      ******** Bank EVER! they are stealing from the customer with multiple interest charges allowing third parties off $13.00, $7.35, **** extra each month charge to my account which makes it impossible to pay off balance owned. I paid $200 on my account got charge $170 interest Please don't do it!

      I need help with these charges from Apple.com and I know it's a SCAM cause I call the number and recording " Nobody reference to resolve this matter. I've worked hard on my credit scores. Please, remove the charges that I didn't make..

      They put me on a false hardship program and then charged me late fees on my accounts. My wayfair would been paid off may 1st of 2022. And they screwed me over. I shut down my card and i refuse to pay any more then i would have owed in January.

      This bank makes it absolutely impossible to make a payment. The website never works call and you simply cannot login. Or, it says system unavailable. Essentially you are flying blind and cannot see the details of your account. I have never seen anything like it! I have a ************ and it is by far the worst credit card company I have ever dealt with in my entire life.

      **************** here **** so do their payment system. In June they reported my account 30 days late for some fees I haven't used my card for children's place in months. Request for removal through e-mail on their site as told to August 18th instead of e-mailing me back about their decision they sent it through ***** Called them at 12:30 p.m. August 20th a representative said she will e-mail the letter it's 8:20 p.m. August 24th 4 representatives later still no e-mail ??

      Impossible to get onsite or speak with a ********************* was changed and late fees were charged. I paid card off, but can't even cancel it, except through a message. Plus, they charge a fee to speak with a Rep

      This *** credit card company is trying to scam customers. Have had nothing but bad issues with them since moving from Barclays. Cant believe the *** is associated with them. Stay away from this card.

      I disputed a CORPORATE charge they made to my account for an item I had exchanged in store. It took me a year. A month after disputing it and paying off the remaining balance, they charged me for the same amount AGAIN. I put in another dispute which they never followed up on! This shows as a late payment on my credit report when this was a charge that shouldn't have even been made! I'm disputing this charge once again! And they want me to pay for the late fee on the charge that was already taken care of! Hate this bank.

      ************** is the absolute worst. They took a payment from me in mid july and did not account for it until Aug 8th (which was after the due date) then charged me a late fee and there is no way to talk to anyone.... and the people who can answer (the fraud department) can't do anything about my account nor can they make contact with customer care... I am just so done with Bj's ********** for choosing to use Commenity for third party credit cards. Never will I do credit cards with them or ***** financial, who they are rebranding as.

      They are terrible horrible customer service. Booked a *************** checked in to find bedbugs. Left for another hotel. They were contacted several times never sent dispute forms. Sent them a letter threatening to *** them only response was to cancel card. Good riddens won't pay them for that charge. As an attorney if they disparage my credit I will *** them.
