      Predatory lender... they make it impossible to get into your online account and then charge you a late fee larger than your balance... predatory and irresponsible! I'm waiting to talk to a manager and they purposely put me on an excessive hold- their customer service agents raise their voices, they're incompetent and they're rude. I realize this isn't American Express- but at least pretend like you care.

      Part of **************** **************** is a nightmare. Their system continues to be down for uploading images to dispute their finance charges. I had an 18-month 0% financing agreement with the company. I now have to mail a copy of the original receipt stating "0% financing for 18 months" to them as their system has been down for several weeks at this time. Mind you, there were never late payments and paid above minimum payments for the last 8 months and the balance has been paid in full at this time. Currently they owe me $752.19 in interest and financing charges which were inappropriately charged. Will be filing a small claims court case if not amended. "Complain to ************************************* The **** began accepting complaints against credit card companies in 2012. You can file a complaint on-line, by phone or by mail. You should also file the same complaint with your state Attorney General."

      Honestly since ******* dropped them, they have been a complete nightmare. No answer customer service, Jacked up Net system which takes you to the process of a payment- to end your call automatedly. Can't make an online payment without stall issues, or signin issues. They will s**** your your credit up, but it will be their fault cause their system *****. It was out for 3 mo. straight, so I had to figure out a way to pay it, because their solution didn't work. I can't wait to eliminate this bank as my credit servicer.

      Started getting calls (never any messages) from numbers that either had their name on caller ID or was associated with them by others on the web experiencing similar c*** Best of my knowledge, I have absolutely NO business with them and since they decline to leave a message, I have no idea why they have called five times (so far) in past three days. I have filed FCC complaint since I am on do no call list. We'll see.......

      Comenity is a Fraud. I have them through *** Jewelers Credit Card and always pay my monthly payment on time and pay more then the minimum. But their interest charges and financial charges are outrageous. Its a ******** financial banking.

      ************** practices!!! I have called repeatedly about late fees and interest on late fees they are charging me. I owe nothing for merchandise which has been paid promptly and in full. They have harassed me for these non-existent charges!! How can a company like ******* use such a terrible bank for their customers?!!!

      Stay away from this bank. (Mastercard through ******** Children Clothing). Impossible to speak with a customer service representative and their automated system is the worse I have ever experienced.Received statement for a late fee of $16.00 on a $0.00 balance, plus a $2.00 service fee. When I was FINALLY able to speak with a actual person I asked him to explain why these charges on a zero balance and why was the balance on statement different from what he was telling me? Answer, "He didn't know."I closed account while speaking with him and cut up this card and made it perfectly clear I had no intention of paying these unfounded charges.Should you apply for a credit card and it's through Comenity Bank, DON'T DO IT!

      The customer service is the worst. The Victoria ****** and Express apps have recently undergone an update to where you could not make pymts. VS waived late fees. I attempted to make a pymt for my Express card for August, it clearly stated there was no minimum pymt due. I took a pic of the screen. I didn't think anything of it because since I spend so much, I make pymts throughout the mth. Well I was charged a late fee which was removed. Great. The problem is I was trying to make a large purchase (it's large to me), but my card would not go through. After days of calling, I finally spoke to someone and was told my account was showing $20 late. Excuse me, I'm a 20yr customer of Express and Victoria ******, about to spend $300 and I'm being held up for $20?!?!? When a minimum payment is already for more than the balance due is already scheduled and you see it scheduled??? Don't worry about. Keep you clothes and I'll keep my money. I'm canceling both accounts!Loyalty means nothing. ANDDD they have ridiculous hours of operation. Who closes at 4pm central time.

      Never again will I get a store card or any other card through Comenity bank. Their website doesn't work so you can't pay. Their phone operators are incomprehensible and don't do what they say they're going to do. I've received late fees every month even though I paid on time except for the time their website was not working near the end of June. June 21st to be exact. A woman called and I could understand her, explained the situation, and asked would I be paying with a card or bank account. I told her that company would never see a dime more of my money. You TRY to pay because you're a responsible person and this company is ridiculously irresponsible. And they have the audacity to call not even one week after not paying because you've finally had enough of their nonsense.

      I wish I could give zero stars they are THAT bad. The customer service is terrible and they have fraudulently charged me "promotional charges" that no one can seem to explain what they pertain to. To the tune of hundreds of dollars. I will never do business with them ever again and advise everyone to do the same
