      I have a credit score of 826 and have tried to apply for a Lands ********* Comenity Bank Card. I don't know why I keep trying. They have had such problems with website and I have been unsuccessul in reaching someone in person. My application apparently was deleted for lost during their turmoil and I have yet to hear from them. I have been on hold 3 times at over 15 minutes each without success. The message said to write a letter after wating 17 minutes!!! They have the very worst customer care department I have ever experienced.

      Have bergners credit card trying g to pay off. Web site is down for weeks. Called and was on hold forever. Finally got someone who could not understand me. Wanted my entire soc security number. Not just last 4 digits. Could not look me up without acct number which I lost. Said was transferring me for help. Hung up on me. I just want a statement mailed to me to pay them off. Uggghh

      The worst customer service of any bank I've ever had the displeasure of working with! Their customer service representatives AND their supervisors just make up answers. I called 7 times with an issue, 2 times with a supervisor, and got 7 different answers. AVOID any cards with this company.

      There customer service is the worst. Hold times are absolutely ridiculous. When I finally got through the rep was not able to help me. I paid my **** from ***** in full. Then I got a late charge. I paid the late charge just to close out my account. Then I got another late charge on top of a late charge. All I want was to have the second late charge removed but the rep ******* help me. He gave me a number to call but it is the same old thing of ridiculous wait times. My next call is to ***** to let them know how awful this place is. If there was a minus for the stars, thats what this bank would get.

      Worse credit card company I've ever dealt with. Made a payment in store at Cosmoprof and I get a letter from the credit card company a month later saying they never got my payment. After 5 attempts of calling and getting hung up and and transferred I was told I need to go get a receipt and mail it to them to prove I made my payment even though they aknowleged there was an error with their systems and I wasn't the only person affected by this. It's a complete scam because of course they report to the credit agencies that I missed a payment which knocked my score down even know they knew they had internal issues going on. Waste of time I would not recommend this card to anyone.

      I had opened a card with Commenity with promotional offer. I paid balance in full, but because it was on the weekend they decided to charge late fee. I called and closed account and told them to discharge the late fee because i paid balance in full on time and its not my fault that your system is not registering payments on weekend. Now they are reporting me to all credit agencies that i have a balance of 138 and have late payments and my score dropped from 800 to 600. Nobody responds to emails and nobody picks up the phone at 800 number

      I have received a letter from Comenity Bank telling me I have a new account number and that my old number will no longer work. I do NOT HAVE a Comenity Bank account and have no idea who they are. I have tried to call the 800 number, but cannot get through.I believe this is a scam. they need to be CLOSED DOWN!!!

      I reported a fraudulent transaction on 6/24/2022. The ***************** Professional" who answered said that they will look into it and that the account will be cancelled. She also said they will send me a new card. I waited for weeks to get a card but never received it. At some point I waa able to pay the statement balance via their "redesigned" website. When I checked back to seenif they took my payment, the website was down. They suggested EasyPay which I did but won't accept my old card number because it was already cancelled. Been calling them many many times per day and night. I was finally able to talk to someone and she said they have not sent me a new card and that she will send me one right away. I'm still waiting after 3 weeks. Also there's no resolution on the disputed transaction. My account is on paperless billing so there's no way of knowing the balance on the account. And my bank doesn't show that my payment has been posted. Were they hacked and they're not telling us? I will never use their card again - if ever they send me a replacement.
