      Can I give no stars? Ridiculously charged $29 in fees and interest for $2 of interest charged on a $9 balance that was paid. Yes small potatoes but it's just the principle of it all. Can't talk with anyone to correct the situation. Submitted dispute on CB. We'll see.

      Been a member of bjs for many years decide to use their credit card got hitted every month with extra charges because they don't send their statements or get lost. thinking to cancel bjs membership as well. Customer service didn't help at all.

      Borderline predatory lender! We opened a revolving credit account through a dental chain using Comenity's "Dental First" product.We were told that it's just like a credit card and that it had an 18 month introductory 0% APR. We accrued roughly $2000 in debt initially, then began paying it down without accruing any additional debt. Our remaining balance was $162 at the end of the promo period, and rather than paying interest on our outstanding balance, they nailed us with over $600 in interest!!!!! Turns out it's NOT just like a credit card and shame on us for not reading the fine print. At the end of the promo period they don't just start charging interest on your balance, the retroactively charge interest (*****%) back to the first charges on the account! If that isn't predatory, nothing else is. If you see a credit product from this shady company, steer clear.

      I paid off a Comenity -************************* furniture, received a late fee charge $29.00 on my next **** .I explained I had received the **** a day before it was due, also that I had never been late before and that I paid the total amount off. I called ***************** I was told by two different Account specialists" that their is as a courtesy I should be allowed to have a one time dismissal of the late fee but since Comenity Bank and Gardner White Furniture, no longer work together they were unable to apply that -$29.99 credit. I asked to speak to someone who would be able to and was told their is no one else.

      The community bank website and customer service is messed up. Had a **** card thru them and did not receive valid rewards that could be used. That was over 10 days ago, have called several times and was told they are working on it. Avoid they are not getting it fixed and lost reward points. They are not good at customer service. They also charged late fee when they did not generate the statment due to system issued. AVOID not using the cards any longer

      I have been attempting to review my account as I have a store credit that will be coming back upwards of $5k. I will be wanting to close my account to get my money back. However, I have not been able to sign in for about 2 weeks and was just able to get through to live person 2 days ago. They said they had system updates June 22, 2022 and cannot get back into system since. Try in a few days the ** told me. Ha! What in the world is going on? 30 days of a system malfunction. Something is terribly wrong! I have a sinking feeling they have hacked and our information has been unsecure for 30 days! We need HELP!

      Someone should file a class action lawsuit for the stress brought upon their lack of transparency during their "system update". Can't access my account, can't make a payment, can't get anyone on the phone. I have wasted at least two hours this month trying to access my account and talk to someone. Will never finance anything that is attached to Comenity bank again. This company could of handle this better through communication to their customers but they have been silent.

      They shut my card off three weeks ago. I pay off or close to monthly. I have tried to contact for 20 days straight, emails and phone calls. No response at all. **************** is apparently not available.
