      They charged my account for purchases I never made on a closed account. I closed this account 3 years ago !!!! I received a **** for $693.00 . I have tried for days to get a hold of someone only to be continuously put on hold for hours on end !!! I stopped using this bank for a reason!!! This place ***** !!!!!

      I really don't know who to reach out to.. start here to submit my complaint. I paid my **** in full electronically in June. Payment was never applied to account. In July I received a **** charging me late fee and interest. Checked with my bank and payment was verified as paid and valid. Trying to reach customer service at Comety is awful. After 1 hour and 20 minutes got a gal that was totally inept. After putting me on hold several times I was promised fees would be removed and payment record researched. Only late fee removed but not interest charge nor was payment applied. Again trying to call is futile.I see on FB many people are complaining. What gives?

      ************** is the worse. Website down, phones down, customer service down. This is a one time thing. They're always impossible to contact. I can't even activate a new card on line or by phone. The website was down for weeks while doing an "upgrade". I couldn't see my transaction or balance. I referred them to my State Attorney General and they did follow up. I received a letter back from Community with a bunch of BS excuses, but nothing changed. It's just awful customer service.

      July 26, 2022, I called multiple times to get the status of a Bed,Bath, and Beyond credit card AND their store card applications I submitted over two weeks ago.I was hung up on twice; and when I asked to speak to a supervisor for the credit card application I was put on hold for 15 more minutes before being transferred to the automated system. The credit card agent could not find my application and said, because I cant find you in my system, you have been denied. The second agent (for the store card) said I would not be in their system until I am approved or denied. - Please note, again,that it has been over two weeks since I applied. - The Bed,Bath, and Beyond website said to call to check the status of a credit or store card application. Federal law mandates if I am denied, then Comenity Bank/Bread Financial (issuers of these cards) HAS TO GIVE ME A REASON FOR THE DENIAL. However HOW CAN YOU SAY I AM DENIED WHEN YOU CANT EVEN PULL UP MY APPLICATION? Very shady. You probably wont be able to even SEND me a denial letter since you cant pull me ** in the system.

      They switch my account via a letter to an account that has been closed for 21 years.i have and open account with them, so when the letter came I did not this k anything about it. I have been fighting with them for 10 weeks to get over $300 back from them. Excuse after excuse

      Keep getting around 10 automated calls every day, each time I talk with them they blame it on the system being updated. Have automated payments set up from my bank on the 1st every month

      For last 2 months they are charching every month $35 penalty and in 2 days they will charge another $35. There is no way to pay it except to link my bank account to their sysytem and I will not do it with someone who I don't know if even exist. Spending few hours a month trying to find someone to talk and pay but it is mission impossible. I don't really owe anything to this bank except penalties they add every month. Today I called 6 times and after waiting for 1 hour for someone to answer is disconecting. Once I even had chance to say my name anf addres and it disconected again. In 2 days they will report me to credit bureau for not paying my bills for over 90 days. Can someone tell me what should I do?

      My name is ******************* and this banking institute ***** MAJOR A** I will never do business with them again even if I was a multi millionaire actually I would by it and make it better for the customer because they are not about customers they about lining their pockets the *** owner or who the f*** ever don't care about their customers just care about their selfs so inclusion please know I will never and will none of my family friends or associates ever deal with this bank again if you have a problem or question call me my name is ************************* my name is in your system see ya *******

      Hello,I paid my card balance in full a day before the due date and I believe there was a glitch in the system . My husband then called to follow up and make sure everything had gone through and it did not. The balance was paid in full again, this time going through. We are being charge interest charges of almost $2000 due to a system error. This is unreasonable as it was a system error and we explained this to the customer service representative and manager. Also, when my husband had called to do the follow up the representative stated we were okay and that we would not be charged interest for the situation. They lied. We need this resolved immediately. Customer service is terrible and rude. We were very nice, but it seems as though there are language barriers with their outsourced employees from a different country.

      Comenity is a c*** show. I pay my **** off when it arrives every month. This months **** had a two-dollar charge on it. It took me three days to finally get through to the bank. I then sat around for close to an hour waiting to talk to someone because they were so busy. When I finally spoke to the woman about the two-dollar charge, she told me I was charged interest on purchases made in between the time I paid my **** and the time that the payment was due. What a c*** show!!!
