*********: I will not give Huntington Bank a star because I had to get another Jeep so I went through a car dealer and they put me through Huntington Bank I had a very mad experience when it was TCF so I was hoping that Huntington would be better not true. I payed my car loan ahead of the due date and Huntington still took money from my bank for a payment . I called and talk to a manager he stated that he was sorry and will refund one payment back to me and it will take 7 to 10 business day it's going on 15 days. I keep calling the bank about my refund the banks says the same thing over and over again .So I applied at a credit union and got approved because I have good credit I thank God for this because Huntington is giving me the run around about my money .I cry so hard about what Huntington did to me. Because of there mistake .Still waiting on my refund. Have to get away from Huntington before a have a heart attack am 65 years old. Thank you for reading .

This is the worst bank. If I could I would leave no star. They offer people standby cash and lead people to believe it will help them to build their score When in fact it makes their score go down.The Huntington National Bank

This bank is absolutely horrible!!! They let a fraudulent amount go through my checking account of $9800. I never received any notice from them that this happened. They refuse to help me and tell me I am liable. I've never had anything even close to this amount in my account EVER!! I have no idea what to do or how to dispute this and they won't help. I would give ZERO stars, if I could. I'm beginning to think this was an inside employee that did this as little amounts have been showng up that aren't mine as well. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK, THEY ARE THE WORST AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!The Huntington National Bank

Opened a new account hoping to use the early pay feature but I was told it's locked behind a 90 day period. I'm definitely going back to ***** where they don't lock behind features like this.
Huntington advertises early pay so much that it entices you to apply but they don't give you that feature for 3 months which is asinine.The Huntington National Bank

We requested a bank statement but the representative from this bank refused to send a bank statement to our address on file. Consequently both my son and myself could not check to see if his money was deposited or review the banking activity.The Huntington National Bank

This bank has terrible service and no respect for customers . They love to hold your money for you and not let you access it. Money disappears and reappears in your account. And never deposit a check from someone as i did. Now my account is locked and nobody seems to be able to give you a straight answer. They even hold money orders that are deposited.The Huntington National Bank

I have been a customer more than 30 years cashed in savings bonds February 2022 it is now February 2023 never received a 1099 all I have gotten is a run around and rudeness !!! What a joke of a company !! Many more issues but this is pretty stressful and a huge problem right now !!! Rarely can you actually talk to an actual person !!!!The Huntington National Bank

I deposited a check which they flagged as altered for some reason. Nobody there knows why. The check writers bank doesnt know why. They locked my account. Again nobody can explain anything. I would definitely avoid this bank. They have been nothing but problems since opening an account.The Huntington National Bank

I’ve had Huntington for 18 years and have never had any issues. I am the primary account holder and had my sister on the account as well. My sister recently had a dispute and was told not to put money into the account, as the dispute would be taken care of, which it was. She had overdrafted her account a few times but always took care of it. I went to use my debit card and was declined. I called Huntington and was told that my account is being forced close and they didn’t have a reason. They also, by contract, did not have to give a reason. I called multiple ppl and was told I got a letter sent a few weeks ago giving a date the account would be closed and there was nothing I could do. I have been staying with my mom for the last month due to raccoons in our ceiling at my apartment complex. I pay all bills online and was unaware my account was being closed until yesterday. I went to the branch and had someone look at my account, which he stated was still active, and allowed me to take money out the account (my sisters). I told him I get my check direct deposited on Wednesdays but could take out the money I have now. He said I can come back tomorrow and get it all out at the same time to save the hassle. I go in today to get my money and they put a hold on my account. The guy I saw yesterday was not there but the workers made multiple calls to see if I could at-least get my pay check out. Nothing was able to be done. I have rent, bills and three kids with no access to my money, and no time frame on when I will have it. I am beyond hurt and upset right now that I even trusted my money with this bank and they could even do this to a customer of 18 yrs with no prior issues. The least they could do is at least provide a reason and I couldn’t even get that. Now I have to figure out my rent, bills and livelihood while they figure this out, with no time frame.The Huntington National Bank
