      They deserve ZERO stars. Dont even bother with this company. WHAT A JOKE. They claim their systems are running properly since July and let me tell you, thats a LIE. got charged $62 in late fees because no one from VS or commenity could assist me with a payment during the system issues. I even sent multiple emails and never heard back. The rep on the phone had the audacity to tell me that just because a payment is posted doesnt mean they took money from my account. What sense does that make?! And WHOSE FAULT IS THAT?! Ive never been late on payments until this c*** happened. I also wouldnt make a payment if I didnt have money. So F*** THIS COMPANY AND ANY COMPANY ASSOCIATED TO THIS BANK.

      Waited on hold for over 45 minutes just to be transferred again to register a fraud claim. Almost a month later and I still have not heard back from them about my claim.I closed my account and made the payment in order to protect my credit report and they still called telling me that they weren't paid. I had to provide them with a confirmation number and had to give them the date that the funds were withdrawn from my bank account.It is my opinion that this company is a complete sh*t show and I wouldn't ever do business with them again.

      If I could give this ZERO stars I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS BANK!!!! the worst experience Ive ever had with a lender. This was the financial institute used by ******* for the purchase of my kitten. They told be zero interest for a year. I paid way over my payments for a year and was going to pay it off the following month. They tacked on 1800$ in deferred interest to my account. Never once mentioned deferred interest once. Then I paid it off with my credit card and apparently it t didnt go through. So that tacked on not only a late payment charge but MORE interest as well. Then I paid it off AGAIN, and they didnt process the check and tacked on ANOTHER finance charge. NEVER sent me a bill in the mail when I asked them to, so I could confirm zero balance. So two months go by and I get no bill. I noticed I was getting a call from Colorado. I generally screen phone calls so I dont have to hear about politics or car warrantys. No messages were left about my account. So I had NO IDEA that there was another balance added to my account. I absolutely despise this company. They rip people off and do not communicate properly. ******* needs to drop this horrible company for the sake of their customers.

      Comenity Bank is the worst company that I have ever unintentionally started business with. For those of you with rewards in your back pocket that you want to cash in, good luck! I have just spent the past 5 days trying to place an order using my points with a $30 reward. Only issue is when I was trying to cash out, only $5 was taken from my bill. Sephora told me it was a Comenity issue since it was a credit card reward, and any time I called Comenity they told me it was a sephora issue. It took me physically going into a store to learn the truth - Comenity is having IT issues and not owning up to it. Companies that use comenity as your credit card provider - if you are worried about customer effort and customer retention, choose better, or just go Afterpay.

      I paid my bill in full. Received a new bill with a balance. I called and they said that it was posted after the due date. Needless to say I tried paying online they said it didn't go through tried making my payment by phone and could never get a person because they had my account information incorrect so I mailed it in . So they charged me a late fee etc. I said close my account and I no longer want my card. They said they would. I am now receiving harassing phone calls stating I need to get an attorney seriously. I will no longer purchase from full beauty brands. Beware

      Comenity Bank has the worst customer service and seem incapable of processing a payment. I used my online banking to make my payment like I do every month. For some reason they returned the payment to me. I have tried to call the customer service number three times and can not seem to get the issue solved. The call center sounds like it is located on a playground of 5 year old's. Even after speaking with someone I got disconnected or put on hold eternally. If cancelling this card didn't hurt my credit score I would.

      I think comenity bank is horrible! I keep trying to contact them and they give me the runaround! I do not have a BJs Mastercard and they keep charging me interest. What could i do? Thank you o stars

      This bank or ***************** as they should be called, are without a doubt a scam. There customer service *****, and their processing time of 25days to process a check only further shows what a sham they truly are. I will not ever use them or any retail company they represent,

      Worst experiecne dealing with a credit card company. I received the automated message in July, I paid my account in full, I did pay one day late and knew I had the late fee coming, tried to pay it, system was down for days, when trying to access it, stated my account was closed. I've written to the company only for them to send me a bogus letter back, telling me I had the wrong address. I again paid over $93.75 in late fees again, and my September statement comes telling me I owe $2.00 in interest fees. Somebody needs to do something other than listening to us complain.

      I have found Comenity Bank untrustworthy. I will discontinue all services through them.
