      I had a standy-by cash account with hunington. I was in the process of closing both of my accounts and paid off my balance on those. The balance was taken from my account and hit the bank as a zero balance and then the following day I was refunded the money that I paid off and then one month later was charged a late fee and was sent to collections. This is affecting me buying a house and I am not happy, I will do whatever I have to do to get this fixed. I have already filed disputes but it could take up to 60 days. My current bank told me that Huntington is able to contact collections to get this fixed and pushed through faster. When I contacted Huntington they told me that they are not able to do that. Even though it was their error they told me I have to sit and wait until it hits. This is not okay nor how a business should handle things. Fix YOUR error.

      A check I attempted to cash was placed on hold, and after some time, rejected. Huntington rejected the check because it was made out to my business. However, when I called in I was told by the Huntington representative that all I had to do was will out an "Affadavit of Endorsement" and the funds can be released into my account. I also received a letter from Huntington, that also mentions that I can fill out an Affadavit of Endorsement to get the funds released into my account. So I did as I was told by both the letter and the representative, and went into a branch to fill in the form. I spoke with *** ***** (Jackson MI branch), who had me fill out that form. I was told the money would be released after the form was entered. Days later, I went on vacation, and noticed the funds were not available despite me doing exactly what was asked of me, and also despite confirmation from two people that the funds would be released after the form was entered. However, I received an email from *** from the branch, telling me that there was no way that they can give me my money and they'd have to write a check to my business, which goes against what I was told when I called Huntington, and also what written in the letter I received from Huntington. Now I'm on vacation, with only $8 to my name. So now my vacation is ruined, and my trust in Huntington is ruined as I'm being told untrue information by the branch and my money is being held hostage even after I did everything asked of me.

      On May 10, 2022 I was approved for a recreational loan through Hunting National Bank for a 2021 Keystone Apline RV for exactly $72,365.59. I few days later I received a letter in the mail, dated May 11, 2022, The follow is an except of the letter:

      "Dear **** *******,
      NOTE: Enclosed are payment coupons to use for your first two payments.
      Sincerely,

      Enclosed with the letter were two checks (what the letter referred to as "coupons"). There was one check for $812.16 and $847.00. The checks looked exactly in the way a check does. I recall the following features on the checks:

      1. white box on the right with the above amounts pre-printed
      2. blank line for the date to be written in
      3. the "pay to the order of" was pre-printed
      4. the line for 'amount' to be written out
      5. payor signature line
      6. A checking account and routing number printed along the bottom
      7. My loan account number (pre-printed)

      I placed the checks into an envelope and mailed them in.
      The amounts were never credited. I contacted Huntington Bank and they started a lost payment investigation. I never heard back.
      I called back and was told the case was closed.
      Over several days I spoke with several phone operators including the following:
      Theresa, Lana, Erica, Bryan, Tasha (supervisor) and Rachel (Tasha's supervisor).

      I was explained the following:
      Huntington Bank has chosen to change the meaning of the word "Coupon."
      I had the employees read me the actual definition of coupon: 1. a voucher entitling the holder to a discount for a particular good or service.

      All employees agreed that coupon means discount.
      Rachel stated the checks were not coupons and like a broken record would only state my complaint would be noted. I asked to speak to Rachel's supervisor, Jared. Rachel said she would give me his email and phone, but decided to transfer me. I was placed on hold for 1 hour before I realized no one was going to answer.

      April 2022 I noticed several charges that were not mine. Further review of these aforementioned charges made me come to the conclusion that they were fraudulent and most definitely unauthorized. Referring to Huntington Bank’s website, the bank suggested that in such circumstances that the customer contact them by phone or write to them at an address6 that was listed on the site. I proceeded with the latter of the two options and sent a detailed letter listing the unauthorized charges and that I did not know some of the merchants, and that said charges were not authorized by me. I did not receive a response from Huntington Bank with regards to this letter. Due to the fact that I did not receive a response from Huntington Bank with regards to my April 2022 letter, I dispatched a duplicate copy of said letter during the second week of May 2022. I did not receive a response from Huntington Bank with respect to the second letter that I sent them.

      Due to the total lack of response from Huntington Bank I called their customer service during the early part of August 2022.. Subsequently she immediately credited my account for these fraudulent charges. During this call I also indicated to the representative that my account had incurred numerous fees over the last several months and that said charges has cascading, seemingly increasing each month.many of said fees would not have been incurred if Huntington Bank would have opened my letters and took appropriate and required action.

