      We have been faithfully making payments on our ************* Comenity Bank credit card. Over the last few months they are returning our payment back to our bank and then saying on our next bill that we did not pay. My wife called them but they were no help.

      Has ANYONE out there successfully received the $100.00 account credit they promise (after meeting certain criteria)??? This is for the *** "extra points" card they somehow wrangled from a legitimate banking institution (*********)... As others have said, I wish I could give them a big fat ZERO rating!!!

      I do NOT have an acct/credit card with them. They keep calling,leaving "spam type" messages. I do not return their calls but they continue to call & I find their calls harassing. Finally blocked their calls.

      I had a woman within credit card with Comenity Bank haven't had a balance in quite a while but they keep charging a late fee of ***** dollars.Because of not being able to get this resolved with Comenity I closed my account July 5th 2022.I paid the late fee in August.Now they say I owe ***** dollars in late fees.How can that happen if you haven't had a balance in months.It sounds like fraud to me.You cannot get any help from the Comenity Bank At all.

      Not reporting your payments due to a system up grade since May which is causing a bad report to all credit bureau. Extremely upsetting because I have 2 credit cards thru this financial institution I cant make any financial decisions because of this. Unacceptable business. My credit score has dropped because it looks like I am only paying the minimum amount and balances stayed the same regardless Ive paid majority of my balances. I called to complain on 9/9/22 and they said they dont have a date of when this will be resolved. They did filled out a form of some sort to send to the credit bureau we will see. Almost 5 months

      I paid off my Victoria ****** account and recently charged at *********** Works. They closed my account because of my credit review. A closed account damages a person credit more. They could have lowered my balance not close my account and damage my credit more. They let me charge again and closed my account. I will never shop at Victoria ****** again. I will be seeking legal counsel because they are in the wrong. They just messed up my credit even more.

      I had pay off all the credit card issues from this bank and they keep charging me for interes and purchases that I'm not having. My balance is $0.00 and I'm still getting statements for payment. I have tried to close the account and no answer. Once I have told that it is close and I request a letter to confirm. NOTHING RECEIVED. What should I do. They keep asking me for money.

      Comenity bank is absolutely the worst people I have ever delt with. They have never sent me the account information. I tried to call them to let them know they transferred me. I sit on hold for twenty minutes. They don't listen. They will talk over you. Tell you it's not there problem. I would do almost anything to get away from this ridiculous establishment.

      I have been making on time payments and today i open mt statement and saw a crazy $840 interest charge i called them and ask them my balance is only $1200 And they're saying your promotion was expired last month now you have to pay the interest on the amount you owe i ask them how come my interest is $840 and i am only 1 month late they told me since you didn't pay the full amount of you total in your 1 year promotion now we're charging you for whole 12 months interest this is crazy they're stealing people's hard earned money they're fraud i have 4 kids i can't even pay monthly payments now my balance is almost the same i started 1 year ago don't ever do any business with these fraud company
