      Worst bank and credit card ever. You can't call as hold times are fore-ever. They tell you to use their online system which is of zero help. Sending a secure message via their portal and they tell you to call their customer service. They no longer pay the 5% rewards but do not tell you. Pay 0% on credit card purchases but their website still tells you the contrary. Trying to cancel the card but not possible so far. Will never ever do any business with this bank!

      I have never had so many issues just trying to pay my ****. Website is down, easy pay is down, and the ***** NUMBER is having technical issues. Their customer service is horrendous. It has been 2 months without any updates on when they are going to fix any of their issues, and they keep giving the same copy and pasted answer for every complaint. None of their "solutions" work because none of their services work. I waited a whole month for a new card. I have waited on hold for 3 hours just for them to hang up on me and say it was a technical issue on their side. I can't wait to pay this card off and never use it again. Truly horrible. Do NOT get a card through them. I feel like I am being scammed. Your website really crashes when my **** is due? and then you don't give an extension? Absolute garbage of a company.

      I am 84 and have been trying to even reach Comenity Bank on the computer. its impossible.I keep going round and round and never have gotten to simple Pay your **** on line ************* ***** account. I made my pament on time through an organization that pays my accounts sen it in on the l5 over the computer and it didnt get to my account to the 20th and a late charge was addes. I was thing this is an illegal practice. how is a bank allowed to do this. I finally found a telepone number and will call them tomorrow. I never seen a bank like this one it should be closed down. ************************.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.I had a Roamans card, sent in a payment, and it was never applied to the account.Customer service is appalling incompetent,and downright stupid.After several calls, no results, I paid the card off and the $10 fee.I have excellent credit and did not want it to be affected. I checked my bank account for fraudulent withdrawals.I repeat, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK, THEY ARE ABHORRENT AND ****** INCOMPETENT.

      spoke with some lady and then a *******. I tried to make credit card payments but they wouldn't accept my payments because it was too little. He was very rude and she hung up on me which is what prompted me to call back and that is when I got *******. They say they work with you with payments but they don't. Very rude and the worst credit card company by far to deal with.

      For Years I was with barclays credit card *** points and a few months ago I get a new card and statement from Comenity **** card *** points - From Day one I made my payments for years on time with ******* no problems at all. This computer they dont offer an app. for your smart phone I Have to log onto a computer hello its 2022 lets get updated here! My first time paying online with this company I paid on time at 5:30pm they gave me $29 late fee NOBODY TOLD ME WITH COMENITY you have to pay before 5pm!! Then I paid on time with my other payments I have kept all my emails with dates and times YOU HAVE TO KEEP EVERYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY! TO PROTECT YOUR SELF! for your own records. So you have to pay by 5pm My June 3 **** was for ****** My hand was in brace and I hit the wrong number for ****** I was a dollar off so late charge plus interest! I dont care for the customer service on the phone they need to update everything!! I dont agree with the late fees they put on my account since i was on time and then late fees over **** which was a type error on my part but still. Im paying my **** and closing this account out..

      This company is a whole bowl of fruit loops!!! They do not answer calls, hold time is beyond through the roof. Maybe they need a new phone system to support the amount of calls that come through! I been trying to call to speak with a rep since 11AM! Its freaking after 5PM ! Absolutely ridiculous!!

      This is a horrible customer service bank I applied for a torrid card through them. I wasn't approved and organized I received a letter stating that they would Proceed to process my application However they would need additional information. Which included a government issued Id, proof of address, And a copy of my social security card. One form of ID being a military ID which is very illegal to copy. And for obvious reasons I don't find it very appropriate they ask for a social security picture if One chooses to give their number to apply that is fine I'm but it should stop there they shouldn't require a picture of the physical card. I chose to call the customer service and spoke to 3 representatives one of them being ***** the customer care supervisor which then continued to tell me if I didn't want to give up my information she could not help me that she couldn't prove that I wasn't trying to be a fraudulent. They press these cards at retail locations everyday when one decides to go ahead and apply they gethey get rudely spoken to by representatives this isn't OK not everybody is fraudulent

      Worse bank ever. Had them for 3 years with wayfair. Paid in full on time and had several credit increases. Then out of nowhere they canceled the card. That dinged my credit. Now I have 2 cards that are with them. Theyre website is always down. No one answers the phone and in order to pay my **** I have to physically drive to the stores wait until line and pay the cashier. Ive had a leg in a cast with minimal activity and this has been a huge inconvenience. I will never get a card again associated with this bank. They are literally the worse
