      Please listen to all other reviews and expect you order to be delayed 5 times. Customer service is the worst. They send stupid emails and replies saying they are sorry but they can care less. No compensation or free delivery. They will make you run out multiple times and offer nothing to you. Take your business somewhere else as this is the worst furniture company that is around me.

      Absolutely crap! The lady name Douglas that work at the university city store is completely crap. She has zero customer service manners. Getto as she can be .

      Ordered Dining table set (Table+bench+4chairs) on Apr25th, the initial given delivery date was June16th, then it moved to June30th, then July11th then then July12th.. its not ending here as well...
      their explanation for delay:
      June 16th - Your order is delayed by two weeks.
      June30th - Only Table is availble, chairs and bech will be delivered on July11th, if you want whole set together it will be on July12th. so I opted for July12th.
      I follwed up 3 or 4 times before July12th to make sure, this time all would be delivered. Everytime they said its on schedule.
      July10th - I called up - they said all good for july12th delivery, only delivery timings not confirmed.
      July11th - Again I called up still the same answer. After one hour I got a call and they said -
      Only Table and bench available CHAIRS NOT AVAILBLE . and EXPECTED DELIVERY OF CHAIRS ON AUG11th.
      VCF DO you think anyone would still have TRUST this? I'm not definitely... very very disappointed with Value City Furniture. I WOULD NEVER VISIT VCF AGAIN

      I order $4000 for a coach and loveseat in Feb 2023. Promised delivery was first week in May. This is July and is been postponed one because they didn't have it, June they "forgot to put it on the delivery truck", and here it is July and again "its not at the distribution center".
      Next offered delivery date is August because they picky deliver to our area once a week. I called to speak to a manager and was told I would be added to a list as #4. Wow, you have so many issues that customers are added to a list to speak with managers.

      Dont ever trust Value City Furniture. They sell the products with warranty service charging 300 bucks and it is waste of service. Quality of product was very worst and after using the sofa for 3 months it had ripped off and they are not replacing the part. From past 3 months they are not responding. Be cautious with there fraudulent products. Don't ever i purchase again with them. I alert other customers be cautious with there advertised products.

      I ordered a dining room table and chairs the end of April was told June 28th for delivery with no notice except a text message the day of they delivered my table a week early when I ask where my chairs where they said they didn’t have them so I called 3 times before someone told me it would be 2 more weeks before I would receive them day before they we’re supposed to be delivered they called me and informed me it would be almost another 3 weeks before I receive them so far it’s been a month without being able to sit down for dinner I still have no chairs i am very disappointed in the service we have received and still waiting on my chairs July 25 they say we will have them but i am not confident this will be the case I have taken 2 day off work for this and now my husband will have to take one as well don’t think I will be shopping with them anymore

      Very disappointed in Value City and the insurance company that insures their products. Bought a leather sofa with recliners as well as the insurance coverage. I have never bought the insurance in the past but since it was an expensive purchase and has mechanical parts decided it would be best. Contacted the insurance company numerous times and also Value City for a problem with one of the sofa’s recliners. This has been going on for 6 months. I don’t understand why a company that spends thousands of dollars in advertising would allow this type of situation to go on without acknowledging the problem.

      Rebate program is a joke! Went in to collect my rebate after not using it or “file a claim”. The rebate has to be reported within 5 years and we were part that by 6 months. Was waiting on this moment to claim my rebate for a whole 5 years and because they were not transparent with the terms I didn’t receive any credit back. So disappointed with the service, was considering updating some of my furniture with the help I would have gotten.

      I have had the worst experience with Value City Furniture. I bought a dining set in January and I am still waiting for them to deliver the dinning bench and replace the damaged table that was delivered in February. The manager is never available at the Woodbridge store and never called me back after leaving several messages.
