HUNTINGTON BANK VIOLATES CUSTOMERS RIGHTS AND UNFAIR TREATMENT OF SENIORS. HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY INTERACTION ON MY PART BECAUSE 0F A FRAUDULENT ACCUSATION FROM KEYBANK WHICH IS MY EX-HUSBAND BANK. I NEVER HAD THE CHANCE TO SPEAK WITH ANYONE OR SHOW PROOF 0F ANYTHING. MY ACCESS TO MY FUNDS, ON-LINE, AND ********** WAS TAKEN AWAY. I HAD TO RUSH TO SOCIAL SECURITY AND CHANGE MY BANKING SO MY RETIREMENT MONEY WOULD NOT BE LOCKED IN HUNTINGTON SYSTEM. I AM 66 YR OLD BLACK FEMALE LIVING ON FIXED INCOME. HUNTINGTON, KEY BANK, DOLLAR BANK AND ZELLE PRACTICES ARE UNJUST AND NON-CARING. I WILL NEVER USE ANY OF THESE BUSINESSES AGAIN. I HAVE MOVED MY BUSINESS TO CHIME BECAUSE THIS TREATMENT THAT I HAVE RECEIVED FROM HUNTINGTON AND OTHER BANKS RECENTLY HAS LEFT ME ANGRY. I HAVE NEVER IN MY ************************************************************** SUCH A DEGRADING MANNER, AND TREATED AS A CRIMINAL.The Huntington National Bank

Do not and I ***eat DO NOT. Open an account with them! Ive had my account with them about 4 months. I try to go login my banking app and I was not able to log in. I call and spoke with a *** just for them to tell me my account is on hold and Huntington is ending my relationship with them! No warning no anything! He would not tell me why , but told me to look out for a letter with the reason as well a cashiers check with my funds that were in the account. I am so upset and the holidays are coming up! I can not afford to wait for my money I work hard everyday for! I also tried to go to the bank to withdraw the money from my savings and they would not let me because of the hold! I read so many reviews that they will close out your account suddenly, but I wanted to believe in some of the good reviews I did see and other recommendations! I will never recommend this bank to anybody! I have yet to get the letter stating why it was closed and I have not gotten an answer from anybody! Im thinking of getting a lawyer involved!The Huntington National Bank

Their internal system with checks and holds as completely unacceptable. I have deposited two large amounts via check And a hold was placed understandable. What is unacceptable is a few days into the hold, the amount the check was worth, was withdrawn from my account. It was never deposited just withdrawn, leaving me negative since the check amount was more than the money I had in the account at the time. First time it happened, went to the branch since it was still open was told it would auto correct itself tomorrow, but unfortunately, for the rest of the day, I have no access to my money. They are sorry, but its an internal error and theres nothing they can do about it. I was upset but understood mistakes happen. The next day, my account was back to the amount it was at correct amount. Nothing was wrong with my check, the funds were deposited eventually. The problem is Huntington. I deposit a check last Wednesday and It was withdrawn from my account on Friday leaving me negative yet again and no access to my money. I am still in the process of getting this one resolved. This was not a human mistake or error. This is an internal system process and something needs to change. I have now spent so much time calling and going to the branch to get this resolved its stupid. dont withdraw a check you didnt give me the funds for. Dont take access away from me for even a minute to my money due to a major flaw in your system. Its not right and I am finding out this happens quite often to their customers from their employees I have spoken too. The current check had 2 holds - verified funds which was taken off and endorsement. The check was made to my husband, and we went to the bank and filled out the endorsement paperwork, but still no money for this check. The department that reviews said form does not even have a number internally for their own employees to call and talk too just email. The reason I knew about the form is because I called. I had the worst experience today I have a second mortgage with them and today I open my account and in horror see that all the payments that I've made timely since August Huntington labeled as misplaced and took off of my account. It didn't go back to me so where is my money , basically they stole it. 3 hours on the phone with them today from insurance to customer service and back and forth no one could explain what happened no one knew who took all my payments and removed them and labeled them as misplaced I have done everything right . Tried to ask for a supervisor and no one called me back I have screenshots and proof of it all who took my payments and labeled them misplaced and where did they go??! They are doing what they want with my account I didn't do it and then 3 hours on the phone and no one helping . Huntington stole my moneyThe Huntington National Bank

**************** are rude and they made it my problem when they lost a check from the company I bought a camper from that got totaled. I gave them all the requested information and they still couldn't find the check and I am being charged for their mistake.The Huntington National Bank

They advertise online banking. Sign up! But what that really means is. You won't actually have an account until you go into an actual branch. Which would defeat the whole purpose of doing it online. Also I'd like to complain to someone in corporate about a customer service representatives attitude. Her name was ******. I called customer service and received the most unprofessional customer service. She managed to say, she doesn't have time to argue with me. She has better things to do. I called this Saturday 11/16/2024 at 1:45pm EST. I would just like to let everyone I know, as well as corporate. The type of customer service being provided here at **********************. My name is ********, I contacted Huntington to fix my problem. Instead, after being treated poorly by ****** this Saturday. I won't bank here, nor recommended to my children or anyone I know. No wonder these banks are limited and closing alot of branches. Terrible customer service! Please go to **********, or a credit union. Do not bank with Huntington they will terminate your account whenever they want for no apparent reason. My wifes account was hacked. Someone tried to deposit a Bad check for four grand and made $3000 worth of ***** purchases before they realized it was a bad check.. before freezing the account because it was fraud, they just terminated the account not only did they terminate the account, but they also terminated the joint account. My wife and I had together that had all of our bills on it. My wife had that account for over 15 years. Huntington cant do anything about it they never will, and we will continue to get hacked, we need to bring cash backThe Huntington National Bank

Unchecked Discrimination. I found out that the bank itself, can deem whether you are a good enough customer, for your check to be deposited same day. They have no real protocol for this, they just give themselves a scapegoat by saying that they dont GURANTEE same day deposits. Even though my company uses Huntington and our checks are THROUGH Huntington! After an hour on the phone with customer service (this is after the first rep hung up on me, p.s. I am as polite and respectful on the phone, as ****** *******), I was finally told by a manager that it is up to their discretion. After I brought up changing banks, she just simply told me, Well, theres no rules against having two separate banks accounts clearly telling me to F off and that she really doesnt care about my business. In todays economy, where a lot of working class Americans are struggling, for a bank to tell me Im not entitled to the money I worked my **** off for, until they deem I can have it, is beyond reprehensible. This is why people will continue losing their trust in the banking system, and I myself, plan on immediately terminating my account with **********************, but beyond that, I want them to be held responsible for this extreme bias of their customers. Allowing the bank to have this kind of power just really opens the door for racists, sexisms, misogynistic people to decide whether you should have your money today, or tomorrow. They are requiring Insurance Coverage from Prior years. I have shown them current coverage, and all personal coverage. This is coverage from prior years through my condo ***** They are charging me over $2500 in insurance when they know we are covered. I have sent them proof of coverage, but they have charged me anyhow and wont waive it until I prove prior years coverage for the condo ***** I think it's highly unethical to do this in arrears, and bill 1st until you prove differently.The Huntington National Bank
