If I could give no stars I would! Ordered furniture in April 2024. Still waiting for delivery. Keeps getting pushed back. Now new date is September 25. Poor rude customer service, hung up on me as if Im not suppose to mad that I dont have something that I already paid for . Says only one side of recliner loveseat came in. This is just ridiculous. They sold my piece I know for sure. They called and confirmed delivery then called back 4 hours later to tell me it was delayed another 3 weeks. I recently purchased my 3rd set from value city furniture, when I placed my purchase it was a week before memorial day weekend and they had their annual memorial day sale. I came in to make a payment and inquired about being able to get the set at the discounted price. I was told yes. But because the terms of the contract were already set with credit acceptance they couldn't make any price changes at that time. But would refund me the difference after payment was completed. Well I paid off the set in less than the 120 days and never received payment for the sales price. They said they didn't know the sale price..... the same 10% ofd you do every memorial and labor day sale. Needless to say after buying 2 bedroom sets and a living room set, I will no longer be spending my money with VCF!!!!! Do better by your repeat costumes!!!American Signature Inc.

Very bad service! I purchased a bedroom set from value city furniture and I paid price in full. They promised to deliver the bedroom set about one month later. On the delivery day, one hour before the delivery window, I got a call from the manager saying that some pieces are missing and they cant deliver them until more than 2 months later. I tried to negotiate some solutions like a partial refund as an apology or at least having the option to return if they couldnt deliver the missing parts on that date but they refused. At that time I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor because I already got rid of my old room. They refunded my money and now I have to go through the process of looking for a room while sleeping on the floor.American Signature Inc.

We purchased product from VCF at ****************************************************************** Product has imperfections and needs to call service for touch up repairs. Service technician came at 8/15 and said it is not repairable. He said he will report, and shop will replace or decide how to proceed. While he tried to repair the condition turned worse than before repair.I gave call to shop reminding our problem on 8/28 and they gave promise to find out technician report 8/28.I am not diving deep to other delivery problems we faced but this repair issue is annoying We need proper repair or replacement or somehow compensation gift/check etc.That's the way for customer satisfactionAmerican Signature Inc.

We purchased furniture from Value City Furniture from ************** in ***************************. When we bought the furniture they assured us all the furniture was in stock and would be delivered together. We received the furniture this week and only one couch was delivered. We called they are now telling us the other pieces are on backorder until January. We would not have ordered if we could not get all pieces at the same time. The manager at this store was very rude. We are asking that they come pick up the one piece that has been delivered and they are giving us a hard time with that. We were very clear and made sure that all the furniture was in stock before purchasing and they assured us of that. The manager has not been helpful and we need them to come pick up the one piece that was delivered as we were given misinformation when we initially purchased the furniture.American Signature Inc.

I purchased a $1300 loveseat. With in 2 months the cushions were completely flat. They sent a service tech out and he determined we needed new cushions. That was the first week of May. It is now the end of August and we are still sitting on a flat loveseat. No one has any idea when said cushions should arrive.American Signature Inc.

I recently bought furniture from the ********** location. 2 bedroom sets and sectional. I was trying to save money and got my bed (headboard, slats and footboard) from the clearance ***** It matched the Dresser/Mirror, Chest and Nightstand I purchased. The upholstered bed was only $200, great deal right? WRONG!!! It was infested with BED BUGS!!!! The salesman told me when purchasing that the bed was only $200 because they bought a lot of furniture from a store that closed down. I'm assuming that either the warehouse Value City has is infested with bed bugs or the store they bought furniture from had bed bugs. I'm even more mad because I would bet money that the movers saw those bed bugs on the whole back of that headboard when setting it up. They were everywhere. My boyfriend has been working with the bed treating it, spraying it, vacuuming it trying to preserve it but we are on week 7 and I'm still getting bit. We got it now to where we only see one every 1-3 days but I am OVER IT!! I was just bit again last night and I decided to have my boyfriend just throw the whole bed away. Thankfully, it didn't spread all over my house. They have been contained only to my bedroom and has not been on our clothing. We do not want this to spread to others. This has been a NIGHTMARE!! Now I have to spend money on another bed or rails or headboard whatever. I WILL NEVER buy furniture from them again and this has literally scarred me.American Signature Inc.

Reviewing American Signature Furniture:I purchased 2 rooms of furniture in June 2024. A very positive purchase, and delivery 20 years ago had me coming back because Pottery Barn no longer offered the bedroom suite I was stalking for 12 months.I pushed my delivery date twice because tables were back ordered, but in doing so no one at this company mentioned that my entire sofa would not be available for another 4 weeks. I found that our calling to confirm the delivery of the entire order. Then being old the armless part would be delivered the other two pieces were back ordered.When the delivery showed up on the schedule day, guess what was not on the truck, but was logged as being delivered? Right - the armless part of the sofa. It will all be in on 8/30. I just got off a 57 minute call with customer service and no delivery this Friday. Not only is this company pushing the date out to October (that will be 4 months after purchase), and but again, no one let me know the date was being pushed. On top of this, the company still had the armless part as being delivered, even though on the day of delivery the *** spoke with the driver and they told her there was not sofa part on their truck at all for that ****** if I had not called to confirm delivery, I would never have been told it date was pushed and if I have not confirmed all three pieces, I would have only received two. So I will be sitting on the floor for another 5 weeks. I have no words for the complete lack of professionalism this company has shown towards me. I am beyond dissapointed. And if I had not been given considerable financial consideration on this mess, I have cancelled the remained of this order. Surface to say, this is the last purchase I make at American Signature Home Furniture. I should have just selected another bedroom suit from ************.American Signature Inc.

Zero stars if I could. We have no trust in this company as they have completely damaged the relationship with us, hence the 1 star of the purchase experience. Our couch and recliner was GUARANTEED by the salesman at ***** to be here July 5 and weve now been rescheduled 4 times. We got our recliner 8/24 (gee thanks for HALF our order). Also, the couch was rescheduled the 4th time and SUPPOSED to be delivered 8/24 as well. However, I got a call 8/18 saying that it would be pushed back again to September 13. When I asked why as they told me it was in and ready for delivery, I was told it was given it to someone else who bought the same thing because our delivery date was two weeks away (we couldnt take off the first days of school as teachers to get it). This is unacceptable and the fact that no one has even reached out to apologize speaks to the professionalism of this company. I dont see how they are still in business with such horrible customer service.American Signature Inc.
