      I purchased a living room set in July 2023 and when it was delivered in August of 2023 it was delivered broken. They sent a technician to replace the part that was broken and he didn't have the part that was broken. It is now almost December and I have not gotten my furniture fixed and I'm still waiting for the recliner to be delivered. Almost 5 months sitting on broken furniture that I paid for in full, out right. I wish I would have put it on a payment plan so I could have stopped paying. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a furniture store. I've called 10 times to date and I'm never given a legitimate answer as to when it will be fixed. Only that they're waiting on the part. i will build my furniture from the trees in my backyard before I buy anything from them ever again...

      I purchased the Nest sectional from value city furniture and within less than 3 months multiple cushions started to rip. After reading online reviews, it seems that most are experiencing the same issue. I specifically purchased from the Utica, Michigan store. I called them in September and was told to make a claim. I did and a repair was scheduled for Oct 20. The repair person said there was nothing he could do and he would tell someone. I didn’t hear anything so I called the headquarters customer service number where they told me cushions had been ordered. I also reached out via Instagram in the meantime to get help. They told me the store will call in 24-72 hours - which they did not. I called the purchasing store and they told me to talk to the delivery store (chesterfield). I did and they could not provide me any additional information. They have no idea what timeline the cushions will arrive - weeks, months or never because “of the manufacturer”. I want to return this defective product and get my money back. More cushions have ripped since and the pillows are falling apart as well. Please help to resolve this matter immediately. I also have a home decor social media page where I showcase my furniture . This did not help anyone to care any more.

      Value city furniture located in **** ******** *** ****** ***** ********* Ohio has inconvenience my life. They waited until the day before delivery to say they can't deliver until another week later as if they are doing me a favor . I took off work and now they want me to wait a week later and take off work again as if taking off work is that easy and simple . I don't recommend u spending your hard earned money only for them to tell u oh I'm sorry we can't deliver your order until they want to please don't waste your time because they definitely wasted our time and money I will Never Ever purchase from this unprofessional business again

      Unfortunately, 0 is not an option, because they don’t even deserve a 1. VCF is the worst place to purchase furniture. The quality is substandard and the customer service is even worse! Don’t pay for a warranty, because they are a rip off and they DO NOT stand by the product or honor the coverage. They spin you around until you give up trying to get a replacement or getting the item repaired. VCF and the warranty service are a shame and both need to go out of business!!!! I’ll never do business with them and recommend no one else does either!

      I purchased living room furniture at $4000. Furniture needs repairs in which I purchased for. No one answers the phone or assist you upon arriving at store. They inform you that someone from A1 will contact you. Never got a phone call, text or email. Upon contacting the store to inform they that no has reached out to make the repairs. Manager at Stonecrest location placed me on hold and never turned to assist me. I will be contacting the Corporate Office to request a refund for the repair purchase

      The couch we received had multiple parts broken and we had to send it back for repairs. Then we realized that all the furniture they sell is used which should be made abundantly clear by at least putting a sign up or something, but isn't. When we tried to refund the couch, they said it would charge us to do so.

      Delivery and set up was great but the service after the sale of a $6000 leather sectional sofa is not good at all. One end on sectional is stuck reclined out and your tech said it needed a new motor and they would be back to repair in 2 weeks and that's been about 4 weeks ago. If you can't get a motor then give me another end of the couch or get a motor off one in the warehouse. I'm a Director of a car dealer and yes, I take parts off New cars in order to take care of a customer but that would be something a customer service company would do. Just get my sofa repaired or another one.

      I purchased a King bed on 9/14. The bed was scheduled for delivery on 9/30. I called VCF on 9/22 to confirm date of delivery. I was then advised there is a delay on the delivery to 10/10. I moved forward preparing for the next delivery date. On 10/10 my delivery was scheduled from 3:45p-6:45p.
      I called 5 minutes prior to my delivery window time to inquire is the delivery drivers on track for my delivery and how many stops do they have prior to my delivery. I was told from a rep I needed to contact the location I purchased the bed as there is a change in my order.
      When I reached out to the South Blvd store in Charlotte NC I spoke to a rep and explained I had a scheduled delivery and I called in inquiring but was told I needed to contact the store directly I purchased the bed from. The rep stated headboard and footboard is available but no date for the bed frame. I then expressed my concern to when was anyone going to notify me the change. I find it hard to believe they wasn’t aware of this prior to 3:40pm when I called. Knowing my delivery is scheduled at 3:45.
      I asked to speak to a Manager to express my concern of the lack of communication.
      What made the conversation worst was when I spoke to what I was told a Manager named Brandon he had no empathy, no respect, cut me off in my communication and treated me as I couldn’t get any word out to express any concern. He consistently cut me off, and communicated in a very disrespectful manner showing no concern of the call.
      It’s baffling to me that he is an alternative as a manager that has no regards in how he speaks to a concerned customer that only wanted answers and explanation to how the ball was dropped.
      Value City Furniture has no problem to charge a customer a fee if they miss the delivery window but no regards or concern to when a customer has to take time off of work to be present for a delivery and no one shows up or have the courtesy to make aware their is an issue with the order/delivery (HORRIBLE).
