      I have several cards with this bank. Theyre all tied to a specific store. Im usually on time with payments, but now and then I will forget to make my payment on the day its due, but will pay the next day or or shortly after the cut off time, depending on the card. For example the cut off time for the Hot Topic Credit Card is ridiculous, other cards will give you all day to make a payment before its considered late, but for some reason they think its wise to set the cutoff time at 5:00pm (ET) on your due date. As for the Petco Store Credit card, 1 courtesy waived late fee every 180 days is not enough when life happens. Ive had experience with other credit card providers were they are much more understanding. They will consider everything to waive a late fee, if you have excellent payment history, arent late by so many days, after you explain to them your situation and set up autopay. If youre thinking about getting a credit card, make sure its not from Comenity Bank.

      ************ gives banks a bad name. They give people a credit card without the customer ever applying for the card and the *********** has procedures resulting in numerous service charges. Obviously they do not care about their customers and have a poor corporate image as the reviews have shown. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY as there are many better options. Where is the department of banking in **** and their oversight? (Why doesn't this company get fined like ***** ******* ************ should be fined to make them understand that their practices are predatory and are especially preying on the elderly. I helped my parent resolve their bill and found that a $90 transaction in March resulted in $150+ in service charges. Account closed and plan to never do business with them or anyone who uses them with their branded credit card.

      If you miss a payment they will call you restlessly. Even on Sundays. Early morning, late at night. Its borderline harassment. I understand they want their money, they need to be like any other company. If they dont get their payment, submit it to collections. This is the only place Ive ever had as many phone calls as I get. Theyre horrible.

      I contacted them on 8/16 to immediately report fraud on my account and cancel an unauthorized order. Not only did the representative not cancel the order so whoever purchased it received the merchandise and my card was charged. She also did not cancel my card or complete a fraud report like she said she did. I called today and was told there was no record of my call. I spent nearly an hour holding, getting transferred, etc on 8/16. What bothers me more than anything is that the representative lied and allowed my account to be put at risk for additional fraud. That is totally unacceptable. I have confidence in the gentleman that I spoke with today, but the young lady that I spoke with on 8/16 needs to be reprimanded.

      Worst customer service ever. Repeatedly hung up on before I am even able to begin to speak. I am owed a refund since *** and they keep telling me to cal back later. Wouldnt suggest working with this bank to anyone. No idea how this is even legal.

      They were so helpful to get me a loan thru dental first financing. Great at first. One day late on payment or your due dates on a weekend, expect upwards of 10 calls a day. I pick up to answer, they hang up. For this specific review, I set ** a payment to process in September, here we are 7, 8, 9 calls a day. Finally get thru to someone only to heat, oh yes I can see you have a payment set up so sorry. Now I'm getting called again. 6th time today and it's 130 pm. Horrible organization apparently, straight up harassment at this point. And all while hanging up on me whenever I answer your call. CANT WAIT TO NOT HAVE THIS LOAN ANYMORE

      Absolutely the worst credit card merchant. I have yet to receive a credit for a purchase charged to the new account. Meanwhile, I continue to be billed and includes late charges. I have spent hours upon hours without a resolution to date. Their customer service reps are very unprofessional- you can tell they are working from another country and their kids were running around them without any guidance.

      I agree with others below, this feels like a huge fraud and a scam. I have submitted several messages to them which direct me to call their 800 number. The first time, I did this, but I wasn't able to use the card when I needed to and it was unlocked for me 2 days later - the next time I went to use the card, it was declined again and no alert for days. Now my autopayments to vendors are not going through, I am in the process of moving everything away from the ******** to a company that properly communicates with their cardholders at the time that fraud is suspected and allows for us to use the card. I have paid this card off and am just patiently waiting for the rewards points from June to be there so I can cash them out and never deal with this company again.

      This is the worst bank Ive ever dealt with.Terrible customer service.Paid my full J **** balance before closing my account. Closed account because I could not get through to customer service to dispute a $40 late fee.I tried calling them every week for over a month.They trap you in a loop of automated menus and then disconnect you. Late fees and interest charges keep coming months after closing my account.They do not care about fairness.

      At first I was very thankful for my BB&B Store card. And had no issues at first. Well for the last 2 months I have been charged overdraft fees for something that wasn't even my fault. I made my payment on time (actually early). I had auto payment set up but canceled it in time for then not to take it out, well they did anyway, after I made the payment. Then charged me fees because it wasn't in there. Last month and now this month. They won't take off the fee because I had to take it off last month. So I'm getting stuck paying for something that they did! All because they can only take off 1 Fee in an 18 month period. This is ridiculous!
