      I'm very disgusted with Comenity bank. I have two credit cards with them. I make all my payments on time and never had a issue until they decided to update their system! I made a first time payment to my second credit card on 7/1 and for some reason the 9 pennies did not get added in so I made the 9 cents on 7/11. I received statement saying Thank You for your payments! I then noticed my payment was never taken out my bank account so I called and waited over a hour to speak to a person. They had no clue transfered me to a supervisor who said my bank was frozen! Net true my bank told me Commenity must never of processed my payment at all! I'm currently being hassled to send proof to Commenity as well as them suspending my card and charging me more fraudulent fees! I'm also about to seek legal advice to see about how this is going to affect my outstanding credit if need be! I need this to be resolved let me remake my payment you never processed and let's call this a day! Instead of harassing me and sending me all over town to prove to you that your system had a glitch and it's your fault!

      I had a fraudulent charge on my **** credit card issued by Comenity Bank. I had to cancel my card and **** told me to contact Comenity Bank to report fraud! I tried over several days only to be told when I "finally" got to the prompt that the Bank was "temporarily" closed and to call back, which, of course, I did. I NEVER got ahold of Comenity Bank to report my fraudulent charges and I am afraid because I am refusing to pay the fraudulent charges for something I did not order or receive. The charges were $1.95 and $89.95. I don't want my credit to be ruined. I sent a letter to billing as I had no address for Comenity Bank and told them to forward it to the correct department. I call the fraudulent place that put the charges on my account, and, of course, they could NOT be reached to get the charges off the card. I was upset as I don't carry this card and keep it at home but somehow they used this card! Comenity Bank should be looked into as they CANNOT be reached by customers.

      I would give them less the one star if I could. I paid off my account with them, which is what my **** reflects, and they turned around and still charged me interest.

      The customer review rating on the right side of this page is 1.05 out of 5 today (7/23/2022). One is the lowest rating available. That says a lot. I would give them a zero if possible! We returned a coat to Women Within and two chairs to Overstock within 2 days of receiving them. They both acknowledge receiving the returns but they keep billing us for the purchases and they keep adding fees. They are both partners with Comenity Bank and we used a Comenity card for the purchases. The credit card in your wallet might not say Comenity, but it can still be a Comenity credit card.       I paid my balance and canceled my card in April. They did not post my payment and proceeded to call MANY times a day every day. They never left a message and would hang up immediately when I answered. The rep I spoke to today told me that my account looked like it was paid off-but it wasnt marked as paid in full and canceled. According to her my charges have Snowballed. I spoke to a manager at 10am who said hed call back soon. Its 5pm no call. I wAnt my balance zeroed out my account canceled and all the harassing phone calls to stop.

      Absolute worst customer service. They don't answer the phones. They disconnect and don't call back. They credited a large payment to a closed account and are now telling me that they can't access the old account. I am beyond frustrated with this. Don't do business with them.

      The worst experience in my life. Untrained customer service agents. Unable to contact anyone in manegent to resolve a refund due to me for overpayment to my **** of$759.92 due to their error. They promised it would take 2 weeks to make an electronic deposit to my chrcking account and its now going on 3 weeks and no deposit. Please be aware this company has terrible customer service

      Worst organization I have ever dealt with. I am canceling the fourth credit card in order to never have to deal with this so-called bank.I have no issues paying my bills, however, Comenity changes its on line payment page often and never recognizes me, or says my IDs are not correct. This has happened numerous times and I keep thinking it is fixed, No it isn't. I will have to call, which I hate to do, to learn what my balance is to pay it off.

      Cab I give them NO stars?!! Comenity is run by idiots!! STAY AWAY!!They took over a credit card I had with another bank and didn't tell me until I couldn't pay my ****. Had to pay over the phone because I couldn't register online even though I tried DOZENS of times to do so. I always comes back with "there was a glitch inthe system, please try again."THEY are the glitch. I paid off the card, even though it left me in a financial bind, because I couldn't handle the frustration any longer.Now I just got a new account with IKEA and they use Comenity Bank!! Gues what?! I can't log in there either!! What a bunch of ****!!If I can't get this online sign up fiasco settled I'll be cutting up that card too.

      CONSUMER BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM BANK. We have been living in a nightmare for the past 3 weeks. We cannot access our accounts and their terrible customer service cannot either. They've issued three replacement cards and they cannot get in. We have 7 hours and 23 minutes in phone calls (from my phone call log times, added up) and we STILL CANNOT get into our account. Note.. we've had this account for 37 months with ZERO missed/late/unpaid payments. We can't even pay them off!!! This is absurd!!!! We want away from this company. I have cursed several out after talking in length as to what is going on with their reset. I better not find out they are doing this to us after my comments. I told them they should change their name to HOKEY BANK and that they do NOT deserve us as their customer. We just want to pay them off and be DONE with this scam SH*T bank!!!! Apparently they are being bought or something to this effect with "bread financial" (yes, lower case as they do not deserve respect) and they need to be investigated for possible fraudulent activity. Remeber... 7 hours and 23 minutes with NO resolve on the phone with this clown bank. They last rep even agreed with me and said their staff is tired of getting yelled at. She was actually nice and I thanked her for letting me vent. STAY AWAY from "comenity *********** of ******** **.
