      I made a payment of $50 onto my account on June 16, 2022 (on time). The Comenity Bank endorsed the check (a copy is on my bank account) and credited my account with only $0.02 instead of the $50.00! And then charged me a late fee for not making the payment on time! When I complained, I had a horrible time getting customer service on the phone. I had to call several times. I have still not had the problem resolved, and the Comenity Bank wants me to pay on an inaccurate balance. They have NOT credited my $50 payment yet!

      I am completely frustrated with this company. I made a payment to them on June 24 from my online bank. To this day they have not subtracted that payment from my account and continue to **** me as if it wasnt received. I have called at least 15 times and been on hold for hours. They always say they are updating their system and my issue will be resolved soon. It has been more than a month and no resolution yet ! My son has also had the same problem and no resolution for him either.

      Worst bank and customer service. Still fighting with them the recognize they took my payment 7/1 but because of a computer update isnt showing in my account!! **************** has no resolution!! Horrible Horrible experience! Hopefully at some point this nightmare will be over and will be done with this bank for good!!

      Worst bank ever. I have been a member at BJ's phone 12 years Always paying my **** in phone and they did not post my payment charge me interest charge me leap please for 3 weeks I've been fighting with this stupid committee Always paying my **** in phone and they did not post my payment charge me interest charge me leap please for 3 weeks I've been fighting with this stupid comrnity bank. I can't get through or get a phone number I should save for corporate bread who owns community Transfer you to community customer service I've spoken with supervisors they have not followed through with any thing. I don't believe they even deserve 1/8 of a star

      Abusive practices. I was pushed this credit card at Ulta, One day I decided to accept I used it a little while maybe $100 maximum, paid it off quickly, had about three dollars in my account and then they just closed it which caused my credit to drop 30 points because my utilization went down drastically, when I called them to ask about it they said since I am no longer a customer they cant talk to me literally and hung up on me.

      Their payment issues on their sites continue to not work. On top of that I get about 25 calls a day about a late payment which isn't my fault given it clearly stated on the gamestop comenity site there were payment issues and late fees would be removed. Well that never happened. I've had to put their number on the block list. But when I call to speak to someone about the late fee I'm on hold for 20 minutes then it disconnects. I will be paying my card off and closing it. Avoid this bank at all costs.

      This bank is the pits for ***************** Their response time is terrible and their people are incompetent. I've had nothing but problems with them recently. They will not let you speak to a supervisor to try to resolve your problem. There is no one there that can answer a question beyond what's on their screen.

      I've made purchases with their Boot Barn cars twice now, both times they've screwed me over on fees. I was late by a day on my payment, I owed $200, I've paid $250, and still owe $217... absolutely bs. ??
