      Over a month later and I still cannot pay my comenity cards. Im fighting getting late fees removed. Easy pay, phone lines and the website still arent functioning. If this was a planned outage customers would have known ahead of time, there wouldnt be late fees and there wouldnt be this mess. I cant wait to close my accounts with comenity. Never again.

      With a upgrade on there billing system they have really made errors on billing. After spending over 4 hours trying to fix the problems I was put on hold, disconnected, given to a supervisor who was not helpful and never was able to answer simple questions regarding my account. To me the service is zero and I want everyone to know that

      Horrible bank with extra difficulty paying on a credit card , insanity! I'm not even hardly kidding around or over reacting - I ****** comenity bad bank and my fellows are here making me feel so normal cause they are horrible - the gov't should shut them down for being shady and extorting - not a good bank!!!!!! stay far far away - I only got involved again with them cause my ********* account some how got with them

      ************** did a system update which did not allow me to make a payment by my scheduled due date. I reached out to them- wasted almost an hour of my time on hold just to keep my account in good standing. I was told by the person who finally answered the phone that it was their problem and they would ensure that customers who were inconvenienced would be taken care of and not penalized. I was told to keep checking back to see if website was operational. I kept checking and was finally able to make a payment. Then they start blowing up my phone and I realize they had the audacity to charge me a late fee and are claiming I missed a payment. So this is how they take care of customers? It was their fault I couldnt pay on time- their entire system was down! I want my late fee removed and if this pings my credit I will take legal action against them- perfect payment history until their system problems made making my payment impossible. This is absolutely criminal.

      They have contacted me 3 times now to pay a "past due balance" that has been paid twice already. Horrible acoounting of payments! Will NEVER do business with them again!

      Can not contact ***************** After trying multiple times, after holding 18 minutes, the call drops.My commercial bank has electronically sent 7 payments to Comenity Bank and only 4 have posted. I can not reach Comenity to get this resolved. What happened to the $$ payments not posted on my BJ's Comenity credit card?!

      These people have the worst IT Department I have ever experienced! They failed to post my June statement balance that I paid, in full, 12 days early. They then charged me interest and late payment fees, showed me over my credit limit (I was not) and are now declining any charge transactions. If I can ever get this incompetent bank to straighten their errors, I am going to drop them like a hot potato! My next step is to go to our attorney general's consumer protection division to see if they can help.

      THEY BEG ME TO KEEP USING THE SORRY CARD. I SAID NO! INTENTIONS ARE TO HURT YOUR CREDIT AND KEEP YOU IN FEES. PAY THEM OFF THROUGH YOUR BANK **** PAY.This is a very very EVIL COMPANY.

      I don't understand why it is so difficult to pay my account? Somehow my username and password no longer works and my card number, zip code, and last four of my social security number are not correct either? Really??? Absolutely the worst organization! Calling customer service is an absolute frustration because I can't get beyond the welcome message. It cuts off! Is Comenity Bank doing this on purpose so they can collect late fees from customers? I give it ZERO stars but that is not an option.

      Been a member of Bj's for four years. For what i save at Bj's is not worth the aggravation of dealing with Comenity Bank. I already closed my Bj credit card and cancelled my Bj's membership. The fact that there are so 1 star reviews and BBB giving a A+ rating doesnt say much for BBB
