      The worst, horrible...I had no idea I was being charged 35% interest as I never got a statement. It is IMPOSSIBLE to call them as every number you get is wrong or disconnected. That cannot find your account and continue to charge you. The people you speak have no authority to do anything but take a payment and say is there anything else I can do when they do nothing. Horrible, I cannot even pay it iff because they still want more interest after.

      WORST BANK EVER I wouldn't even give this bank a star if I didn't have to....I have had a *********** store card for over 20 years. Never have I had a late fee. I made a payment, not realizing the payment had to be made by a certain time of day. As soo as I realized it , I called and explained the issue. I was told I would be credited the late fee. A month later, the late fee was not credited. Now they are saying they will only credit half of the late fee. I have been fighting this for two days and they have stacked on another $30 late fee. I am beyond ******. To top it all off, they tell me that they won't provide the credit until I pay the $60. So now if they do give the $15 credit, it will just sit there. Beyond ridiculous!!!!!!!!

      I would leave zero stars if possible. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I have a Saks Fifth Ave card issued by them. I have been a customer there for 50 years and never had a problem with any other bank they used. I have cards with other luxury stores and have no problems with any of them. Their system of posting returns and fees is in their interest, not the consumer's. I returned a purchase on the day a payment was due and even though they agreed it was returned that day, they said it didn't post for 3 days later and charged me a late fee and interest. They are predators. And they charge $2.99/mo if you want a paper statement. Who does that for a luxury store? Do NOT use any card associated with this bank. Going forward, I will only use my ** ** when shopping at **** and NOT the Saks Comenity card.

      It is the worst card I ever had. They do not allow me to put a charge on it after I paid the balance in full for 5 to 7 business days. Never had a card with this condition.

      Their practices are questionable. Did you know that if you pay the minimum payment on their credit card they consider your account to no longer be in good standing? Unless you pay the full amount each month you are not in good standing. And, if you pay the minimum amount one month and the next month you pay the entire amount they still charge you interest for the third month! Apparently they charge interest for two months if you don't pay your account in full. What a crock ... while I have enjoyed their clothes in the past, I will certainly never purchase from them again!

      I ORDERED 2 ITEMS FROM CATHERINES ON 4/2/2025 AND CHARGED THE BILL TO MY PERSONAL CREDIT CARD( AMERICAN EXPRESS) NOT CATHERINES CREDIT CARD. COMENITY BANK IS STATING THAT I OWE THEM PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER. THE AMOUNT OF $95.37 WAS BILLED TO AMERICAN EXPRESS NOT TO COMENITY BANK. I NEED YOUR HELP IN CLEARING UP THIS MATTER. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. This bank is by far the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. The constant calls from them regarding a balance that is false is outrageous. I have proof I paid my balance on time and they are charging $64 for late fees when thats not the case at all. The customer service agent I got was the rudest and was yelling at me telling me if I dont pay it today he will happily send it to collections. I asked to be sent to a manager or someone else who isnt going to argue and he hung up on me. I 100% hate this bank and will never use them again.

      Their customer service is awful. I have requested the PIN number for my card five times over the matter of 10 weeks and have not received it. Every time I call to request another one, I am told, all we can do is request another one. And they blame it on the post office. I transferred my balance to another company and will never use this company again. I caution you on choosing this company.

      I am very disappointed, I have been making all my payments in time, more so I have been making payments twise a month and since the account open. This month because I made the payment one day after the due date they are charging me $40 late fee. I called customer service and they told me they are not going to remove the late fee. I paid the remaining amount on the account and I am not going to use this bank any more.

      terrible bank--made a payment of $63.55 3/14/25--they did not get it until 4/9/25 & charged me a $30 late fee--now it is up to $63 on 6/2/25--I called a *************** said they gave me a one time credit in may for $15 (which never happened)& he won't waive the $63 (which is only late fees & not for merchandise)-- never use this bank.....
