      Horrible bank. Find another one. They are very prompt when it comes to processing payments, but when it comes to deposits, you have to wait a few days. When it comes to taking from you they’re 21st century. They roll the clock back to the 1950’s when it comes to your deposits. I can’t wait to close my checking account with them down. My advice: find a credit union or another bank to do business with.

      Dealing with Huntington Bank is the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a bank, I have a mortgage through them and through the years I have found them to be incompetent and frustrating to deal with, they do not think outside the box and do grade school level work, trying to just get a payoff statement was like I was caught in a bad movie, they said they could only fax or mail a payoff letter, I said nobody has faxes anymore can you mail it in PDF Form to my Email, no, can you tell me what the amount would be, no, can you send it 2 day mail, no, can you release my account so I can make a payment on line, no, they will send a letter, never got the letter it's the the 20th now, they said they sent it on the 3rd, I said did you use pony Express?, I never got it, can you give me the amount so I can get funds together by the time the stagecoach arrives, no, did you send it registered so you know I got it, no, we will have to send another, I sat on the phone 45 minutes and the geniuses still didn't have the info, they had to start all over again, I couldn't wait anymore and hung up, they finally told me the details of the letter, it had the amount and it will be due before I ever get the letter to tell me when the payoff was for, they are the stupidest dumbfuckers I know, I can see why they are going under.

      I'm writting to share seriously troubling experience I had at **** *** ** *** ******* ** ****** The level of service I received was not just below par; it was outright disrespectful and has left me feeling extremely upset. I came into the branch around noon. The place wasn't too crowded, and I saw a few staff members who appeared to be free. But here's the kicker – nobody came to help me. I waited for what felt like forever, about 30 minutes, before I had to cough loudly to get some attention. Finally, a staff member – a white woman with her hair in a ponytail – turned around. I wish I could say things got better, but they didn't. She looked annoyed right off the bat and when she asked me what I needed, her tone was anything but professional. I told her I needed to withdraw some funds and handed her my debit card. Then I waited again, nearly 20 more minutes, with no explanation or updates from her. When she finally came back, she asked for my ID. I had to run out to my car in terrible weather to get it. When I showed her my U.S. passport, she had the nerve to question if it was real. I was taken aback and assured her it was. But that wasn't the end of it. She then demanded I bring in my cell phone from the car, even though it was pouring rain outside. I asked if I could use another phone number I had on file, but she flat-out said no. I had to make another trip in the rain, which was frustrating, to say the least. When I came back, I asked her why she couldn't have told me all this in one go, so I wouldn't have had to make multiple trips in such bad weather. Her response? She got mad and told me to go to another branch and kicked me out. I'm still reeling from this experience. I've been a customer with Huntington bank. for a while now, and I've never been treated this poorly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I expect a formal apology from the bank. Because of her behavior today, I close my saving account today.

      I’ve been banking with them for years. Recently disputed several transactions from some leased furniture I received damaged. Items are discontinued and I never got them. Furniture store doesn’t do exchanges, says go through leasing company, leasing company does process refunds and says dispute with bank. Bank says “Network doesn’t provide purchase protection.”

      ********* ******s NMLS ID: #****** from Mansfield but and Agent in the Akron/Canton area was phenomenal! From start to finish she was very dedicated, and had effective communication throughout the entire process. In the very beginning, I was able to complete the mortgage application online and then meet with her in person to go over the loan process midway. She explain things very effectively and precisely during a couple rough spots that we had in our loan process **** made all the right judgment calls, and, she was able to cover any unnecessary changes. When our appraisal processed seem to take an extended amount of time ( over 14 days ) due to unforeseen changes with our buyer, **** is very dedicated to getting it finished and completed and process in a timely fashion, while keeping us up-to-date throughout the entire process. **** was also able to attend our closing, which I was very grateful for because she was a Main person in this entire process. I would highly recommend **** to anybody in the local area for her dedication + effective communication

      i filed a dispute for charges that were happening for months that i didn't know about. they were 8 dollar charges so my alerts mever went off. after filing the dispute, i just received 2 letters, 1 stating that 25 dollars of the 75 will be final credit and the other 51 (that was automatically credited to my account via computer system) will be charged back to me because it's beyond a 60 day period after a statement was mailed to me. if that's the case why have a computer system give that money back when the excuse after a statement is used to take the loney back but proving the fraudulent charges that were 60 days or newer?. DO NOT BANK HERE! SCAMS!

      They shut my personal and business account for no reason after 35+ years for no reason. I’ve had the same transaction. activity all these years. They didn’t care that the account balance was 7 figures. They are probably being investigated for fraud so they are shutting down good accounts to prove something to regulators.

      This is a review of Mobile Banking NOT a local banking center. I spent an entire morning to try to pay for tickets. Called bank to ensure there were no holds. Could not complete transaction so had to have someone else pay it (my name is on the account as an authorized person) and wanted to transfer money in the mobile banking. I was not able to add a bank with a Huntington routing number!! Thus I called customer service. They added me to Bill Pay. Guess what their solution of me putting money into this other person's account is: send myself a check!! Electronic banking FAIL.
