      I opened a checking account with Huntington and got my direct deposit on 04/10/25. I was able to use it for *** *******, pay my phone & furniture bill, then when I went to get my medicine- my account was locked. Called customer service, they said go to a branch with my social security card. I told them I NEED my medicine. She said there is nothing they can do. Go to a branch. This is ridiculous!

      Huntington bank refused to give me my money in one bank account and with another account with them they fraudulently took money out of my account and after that they started sending me emails I repeatedly told them to stop contacting me in every form of contact whether it be email phone or mail they continue to contact me through email they need to stop contacting me

      A few years ago I disputed a stay at a hotel in *******. The **** merged and my dispute was mishandled. I received a temporary credit. My case was closed without an investigation. This left me with a negative balance by the time of its closure. The balance sat on my credit report for over two years! This year when I received my taxes; I was not sure whom to trust. Capital One was hacked so I went back to Huntington to see if they would open my account. They did. THERE WAS NO BALANCE. There were no messages that I owed anything from new account. Two days after my taxes were wired $2K was STOLEN from my account to pacify the debt from two years prior. I want every ***** refunded into my account and forgiveness of my debt. I loved my bank; but you did not fight for our family. You should have warned my account so I could decide how to proceed. Your actions were criminal.

      I honestly dont get why HNB IND is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it.       I disputed a pay in 4 from ******. The agent disputed 6 items, once I noticed I called to have the dispute on the 2 from Bath and Body Works closed because they were not part of the issue. I told the agent it was 4 charges for $54.

      Once the items from Pocket pharma arrived I called and closed that dispute as well. The Bath and Body Works credit was reversed on 2/11/25 and the Pocket credit was reversed on 3/12/25 and I have had to call several times and getting different answers from each person.

      ****** was on the phone during the call when 2 different agent told them the money was credited to me!

      Now afternoon todays calls to Huntington I was told there is nothing they can do if ****** doesnt have the funds they are done with it.

      ****** is saying the payment was reversed from them to Huntington on 2/2/25 and no credits have been issued so I owe the money again!! Between ****** and Huntington I am the only one that seems to want to find out where this money really is!!!

      This a complaint againist Huntington Bank regarding dispute #********. I received a provisional credit of $267 from Huntington.

      The reason I filed a dispute is because I was charged the full amount for a doctor office visit. The merchant Sondermind admitted they should have billed my health insurance instead of me. The full payment of $267 was debited out of my checking account on 03/06/25.

      I immediately reached out to Huntington to let them know it was debited in error. I received a provisional credit and the debit was investigated.

      On 04/04/25 the provisional credit was reversed because Huntington claimed I did not provide proof that Sondermind should NOT have debited my account..they should have filed a health insurance claim with my insurance. I have provided emails from the merchant (Sondermind) admitting they made a mistake...the provider billed as self pay and the office visit charge should have been billed thru my health insurance (Medical Mutual) I spoke with ******** & ****.. both supervisors at Huntington. I was given wrong info on how to resolve.

      Today 04/08 I spoke with another supervisor ****** ****** and advised that if the dispute department would have read the entire email from the merchant is states plainly that they made a mistake in billing me the patient instead of my health insurance which is Medical Mutual.

      All I want is the $267 put back in my bank account as this was not my fault.

      I am rejecting this response because: It has not been resolved to my satifaction. They are charging me for something I had no control over. It was the merchants fault as they chose to NOT bill my health insurance...the merchant chose self pay ( TO BILL ME). Self pay is billed at a different amount. My insurance paid the claim for the doctor office visit however it was billed as a different amount. I have provided the bank with ********* THEY NEEDED. The bottom line is the amount debited from my checking account should not have been debited. The provisional credit of $267 provided by Huntington should not have been reversed.

      I was charged 3 different times on my voice credit card charges I didnt make so I did receive items, but I put return to sender on these items and I have tracking numbers to prove that in the bank is charging me withthese items and Ill list the amounts below!

      Huntington national Bank is allowing charges on my credit card that I refused items were sent to my home so I refuse delivery and I have trackingnumbers for these items. Huntington national Bank is still charging for these items that were refused by me and sent back to the merchant, Huntington ***** is still charging for these items that I did not make And I do not have my possession. Im to get a full refund for each item.

      Huntington Bank is not giving me refunds back on items. I did not order and items that I put return to center because I did notmake the purchase and I have proof of that. This one will be $427. I put return to sender on this item And Huntington Bank is still trying to charge me for the item. I contacted the **************. The item was delivered back to the seller on March 1 at 1:28 PM as you can see by the tracking it still has my name attached to it because I put return to sender on it so the merchant does have the item like the postmaster said it cant be in ******* and an AKRON on the same day so the is misleading you saying she did not get it when she absolutely did get the item. Huntington Bank is signing with her and not me. I refuse the package as you can see that when you track the package., again Huntington Bank is siding with her and not me. I dont have the item I want my money back.

      I have more proof to show you because Huntington Bank is not working with me. Im getting my money back. I want to thank you very much forhelping me. Im hoping to get all the tracking numbers that I have for you and the proof that I have for you today I did forward everything Huntington Bank. They have not credit my account as of yet everybody loves the Better Business Bureau Im hoping to get all three purchases returned me for the money that Huntington Bank has done nothing about so I have some more proof for you. This tracking numbers are all through **** *************** Tracking number ********************** has been delivered to the sender , $427.00, tracking number ********************** is in route to the sender $1,28655 Tracking number ******** ************** was returned back to the sender $399.00 all the amounts that I just listed is what Huntington national Bank needs to adjust off of my account and they have not done so as ofyet, the $1285.55 was refused by me, the $427 was refused by me and sent back to the person, at $399 I had to purchase a label. It has been delivered back to the person. I will show you the uploads of the **** tracking.I dont understand why Huntington Bank will not do anything about this.

      I put my into my account Friday 4/4 within a couple hrs I go to try to log into my account to unlock my card it gave me the run around and wouldnt allow me to log into. I tried using card it denied me I tried calling it thats when it told me a balance or 0 bucks when its shouldve been ******************************************************************************* the branch was told my account was randomly closed and now they dont know where my money is and why the account was suddenly closed Ive asked them to do everything to find it and I havent gotten a clear answer that was my bill money now Im out of luck and still not sure where my money went? And why was my account closed! Hopefully i can get some Clear answers