      \During the time span noted above my checking account incurred over $1600.00 worth of overdraft fees. When my account was opened at the downtown Columbus, Ohio location I did not sign up, approve, or give any type of consent (express or implied) to be enrolled or participate in any type of program that would allow for the accrual of such fees.

      I would demand that my account be credited for the incurred overdraft fees, i never gave affirmative authorization.

      I am rejecting this response because: business claims that they have completed a thorough review.   This there are review only lasted a few hours with having the complaint in hand .   how throw is the review when it is only done within a couple of hours of having the complaint itself.  Additionally, how’s it through when you done such review without even speaking to the other party that is involved .   As with previous experiences with Huntington I feel that there is no good faith effort to provide reasonable solutions or adequate resolution to issues that arise.   It is correct that Huntington just called and left a message indicating that I should return the phone call and I have done so seven times today without a response either via email or call and response in certain .to address the answer this is not correct visit to call me that voicemail and return??I have several emails and messages as well no response business is assemblly is doing and not willing to deal with the customer issues and work complaints or violations they may have created

      I had a duplicated transaction happen on my old Huntington checking account on March 17th. Huntington closed my account by accident without any announcement in May. I am trying to pursue my money back for this transaction right now, and Huntington denied me the reason and said I exceeded the 60 days. But they closed my account within 60 days, which caused me not to do anything while I was working on recovering my account.

      07/28/2022 around 8:05PM till about 8:25PM.
      I deposit $2,500.00 into my saving account using the ATM that is located outside the New Branch
      *** ****** ***** ******* ** *****.
      The ATM was malfunction, there was no sign or any warning The ATM is out of order.
      The ATM has security cameras.
      I spend 10 minutes after I put $2,500 cash to get a confirmation. The ATM will not return my card & will not return the funds. It was just beeping and no option on the screen.
      I call the customer service number on ATM while I was there waiting for my card, they were closed. Finally the ATM return my card after 15 minutes and when looking on my Acct it only shows $280.00 deposit which is incorrect.
      I call the Bank the next day. The woman told me they can't do anything because the system was down & transfer me to customer service. They fill report #************** and said will take 2 business days for resolution. I call again Monday, Tuesday and today Wednesday 08/03/22; they have yet to correct my account.
      I want my Saving Account to be correct and I'll be done banking with Huntington as they careless about resolving 15 years customer issue and giving me running around.
      I will close both of my accounts as soon as this is resolved. Please also make the public to be aware of banking with Huntington as I'd not wish anyone to have the terrible experience I received from most of their representatives especially the Branch who will purposely ignore my calls.

      On July 7,2022…I received notice from Huntington that a charge of 10 was trying to go thru my acct. i blocked it. Later in the day I went to go get something and my card was declined. Checking my acct all my money was gone other than $4.13. I immediately called Huntington and told them. They told me it would take up to 10 business days to give me my money back. I’m a single mom. That was all the money I had til pay day. I requested it to be sooner and basically they told me no u to have to wait.

      1 week later I got my money back only for it to be taken away like a week later. I only got notice by mail. The reason behind it was invalid. A rep within their department took it upon themselves to add all my roblox charges from god knows when to current as part of the dispute causing my dispute to be denied. I called the day I got the letter or the next day. They said they would reopen the dispute and put a rush for my credit.

      ONE WEEK LATER I find out this happened but was never reopened. They had to reopen it for the third time and now are telling me it will take another 10 business days. This is absolutely ludacris as the reason they closed my dispute was THEIR mistake, not mine.

      I want my $80.40 back and I want Huntington to offer an apology for the obscene amount of time I’ve had to call and sit on hold and listen to their shenanigans. Im Tired. I’m a single mom. I don’t have hours to devote to this.

      They closed my account when I did legal disputes, sent them proof of everything with their paperwork and receipts. They are saying they never got anything and finding against me. Everyday they are adding negative charges to my account I can't see. They found against me when companies are refunding money. I am now up to a negative -$891. This is ridiculous. My account was closed out at a zero balance and now I can't see anything. They are just doing whatever they want to do here.

      HACKERs took money out of account without our permission. Bank was notified. Police report was made. Bank refuses to refund hacked accounts of $2000.00. ACCOUNTS have not been reimbursed
