. I was told then, upon confirmation, that my account would be credited the redundant amount that was charged me, & this would be completed within forty-eight hours.
      I waited until Friday, February 16th & discovered there was no resolution. I called Cross Country Customer Service(CCCS) & checked on the status of credit. There had been no payment made & no attempt to resolve the issue whatsoever!
      I asked to talk with the supervisor but was told he was too busy to talk with me. Meanwhile, my checking account is short a substantial amount due to their error.
      If I had my choice, I certainly would not do any further business with Cross Country Mortgage. I would dissuade anyone from considering them for any kind of loan.
      They lied to me several times & I am confident my circumstance will not be rectified!

      The most dishonest and misleading company i have dealt with they will tell you that everything is fine in the beginning and then right before closing say they need more information after the loan officer said it was fine in the beginning and the loan officer will ghost you do not ever apply for a mortgage from this company ive lost over $400 dealing with them now I know why they have horrible reviews

      Just did a refinance loan. They were alright initially. The process went smoothly. But, I dealt with two people. The initial person was okay when I first started dealing with her but ended up being very condescending and often rude. Anytime I asked her a question, her answer was "I already told you this". That, to me, was not the answer I was looking for. I finally snapped and just said "I realize that, but why can't I ask a second time?". She had a snotty reply - but not an answer. I wish there was a way to bypass her! I ended up just emailing my questions so I didn't have to talk to her!

      Clueless...after numerous letters saying my mortgage was transferring from one Cross Country location to another and that there was nothing for me to do. Simply going from Cross Country to Cross Country, how hard is that???? Well the debit came out of my account today from *** ******, I called my bank and reported a fraud, I don't know a *** ****** and why did he take $200.00 out of my account. In over 10 pieces of correspondence, the name *** ****** was never mentioned. Turns out that is the parent company. Would have been nice to know.

      I applied for a HELOC through CrossCountry and it got quickly funded and then sold to Figure, a different company. Since then, I get daily mail, post-cards, from CrossCountry saying there's "a matter of importance concerning my mortgage" and have a mortgage ID, which is fake because it's not recognized by the automated system. I am tired of all the mail I'm throwing away from them.
      I do have have business with CrossCountry. They sold my loan to Figure, I pay another company. If CrossCountry needs to hash out something with Figure, then leave me out of it. I didn't ask to be sold or to be continued to be harassed after I've received my funds months ago.
      I wrote them a letter asking me to leave me alone.

      Worst company ever!!! Use someone else! From the moment we lock in the qualification to this very moment a million different pains in the butt. From the real estate agent that referred me to the lender to the underwriter to the company itself. WORST SELECTION OF LENDER I COULD HAVE EVER MADE!
