      I recommend you NEVER do business with this institution. I have been unable to access my account over a month and it is impossible to reach a live person to solve the banks errors. Their automated system is the worst I have ever experienced. As you will read in many other reviews they assess late charges indiscriminately and then report your acct to the credit bureau until you pay it. Even though their site says they will not. Assessing late charges upon late charges then interest on those late charges is the only way the can possibly be in business. Stay away. Do not open an account no matter what they offer, you will regret it.

      Horrible bank to have to deal with. They have been supposedly down for weeks now. Cannot reach anyone to make a payment, cannot access my account through their online site yet I keep receiving texts telling me i am behind on my monthly payment. Inexcusable way to do business.

      I've been trying to pay 4 Comenity accounts in the last two & a half weeks &cannot get through online through the phone or anything else, easy pay doesn't work nobody ever gets on the phone I called today & someone from collections came on I said what do you mean collections you have the **************** charging me a late ********** won't take my payment! she told me to hold & I was on hold over an hour & a half. Until I finally hung up! this is ridiculous!!!! I ALWAYS pay my bills on time now they're all tapping late fees on ******** can't get through to anybody they must have been hacked, something is up but they better remove all the late fees!!!!!!!

      This bank is carnivorous. They sneakily set up two loans each at *****%. That's equivalent to *****%. That is ***** interest and is created as a hidden debt with expensive implications. They call these "Promotional Plans" which set up outrageous balloon payments if certain amounts, (hidden on the statement) are not made by prescribed dates. These amounts and dates have nothing to do with monthly minimums or general account balances. I just paid off my account a day before I was set to owe another $2,658.04 even though the minimum due was $62.00.I would not do business with this bank or its subsidiary ******** Credit. If I could give a zero rating I would. This is the worst lender I have ever dealt with. Worse than a loan shark.

      I wish I could leave zero stars. I first had a problem with my ULTA card. Charging this **** fee after you pay off the card. This **** turned into over ***** in late fees. I didn't realize that I had a **** balance so every month, they charged more and more. Now I am having the same issue with Maurices. **** minimum interest fee for the last two months. It is like I will never get it paid off. I hate that Maurices changed over to them. I have already shredded my ULTA card which makes me sad and Maurices will most likely be next. I enjoy the perks but they might not be worth it to have to deal with this every single month.

      I have a ************** **** with Comenity. I have been calling for 5 days straight several times a day because my card is being declined for no reason. I checked the "unlocked" Lock" account feature and its shows to be unlocked with no declined transactions. I enter all of my information when requested it transfers me to a "customer care specialist" to only tell me they are temporarily closed. How is a Bank closed every day! I am traveling and use this cared for work. I have not gotten any responses from my emails as well. I wish Caesars would change banks they use!

      Try and pay ****...good luck entered several time information of checking account to pay balance. Doesn't recognize bank info.They say now you can pay with a debt card so you don't have to pay $10 fee but no where can you find a way to do that.EZ PAY. . WHAT A JOKE

      New York and Company need to get a better finance bank. ************** charged me a late fee, and I paid my **** on time. I tried to call them to rectify the situation. However, I haven't been able to get a representative on the phone. This company isn't reliable and someone need to investigate this company immediately.

      I applied for a Torrid account in which they told me I already had an open account. It took me 2 weeks to get live person to speak with and then they told me to reapply after 30 day! They have already put a hard inquiry onto my credit report for the initial application. I will not have another Comenity Bank card ever. Worse customer service ever ! They just tell you after waiting over 45 mins they are transferring to another person and then hung up! I have been trying for weeks and they also said I have no open account with them. Why are they not in *** ? ******** **** ?? Now instead of building my credit they got it lowered... Don't waste your time with this company!!

      For weeks their website has been experiencing issues. They've put banners informing their customers they will not be charged late fees or experience any late payment reporting due to delayed payments however, this has been going on far too long. I have promotional balances that are coming due this week, I cannot see the current balances to pay them off, and when I call customer service they indicate they can't see them either. I spoke to someone Friday who said they've been told the website will be up and running at full capacity today. Well I logged in and it's not! Tried calling customer service and was disconnected after 29 minutes on hold. Completely
