      This entity seems to be a scam in regards to the credit card system. No matter how early I send in my payment, they always post it after the deadline. I have spoken to my bank and they believe it is intentional on their part. They do not have other established company that take 18 days to post a check. It happens month after month and only with this company.

      I made my payment April 25 within good faith. Apparently there was some problem with the address that I was not aware of. I went by the last four of my account number. They mailed me a check, but I thought it was made out to me, but it was made out to the commodity bank. I had no idea cause I just thought it was an overpayment on my part so I went to the bank with that and other checks and the lady at the bank said this check is for commodity bank, and I was a bit confused. So I called them today and wanted the late fee removed and they refused to remove the full amount which was $30. They said that they are only bound and able to remove $15. Its company policy and its a one time thing for every 18 months and I said well you charge me $30 instead I made my payment and good faith and it was on time and we just went back-and-forth back-and-forth. To me this is poor business practice. I never make my payments late if I decided to close the account, they were going to remove nothing when I threatened to do it if I kept it open, they would remove the $30 in this day and age. This is the most disgusting display of a credit card company. That is actually criminal. I feel sorry for people who are older. I dont understand whats going on and dont fight for themselves when theres an issue. Im very disappointed in this company and Im going to close my account. I hope this makes sense.

      This company is charging customers with Disabilities 2.99 per month to receive paper statements. Even when notified of the disability.

      I just received my latest Comenity bill and noticed that my APR had changed from *****% to *****%! I called their CS number and the *** told me that I should have received a notice in the mail of this change. I told him I did not. He said I could write to the company about this issue. So this is how Comenity treats a customer who has faithfully paid off his bills on time for two years? By increasing his APR by 11% without even notifying him? This, my friends, is the very definition of predatory activity. Suffice to say that they will not be receiving another ***** from me until this issue is resolved to my satisfaction.

      charges $2.99/mo for paper statements, website down so could not make payment allowing them to charge $30 late fee, refuse to waive even though site down. Terrible customer service, has no idea how to rate the customer service repr.

      This bank is awful defrauds their customers. I paid the balance on account on 5/17/2025 and request the account closed. I received a confirmation letter from them on 4/22/2025 that the account was closed and the balance was zero. On May 26th I received an email statement with a balance of $16.56. I called the representative ****** tells me that is interest and late fees and when I asked on what she hung up on me.

      I have an Ulta Credit card this bank runs. Their app has not worked for months, I keep getting late fees because I have to call them. Im unable to check transactions, etc. some how I now owe $200 I have not bought anything in at least two months, the last purchase was under $100. When I make a complaint over the phone they just tell me sometimes well sometimes there are technical difficulties. This is ridiculous, theyre doing this on purpose with their app miraculously not working for months now. I want all late fees dropped and Im canceling my account, will never get a card with this bank again!

      Opened four CDs with **************** Its quite easy to open a CD with *************** ONLINE bank. Its quite a challenge to close a CD. Closing a CD at *************** is on the honor system. You have to contact customer service and request to close each CD as it matures. Then I have to continue following up with ******** service because Who knew that closing a CD was on the Honor System?!*************** will not verify by email or text message that I called to close my CD. If I dont keep hounding customer service to close a CD, it will automatically renew. I will NEVER do business with ********** again. Im tired of getting a sales pitch to renew my CD at *************** when I have called numerous times to close my CD. I was also asked what Im going to do with my money once I close my CD and requested that I give them a reason why I want to close my CD.This is too much.

      Open a account with comenty ************. Activated card was told by representative. My credit limit was $500. Went to academy sports to use card card now at zero balance. ********** Was told my original balance was $300. There is some fraudulent activity going on.

      This bank took over ******* and has been awful. They are impossible to deal with-I have been requesting my account number for almost a year now, and it has not been shared. I enrolled in autopay only to be take off after three months-and informed that I will have to call and re-enroll EVERY three months. Prior to this take over I never missed a payment, now I've had to to order checks just to make payments, because of the unreliability of the electronic system. They have clearly created this system to cause missed payments so they can collect additional fees.
