      Horrible experience with this company. My account was double charged and Comenity owed me a refund check which I have been chasing down for over 2 months and every time I call not a single rep is helpful enough to provide any information on issuing my refund. They are all trained to read from a screen and even when I insisted on speaking to a manager they were even worse, and all they told me to do was "file a dispute". This is a company that has absolutely no value on customer service.

      A friend of mine has an account with ************ formally known as Comenity Bank. Yep, this bank is a joke! I was never listed as a contact number on my friends account, but somehow they got my cell phone number, called me to ask if I knew how to find her as well as telling me the name of a particular credit account she opened several years ago. Not only that, but they also called my husband. In addition to that, they called another acquaintance of mine several times wanting the same information. Enough said! This is a blatant envision of privacy, not only for my friend, but the others who were called, too! In fact, my friend was humiliated by this request of information from people she knows. This bank has crossed the line big time and I hope there are some great lawyers out there ready to take *********** to the cleaners.

      Worst bank ever, had a account sent to collections and I paid the balance off and now they are trying to tell me they can not update the account to show it was paid off. I am asking for it to be removed from collections and say it was updated, NOT removed totally from credit report. I know they can do that because other companies have done that.

      This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I opened an account with them online, gave them all of my personal information, and one of my bank accounts information. I sent them a substantial amount of money by ACH. I was then told my account was on hold until i send them my drivers license, social security card, proof of residence, etc.......through the mail. I refuse to do so and now I have to go to my bank every day to see if they have raided my account. I've called numerous times to speak to a supervisor and was told many times a supervisor would call me and have yet to receive a call. The customer service is terrible.

      Comenity Banks credit card pages have been down since June 2022. This makes it rather cumbersome to make payments, check balances etc. etc. I have 4 cards though them and am working to pay them off ASAP because this is unacceptable. I missed one card payment because of lack of accessibility. What the **** is going on with them and why the **** is this not resolved! They need an overhaul on customer care.

      They sent me an e mail telling me to sign in to my account to pay a ****. I did not setup any account and have not used the credit card that I can recall. E mailed customer service and all they do is tell me to call a phone number. Every time I call the number I am put on hold for at least a half hour and then put on hold again and then the call disconnects.

      I wish you had less than one star as option. This bank is pathetic, their service is nonexistent and their website is an absolute joke, constantly under construction. This is first credit card I have ever had to go back SEVERAL days in order to make payment, due to their website under maintenance? I am so angry that *** changed to this bank, did you not do your due diligence?

      ************** is the worst type of lender to borrow from. They work aggressively to cause you to default on a loan and when that fails try other tactics such as lowering your credit limit to automatically put you above your allowed lending amount, which is fined. My history? I have been with them for 4 years, never missed a payment. Oh they attempted that ruse which I fought because on auto payment it should always be on time. The have lowered my credit limit three times, claiming review concerns. I quickly paid down those amounts to avoid fees. All tactics to hold people back. They should be revoked as a lender and sad to say are going to cost their customers King **** and company, more customers as I look for alternatives and get rid of them. This may not matter to them, but I guarantee they lose more than gain with these predatorial tactics. Do not bank with them.

      Since being purchased by Comenity, they had a bunch of down time. I paid off most of my balance and it took forever to post to my account. That was about a month and a half ago. They didnt report my new low balance to the credit bureaus last month (at the end of the billing cycle) and when I contacted them about it, they told me to contact ***********. And they have no phone app to monitor their accounts. What a step backwards. Wont be using this card except for maybe one minimal purchase a month to keep it open as its one of my older accounts

      This bank does a poor job with handling store accounts.I have had 3 issues where they have made mistakes in billing. They need to train their employees!!
