      They charged me for an ATM fee and another fee for looking at my account. You are allowed 2 ATM uses a month at non-Huntington atms. This was the one and only time I’ve used a different bank atm.
      If I had not called it to their attention, they would be keeping my money.
      Now I’m in the negative because of their lack of knowledge of their own business!

      Opened a new checking account, got the direct deposit. Using zelle for $5.00 transfer, succeeded. Then Zelle for $495, online access totally locked and told me to go to a branch which is 2 states away from me. You are making your customers life so much harder. If you were concerned about identity, why would you allow me to open an account so easily? How about asking people to verify their identities before fully open the account.

      They approved my company for a $250K SBA loan. I had to use it before 6 months expired. Since I didn't have an immediate need for it, I wound up not using it. In my book that is called being fiscally prudent. After 10 months I did need it, but was told I had to re-apply. Since my company had grown 3x since the initial approval, I thought it was just going to be a formality. Boy was I wrong !! They wound up not approving it for a number of ridiculous reasons that somehow didn't matter the first time around. Underwriters are either incompetent or were told not to approve any more loans since the banking industry is in turmoil due to terrible management.
      I wouldn't get anywhere near this bank even if it was the last one standing.

      I would definitely recommend using another bank if you are considering doing SBA lending. We have been waiting for closing on our SBA loan for months now due to poor communication efforts by the SBA Banker. We completely understand being short staffed but this is unacceptable.

      My account was put on hold for over 2 weeks as of 5/2/23 because I trusted someone and deposited a check that later was returned. No money was withdrawn from that check that was deposited into a savings account. My checking account contained just under $2500. Without notifying me they put a hold on my checking account took in 2 deposits one for pension one for paycheck but they refused to release any on my money. After over 2 weeks on hold they are closing my account sometime soon and will return my money from the account in 90 days leaving me with no money to pay my bills or for food or gas. As of today's date I have not received any written information about closing this account just a van statement shoeing my available funds. I have not had an NSF check on this account but because I was taken with a fraudulent check I have to wait up to almost 4 months to receive my legitimate funds from my account. This is not right to do to a senior citizen!! No notification that I can't use my own money checks bouncing because they eont release funds from my account that I wrote before any knowledge of any issue. This doesn't seem legal but definitely not right way to handle things. I just need my money now for food gas and bills and they refuse to release it. Not a good way of working with customers. I'm extremely upset and hungry

      I have been making regular on-time payments for more than the minimum amount on my LOC mortgage for the life of the credit line (approx 4-5 years; 3-4 years with Huntington after the initial bank sold the loan to Huntington). Because the minimum amount had regularly been a ~$200 less than $1000, I set autopay a while back to make payments of $1000 every month. Recently I saw a ding on my credit report from Huntington for a missed payment. Apparently because interest rates have gone up the payment increased one month to ~$1050 (unbeknownst to me). Even though I paid $1000 for that month, Huntington still dinged my credit for the “missed payment) of approx. $50. As soon as I realized I had a shortfall I made an extra payment, but Huntington will not remove the bad mark on my credit. Essentially Huntington is willing to screw-over low risk customers for one mistake of a ~$50 shortfall. The customer service representative was also rude - treating me like a 12 year old who doesn’t know how credit works (I’m nearly 50 years old and have had excellent credit for most of my adult life). I definitely do not recommend this banking institution for anything.

      The worst managed bank. If you have a business account DO NOT GO here. I have perfect credit never have had a bounced check, overdrafted, committed fraud or anything else. One year ago i woke up to none of my drivers received their paychecks. It was early so i called the 1800 number and all my bank accounts were gone and no money to be found. Got someone on the phone and they said risk management and fraud department shut down and i would have to go to the local branch and open new accounts. They claimed fraud was being committed. It was a big lie. Took hours of my time and corporate getting involved and the accounts were immediately reopened and the money put back in. Never received an email, call or text about this situation. Whoever did this also removed all the vendors that are paid and their information. Huntington had someone put them all back in. It is someone from the inside and to this date Huntington still has not been able to tell me why this happened. I now received a certified letter that my accounts are being closed as of 5/17/23 and they don't have to tell me why. I called immediately and have received no help. Went to the local branch had them look at my accounts and they seen no problems with the accounts RISK Management once again i was told made this decision and i am not allowed to talk to them. Once again another stupid error on their part. Fortunely when this happen last year i immediately opened another business account with multiple banks so this is no loss to me. I am filing complaints with the OCC , Consumerfinanceprotection Bureau and the FDIC I want complete internal investigation done on Huntington. If anyone else is having difficulties with Huntington, please start filing complaints against them and watch out because you may wake up one morning and all your money may be gone. Very poorly ran business with little concern for their clients.

      This is day 10 and still no call backs from anyone from Huntington bank. The branch manager has disappeared for 9 days. This is not how a business should treat their clients.

      My daughters grandfather helped us financially until a couple weeks ago he passed away. I had uploaded a check he had given me with his signature on the back so it was endorsed to me. I live in new Albany Indiana and cannot make it to the bank in Ohio to even speak with somebody. He unfortunately passed away so there's no way he can come either. It's a 1,195.00 check and they are refusing to release the hold on the check. If it were fake I'd understand the hold but it's a social security check and I know the funds are in the bank. I'm a single mom with 3 kids and now I can't pay my utility bills. I feel like they are trying. To keep my money. My bank statement says it's there and the hold was up the 12th of April. Wheres my money to pay my bills I wonder. I will never trust a online bank again. I should have just kept going to ******* money center.

      Term on our loan was changed and extended ending paying more for loan at the end. Met with bank to discuss feel on deaf ears. My local branch could careless of my issue after I had taken off work to try to find out when this was happening!
      Called corporate several times could not talk to a supervisor that would not come to the phone at one point I was hold for 45 minutes to talk to one and was disconnected. Called back and no one could see who I had talked to.
      Main issue loan terms got changed when from a consolidated loan and then got changed to a home equity loan we found out.
      In that transaction our loan had to have gotten messed up. We were told we extended the loan we had not done that nor have we missed a payment.
      A month ago I paid the loan off and paid more than I should have and have not heard one thing back from The Huntington Bank or a refund on that amount I over paid.
      No one will investigate this account to see what happened. I know there is a mistake on the banks end.
