      Do not bank at Huntington Bank. Ever! I transferred $37,000 out of my Huntington HELOC and into my Huntington checking. Two days later I decided to cancel that particular transaction. I transferred the $37,000 right back from Huntington checking to the HELOC. THEY PUT A TEN DAY HOLD ON THE FUNDS, 12 days with weekends . THEIR FUNDS, WHICH NEVER LEFT THE BANK.
      Do not bank at Huntington.

      I am filing a complaint against this bank because I feel it is neglect in servicing their customers. I have contacted this bank about charges that were not made by me yet they continue to pay them out of my account. The only money I have is my social security so I don't need a bank allowing fault claims after I have made them aware of them. Now will have to find myself another bank but other need to know before joining this bank.

      They closed my account with 34 grand in it then mailed it to me via FedEx. They never even sent me a message about anything I had to log in and find out my money was gone. Not even a call or email if my check gets lost then what. Do not bank with this bank!!!!

      I would give a zero if I could. Terrible customer service and behind industry standards with technology. They disparage underserved people and communities.

      The first payment attempt never goes through. I pay my loan bill, a verification page shows up, but then then I get a late notice because i apparently didn't pay my bill. I have to go in a second or third time then it finally goes through. The debt collection they use never leaves a voicemail either.

      Good luck getting your lien waiver or title once your vehicle is paid off. It has been well over a month and still nothing. We attempted to get the waiver from one of the branches and told they can't do anything to assist. When we call they just say it was sent in the mail. But the date stated it was mailed was labor day. Someone wasn't paying much attention to the lies they are stating.

      I will never do business with them again they don’t care about people even when you make all your payments on time. When they make a mistake and they want you to fix it no matter weather you have anything to do with it or not. Do not get a vehicle loan from them because they have no idea what to do with the title when you pay it off they released mine to the wrong people. Them basically told to straighten it out so I would be extremely careful about borrowing money from them. just think if you buy a house then they send the deed to the wrong people.

      Horrible customer service! My husband and I are getting ready to travel to multiple states for several weeks. We wanted travel alerts put on our cards because we don't have any other credit debit cards. This is our one main form of payment, and we didn't want the embarrassment or inconvenience of charges being declined and then having to approve them via text message and recharge. My husband called the bank, and a representative helped him right away. He told my husband it was no problem. He asked if he was traveling within the continental US, and he asked for the travel dates and if he wanted the alert on all of his cards, and the representative then told him it was done. I went on chat twice and asked, and both times I was not helped. I was given the runaround and told it was 'no longer necessary'. When I pressed, they then changed their wording and said it was 'no longer possible'. They both told me to hurry up and get an alternative form of payment ready. I explained again we had none and were leaving in only a few days. They then told me it was something I was just going to have to deal with and to be prepared to approve charges via text message. I then went on Facebook Chat to complain and was told the same thing. When I pointed out again how my husband was helped and asked who was lied to, him or me, the representative wanted our information so they could 'coach the representative who helped my husband.' First of all, get your wording right. Being told travel alerts are possible, then being told they are no longer necessary, and then being told they are outright unavailable are three separate things. Second, it's not the representative who helped my husband that needed coaching, it's the ones that were rude to me. When is it ever good customer service to tell someone that this is an issue they are just going to have to deal with? Start allowing travel alerts across the board please even if they are 'not necessary', and teach representatives to be respectful.
