      ********* up everyone. I have experienced the same as many of you. I have learned that if paying extra, must post before the due date to avoid additional interest. After not getting anywhere with people on the phone, I read the back of my statement. In small print it indicates that I must write a letter for disputes. **************** never told me that. They just continued to tell me what they could not do. I only recently wrote the letter to dispute a return check fee if $30 and additional interest. Their automated service approved an additional payment I made; however, my fat finger entered wrong account number. This payment should have never been approved! I always follow up on line after making payments. When I called young lady told me that there was a glitch in the system, she corrected my banking information and would take care of the charges. I checked back few days later after receiving my statement, no changes were made. I called again person was clueless. I hung up called back got another person that insisted that the charges were correct. Only then I wrote the letter, still waiting for a response. To close this account will hurt my credit score. I will stop using it. Hope this helps.

      Card declined. **************** is non existent. Called 5 times. 20 to 40 mintue hold times with no answer. Secure message center on website got me a response 3 days later saying request must be handled by phone.

      *************** has the worst time service for the customers that try calling them on the phone. After waiting on the phone for an hour, I was hung up on and had to redial again having to wait another 45 minutes before someone picked up. I feel that companies or bank institutions that serve the public, should make it their business to have a better customer service timing. Some people may not have the same service I have and may be paying for all that time waiting on their phone. I finally got a young lady that took my call and even though she was very pleasant, I felt the need to let people know. Time is money and some of us have many things to do and places to go.

      This bank is the WORST. DO NOT get a credit card that goes through this bank! The customer service and online experience is AWFUL!!!!!!!

      I accidentally made a payment substantially larger then my balance. I've called several time to get a refund issued and am still waiting for that on day 10. Meanwhile I continue to be put on long holds. Cancelling this and all Comenity cards that I hold.

      ******* E DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK. I had a BJ's Mastercard which I paid the entire balance and closed the account on 6/30/22. On August 3, 2022 received a statement as interest for $38.72. I have spent 4 hours on the phone and have not been able to resolve this! I have excellent credit and did not want it to be affected. I want to resolve this immediately.

      Signed up for paperless billing because the mail man never gets his deliveries right. All is well for a while few years but all of a sudden I get a call saying I didn't pay but never received a **** from them or any notice about non-payment/reminder etc! Searched my inbox, spam and trash - nothing. Go into my account and my email address is correct and I've been receiving promotional emails from them - so what's the problem?! I've tried calling (high volume and no answer) and tried using their online chat function (it's a robot so the convo goes nowhere). Confirmed my email address again online.Paid the **** in full. Made me so mad because I'm always on top of my finances and I've never not paid a **** or had a late payment! UGH. They ****.

      These guys cant get anything right - nor can they give you someone who can actually help. They are an absolute disgrace. Trying to set up an Ikea store card which is through this bank - should be simple right? Archaic systems that when you sign up they cant give you a number right away. People in their call center you cant understand - not American. When you go to pay Ikea with the Ikea card it gets declined - no one can figure out why. Useless. They were the same with other store cards. Now I dont shop at stores that insist on using this brand.

      This is the worst financial institution, BJs should be ashamed of working with them. They are not possible to reach on the phone. Have not been able to accurately reflect award points for BJs. This probably criminal as it is money that is owed to consumers. Close the card and go to *******
