      Worst BANK EVER!!!! They cannot successfully complete a BASIC REFINANCE LOAN!!!! They have wasted my whole entire time completely!!!! They have POOR business and customer service!!!!

      WORST BANK EVER!!!! Deposits take more than 3 times as long as the 2 other banks I have!!! ATMs are the slowest (functionality wise) and it's freezing outside I don't have 5 mins to wait for it to respond (it won't even let you take your card back out until it's done "processing") and this is on EVERY HUNTINGTON ATM (I have tried 6 that I can recall at the moment). CONSTANTLY "scheduled maintenance" on the app at midnight (min 4 time a week) so cannot check balance or transactions. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD...AVOID THE HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

      Worst bank ever, froze my savings account for no reason, worthless institution, go to a credit union, this place has arbitrary rules that are just there to hurt normal people.

      If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Huntington Bank at ********************************************************** was absolutely horrendous. I arrived at 4:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before closing, needing to process a name change and get an answer about why my online transfer was stopped. Instead of assisting me, the clerk was extremely dismissive, telling me I needed to make an appointment because they were closing soon. Excuse me? If the bank is open until 5:00 PM, why am I being turned away at 4:30 for a basic request?To make matters worse, when I asked about my stopped online transfer, I received no explanation - just more attitude and zero willingness to help. I have been customer for 21 years. The lack of professionalism, customer service, and basic courtesy at this branch is astonishing. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I will seriously be reconsidering where I do my banking. Do better, Huntington Bank.

      Zelle is part of Huntington Banks's perks. I ask how much of a perk is it if it hasn't function properly since 2017. I have to actually use Huntington Bank's address in ********* for Zelle to function. I have sat in the branch manager's office for over an hour trying to get ***** to work. I have also spent several days on the phone trying to fix the problem. I will say that not having the functionality of Zelle is why my debit card was compromised at 3:00 a.m. this morning in *******, **********, when I was in my bed in ***********, **. I was told that I could go to the branch for a temporary card, for it was going to take at least 5 business days for a new card to arrive. I drove a 26-mile round trip for nothing. The bank didn't or wouldn't have temporary cards, between customer service not knowing what the branch banks do or the branch employees are clueless. When I have my utilities turned off because I can't pay because I have no card, I will move into the branch lobby with plenty of press around.

      At first I thought I wasn't going to like them. Certain account functionalities (deposit holds, not open on weekends, took over a week to get my debit card, etc.) didn't seem promising. I settled for the inconveniences and stuck with them anyway. Then, after they automatically started a $100 line of credit without me even asking (misleading trust), I thought I'd try a small personal loan. I make $2,800 a month with a credit score over 700, but because I haven't used credit cards or bank credit in the past several years they denied a measly $5k loan that I easily could've paid off within a few months because we're selling my house... which I did mention during the application process. They denied because "credit history" (ie: lack of recent credit). FOR NO GOOD REASON! They advertise/promote being trustworthy and trusting their customers, and wanting to help you build your credit, but obviously that's a total lie. That's the final straw. I'm switching to a credit union which I knew I should've done in the first place. It'll be a hassle to switch, but it'll be better than banking with stuck up snobs.

      I called a week ago to make my payoff payment of a vehicle loan. I was told the amount and made the payment with them at the same time. The customer service *** said congratulations on the pay off and that I would receive notice of pay off. A week later I see there is a balance double the recent pay off amount that I paid. I've called back three times spent well over an hour on hold & requested a call back which was another 35-minute wait. During this time, I spoke with four ***resentatives and was hung up on three times. I'm typing this while I sit on hold again.I've already paid off the loan, why is there a balance and why do I continually get hung up, oh wait, disconnected? At this point I want to make a payment so that I never have to deal with Huntington Bank again.Oh, and if the Huntington Bank Bot responds with, "We are in receipt of your comments and we will be in contact shortly.", there's obviously nothing I can do, but I would love to advise them where they can stick their response. Still on hold.....

      Do not obtain an auto loan with this bank or any other loan! They have been charging me the higher end percentage rate of a auto loan I obtained from them for **************************************************** aware of this rate which for the past 11 months I thought I was paying the lower end of the rate scale! I have excellent credit score and always pay on time all of my accounts no financial reason for them to charge the higher end of the APR range. Very unethical business practices! Im going to take this further than the BBB for sure!! Im waiting now to see if they send the account statement I have requested today. Im a senior lady that has to budget every ***** as do many other fellow Americans are doing these days and to have a banking company that you are supposed to have some amount of trust in to do this is absolutely unacceptable and we all should quit letting these kind of financial institutions get away with it!! Im totally sickened by this!! This kind of business has been carried on way too long, time to put an end to it!! Thank you

      They lured me in with the promise of a checking account bonus check (which many banks are doing right now). Once the required 90 days past, no bonus. I called, and they asked for for some special code I was suppose to have. I did everything as per the website to get this bonus. The "code" was suppose to be applied to my account by clicking a link, which I did. They are a bad bank that will do a bait and switch on you. Do not trust them.

      I opened a Huntington Bank Account because I became a Caregiver to my brother. After which I opened me an account. I ?? ********************** I almost got Scammed no way they don't play they will alert you if someone tries to withdrawal or deposit if they detect any illegal activity you try. The location is close and they are always Professional and will assist you with what ever you're banking needs may be. Greatly Appreciated My Branch is perfect for me. And the other branch is the same way. Very Professional and always pleasant. Thank you Huntington BANKS
