      Huntington has been servicing my loan for about 4-5 years now. Luckily I am about to sell the property and I won't be stuck with Huntington anymore. I would not recommend anyone let Huntington control your mortgage. They have screwed up many times over the past number of years, including insurance issues, escrow issues, tax issues, and anytime they mess something up it takes weeks or months to get straightened out. They are the reason I will never let a bank hold an escrow account for me in the future.

      I deposited a mobile check, and they put it on hold for over a week. Then they closed my account and will not tell me why. They proceeded to cash the check but will not allow me to have the funds. That is check fraud! Huntington will steal your money, then close your account for absolutely no reason. They will tell you that they will return your funds at their convenience.

      On December 28, 2024, at appx 9:30 am CST, I walked into my Huntington branch in **********, **. I have a special needs ****** care adult living with me. This person had a few quarters and dimes in change and wanted a couple bills. It was $5 in mostly quarters. ******* Enriquez ******** was a teller. I asked if I could get a few $ bills for this tiny amount of change. She threw some paper rollers and said You'll have to roll it. I had the change on the counter and said there's not enough to roll anything - that's clear. In about 10 seconds I had 12 quarters stacked. She was ignoring me. There was NO ONE in the bank behind me needing service. She was rude when I said that's $3 in quarters, can you give me 3 ones. She spent 5 minutes lecturing me on how the bank won't allow her to change anything that isn't rolled. I said how can you roll a small amount that takes 30 seconds for you to give a dollar bill? She REFUSED the $2 in dimes and *******. REFUSED. I have $60,000 in their bank that is about to go bye bye for good. The special needs girl who wanted ***** to take ONE MINUTE of a job she's PAID to do with no one else in the bank to serve has $40,000 in that bank. They are now losing $100,000 in cash because ***** would change TWO DOLLARS in dimes for a special needs person with a bank account there. Soo, we drove to *********. The clerk who is also paid nicely said SURE we can change that. It took less than 30 SECONDS for us to stack what ***** REFUSED to do at Huntington. It was TWO DOLLARS. Of course we didn't have $100,000 in accounts at *********. We didn't buy anything either. The clerk was super friendly. ***** was a defiant, lecturing, unprofessional rebel and spent more time backing up her refusal than it would have taken for her to cordially give TWO DOLLARS in bills to a special needs person. They missed the forest for the trees. What a total piece of garbage ***** and Huntington are. They deserve to lose large customers and special needs people.

      my husband and i made a mobile deposit on 12/25/24 at like 7pm. we do know and understand do to the holiday it can be pushed back with the banks being closed. the funds got put on hold and then released all the same day. we went to the branch for what we were told would be 2 to 4 business days by the banker which was on the phone confirming that with customer service and we were fine with that. that would have put us this Tuesday or today 1/3/25 the latest because customer service also expedited this for us do to their mistake. they also said do to my husband traveling for work tomorrow 1/3/25 that the guarantee the fund would be there for his travels and lied. we checked our today account and nothing so we called customer service this morning after checking. they stated they don't see any note from when our banker talk to them twice in front of us and the customer service *** told him that were doing all this and now we have to wait till when ever they decide to release our funds. our bankers is very upset he was lied too also and we aren't upset with the location its the corporate office. location said we that they aren't following their customer service isn't following the policies either. if this isn't in the bank tomorrow i well take legal action because with holding fund one the original bank clears them is illegal.

      I am DISGUSTED with this *********** only been a member for 5 business days. I deposited a settlement check, under the false advertising of opening a Money Market account & getting 4.5% interest. It's actually only 3.5% unless you open a checking acct too. Fine. Opened the checking acct, **, it's actually only 4%. Great. Then i was told there'd be no hold on the check - check held for 4 days. Finally get my ********* decide to tie in my ********** account because I haven't received my Huntington card yet. Without calling me to simply ASK if that was fraudulent, they instead freeze my account, suspend my Chime acct, & lock me out of the app. I call in, they tell me to send my ********** statement to PROVE that an acct with my name & social on it is actually my own. OOPS, not good enough proof, I have to drive down to the bank & bring my original paperwork from when I opened the account so they could PHOTOCOPY it. Sounds super illegal, it has absolutely nothing to do with Huntington, why are you copying it? Now I'm being told it will STILL be three full days until I have access to my own money. WHY?! How is it legal for them to take liberties with MY OWN MONEY & restrict me from having access to my own account? I truly feel like I need to hire an attorney, this has been one joke of a mess since the beginning. DO NOT BANK HERE.

      I opened a new account I excepted the 24hr grace on my account and excepted huntington pay my account if I'm overdrawn.
      Everytime there is a possible grace you return everything.
      Now recently you just cost me 300 because you returned my property tax bill and once again did not allow the 24 grace grace or the over draft option when clearly I had money in both checking and savings accounts.
      Why do you offer something and not honor it? ***** ********

      Tried to pay rent via Huntington Banks connection with ***** (as I've done the last 6 months), but it got denied. Called customer service, and they said there was nothing they could do because I was on vacation in another state. Literally verified my home address, SSN twice, and account numbers. Now I'm scrambling to figure out how to pay rent for this month. So much for user friendliness.

      My account at ********************** is just for budgeting as all my streamings come out of this account. All my big purchases for $50, $100, etc go through no problem. My ****** Prime Membership for $7.41 is flagged every month. Ive spoken to customer service twice. It keeps happening. ****** ****e is so common. But yet they flag seven bucks for fraud, but when I had actual fraud happen on my the fraudsters transaction went through with ease.

      Checking account compromise reported 6 weeks ago. Went to the branch ********************************. Opened new account a debt card was order. Never arrived. requested new debt card. Again card never arrived. Requested a another replacement and was promised expedited. But it seem that the customer service deactivated the temporary atm card. Have to wait at least two day before I cant access account. This has been going on for almost six weeks. No effort to make this better.

      They dont return calls. I tried calling over 10 times and no one knows what they are saying or talking about. They lie say they will call back the next day with corrections and nothing is done. They are a scam company with many serious issues.
