      This is the most difficulty I have ever faced in dealing with banks that are the underwriters for retail businesses. In May of 2022 I ordered two tops from Roaman's Women Apparel. They sent the wrong size, miles too large. I returned them. Comenity Bank was going through a transition to becoming **************** Long story short, I have received over 80 phone calls (logged in my phone) I called Roamans and they confirmed they had the items in their procession. But were charging me a restocking fee and shipping (they are at fault as well they sent the wrong size). I have been trying to untangle this mess since June. I will never again do business with Roamans (I love their clothes) Brylane Home or any other of the companies that Comenity Bank is associated with. I have documentation of hours of phone calls and letter writing. They just keep adding late fees and calling me. I am 80 years old and handicapped. I believe what they are doing is harassing a Senior and I think that *** be against the law. If I could rate them all 0 I would. ************

      I am still waiting on a ******* check and it has been 2 moths! I have spoken to supervisors and some not all have been so rude! I dont know how to get my money back from these people! They keep telling me it takes 24 days for a check I play the waiting game I still havent received it!

      I paid my credit card off in full in July 2022. They charged a minimum interest fee in August & then charged a late fee on a zero balance bill. I called to dispute & they said they couldn't reverse the charges. How can you incur fees on a zero balance bill? None of my other credit card accounts charge fees on a zero *********** said that to the customer service ******** in turn informed me all credit cards are different. I will close the account before I have to incur more charges on zero balances.

      Absolutely horrible experience. They blocked my card for a three day late payment that was like dollars, after ten years of perfect 100% payment history and a credit limit of more than *****. Ill NEVER go through them or VS again. Card is already cut up

      I just canceled my bj credit card with comenity. They do not allow me to use my awards. When you call, they respond and do not understand English. They say stuff as if they are reading but do not understand what you are asking them. I do not recommend this card because the customer service is the worst.

      Did all the steps to open a one-year CD with bread saving. The website asked me to transfer money without me first getting an account number. Weird. I arranged the transfer of a few hundred thousand 2 weeks ago with all the information. That info was accepted, good enough to get a CD account. I was promised follow-up within 10 days. Since then nothing! No email as promised, no phone call. When calling their phone line the person knows nothing and cannot transfer to somebody in the know. Today, we have decided to dump bread financial, stop any transfer and warn others about this fictional outfit. Where do all positive comments come from? All reviews produced and submitted by company staff? Stay clear!B

      I have trust issue with Comenity. My balance is paid in full, always. I purchased a product for $29.99 on ****. My entire balance was $29.99! On ****, a statement arrived and it contained a late fee of $29.99. Racking my brain, how did I miss this payment? Did I get a statement? Is it lost in my house? Did I pay it and it never went through? Either way, I was unable to find the statement. Calling customer Service to explain hoping to get the late fee removed (the late fee cost the same amount as the product). The 1st person I reached was unable to help, since we clearly were having a communication problem. Talk about practice in patience! I couldn't understand him and he seemed not to understand me. I politely told him thank you, but it would be best I speak with someone else. The 2nd person was a female, but she showed no empathy whatsoever. I paid the balance in full and asked her to close my account. Based on her lack of listening , my theory is that Comenity skips sending a 1st month statement in order to charge a late fee. Why would I not pay a balance of $29.99 so I can be charged another $29.99? It's ludicrous. I'm trying to find if others had this problem and maybe it should be reported to the Attorney General for unethical business practices.

      Worst bank ever. I got a new card the ** code does not work and the phone number on the sticker it tells you call does not work either. No wonder why so many reviews for this bank closing account asap

      This is by far the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. They owed me a significant refund. First they said that they lost the refund request and had to reprocess, but it would take 21 business days. When the 21 days were uo and I called again they said that it was 21 days to process and not to mail and that it would be another 5 business days to mail. I'm still waiting.

      Website does not allow you to dispute a Fraud. The *** says to contact them in writing. I did that and the response was that I needed to call. I spent half a day getting passed around before someone finally said they would handle my fraud charges. 2 weeks later, my bill is due, the charges are still on my account. I call again and am told now they cannot find my account. Cannot "pull it up". I can log in and see it, the automated phone system found my account and told me my balances. But the person I'm speaking with cannot find it. Transferred me to somewhere else, and here I am on hold again. Horrible experience, how is this bank in business.
