Don’t buy mattresses they don’t honor their warranty I bought a hybrid set and had a warranty I called to complain about the comfort and feel because of back and side pain they sent someone out I thought to verify the brand they were looking for anything to void the warranty it had a small stain and they said that it voided the warranty and they didn’t offer any resolution they resell mattresses beware don’t buy deceptive read the fine print of the warranty I will never darken their door again for anythingAmerican Signature Inc.

My boyfriend and I have furnished our home with items from value city. We did have a bad experience with our bedrooms suit and delivery and damaged items and how long it took to replace but Despite some issues we continue to give them our business. The store employees are wonderful!! The issues arise when it comes to the delivery or picking up of items. We just purchased a tv stand and we are supposed to pick it up tomorrow. We were told by the women at the Gemini place location we would receive a call or email to confirm our pick up time 24 hours prior to our pick up date. Since we are scheduled to pick up tomorrow and we had not heard anything we reached out, when we looked online it said our tv stand was at the hub location but we were supposed to pick it up from the store not the hub. When I called (614) 379-705* and spoke to someone they said it would not be possible to get it from the store because of some system issues that we could only get it from the hub. This is the second time they’ve done this and tried to say they left a voicemail on the 13th to notify us of this but that’s not the case they constantly lie to try and cover their ***** because they could care less about the inconvenience to paying customers or customer satisfaction in general. We were never notified that the pick up location was changed and that we were not going to be able to pick it up right from the store. The guy seemed like he didn’t care that it was an inconvenience to us after we paid over $1200 for this item and we ask to be given delivery for this item since they messed up and wouldn’t allow us to pick up from our store location but instead the item was just refunded. I guess it’s just easier to refund and not sell product than it is to actually follow through with what they say. Value City’s delivery and hub is a total fucking joke and so are the people they have answering the phone and handling the situations.American Signature Inc.

I am a disabled person and have been treated very poorly. I went to the store to order an entertainment center my girlfriend and I have been waiting on for it to get into stock, everything went smoothly. I asked to pick up the item from the Polaris location, they said yes it would just be a few extra days and I didn’t mind at all. Well normally get a email saying my item will be ready for pickup the day prior, today is that day and I didn’t receive anything. So I called the store to ask if my item is there and I was told “no and if you want to pick it up you’re going to need to go to out hub” the hub is 40 minutes away from the store I was told that I could pick it up from. I asked them if they could have it delivered to the store we already agreed to and I was told “no” once again. I then asked if they can now deliver it to my house for no charge to me because they messed up, he said no, and that he was issuing me a refund and it should be there in the next 2 days, then he hung up. I am a disabled person, I had to pay 2 guys in order for them to get my item from the Polaris store due to my disability. I only live in Delaware which is 15mins from the store. I didn’t have the extra time to go an extra 40mins each way, especially when they agreed to the pickup from there. Something needs to be done. Now I’m without a entertainment center for my TV, the TV will have to go on the ground until I figure something else out.American Signature Inc.

I will never shop here again. I had brought 2 bedroom set. My bed is broke. I had pay for the extended warranty. So why have I been sleeping on the floor for the last 6 month. I made a claim back in December of 2022. I had to call over and over just to see how my claim is going. The warranty place to me that they are waiting for value city to get back with them. I did my claim in Dec it is now June and I am sleeping on the floor. I need help. If anyone can help me file a lawsuit or something please contact me. DONT SHOP AT ANY VALUE CITY FURNITURE. PLEASE TAKE YOU HARD EARN MONEY ELSE WHERE. GO SOME WHERE ELSE. YOU WILL BE TREATED WAY BETTER THERE THEN AT VCFAmerican Signature Inc.

I purchased furniture in November of this year, every item delivered was damaged. There were several attempts to re-deliver. However, each time the items were delivered they were damaged. I was informed by Pete B**** from store 112 University area that the furniture I purchased was not good quality, and some damage was to be expected. He informed me that he would make it right by having it re-delivered and take money off by cutting myself or the finance company a check, however, that has yet to be the case he never returns my calls when he says he’ll call me back. Honestly I feel that he’s a little racist by the way he tends to TALK AT ME AND NOT TO ME, he didn’t keep his word and now he’s telling me that I’m basically stuck with the damage items. He then went to my finance company who I’m almost done paying and told them I requested to have the items picked up when I never stated this, he was extremely rude and disrespectful when I reminded him of the promises he made and has yet to keep, he over, talk to me and barely listened to my concerns. My intent is to not stop here but take this to the new stations and anyone that’ll listen. No one should be treated in this manner in which I have been especially when I’ve been nothing less than patient. Someone has to listen, step up, and do right by customers such as myself. I am a single parent that works hard for every penny I earn, this bedroom set was a gift to myself, and I have been unable to enjoy it. I am diagnosed with anxiety and this has caused increased symptoms of anxiety combined with depression. I have also suffered several panic attacks due to this matter I need help.

I purchased a $3000/almost $4000 leather recliner sofa set (2 sofas) in Dec 22 (6 months ago) and one has literally broken into two pieces WHILE MY 2yo was laying down sleep. I do not recommend the Camp Creek, ATL, GA location due to the failure of addressing the concern raised nor do I recommend any American Signature furniture at this point. The manager “Ally” and her representative “Cece” had zero empathy towards the situation and no one even apologize for the inconvenience this has caused my family. She explained the service tech will be in my area and available in 2wks as my sofa hang off the side. The trust is shot and I DO NOT WISH THIS ON NOBODY. I purchase a white leather set and a white entertainment center from this company last year in September. I spent over 6,000 for both. I have called the store several times for them to send a technician out over three times. My leather couch is starting to peel and sink in. I have talk to the store manager several times to only be told it is normal wear and tear. I have had this set now 9 months. I also purchase the extended warranty for 500.00 dollars which I was told I can not use. I want my money back or a new set. The charging piece on the charging port stop working. They lied and said they ordered one I still have not receive it. The store manager and the assistant manager is both mean and RUDE. They do not stand by their customers, products, or words. I even called the warranty company and customer service they all full of SHIT. Stay away from this company. I am pissed! I wish I would of never shop with themAmerican Signature Inc.

We bought Hampton Dining Table set, Carlisle Dining Table set and Devon Dual-Power Reclining Sectional during 2021 which arrived 5 months after order date. Out of the items we bought Hampton dining set is an absolute mess. Quality of the item we saw in show room is completely different from the one they delivered to us. Within few months, paint started coming off and the panels started bulging. Now it's looking horrible and in a throwable condition. All screws started coming off quickly which we are fixing on daily basis. My husband requested the customer care many times to come and check so they might replace the item. Even though we bought their 5 their warranty (Pure Promise Furniture Protection), we did not get any help. Other dining table (Carlisle) the marble is completely different from the showroom item which we decided to keep. We are really bothered with the Hampton table and decided to throw soon.American Signature Inc.

Delivery schedule is ridiculous. I got a phone call 3 times delivery of my furniture being postponed. Then a call the guy told me all 8 of pieces where in. That I will be getting a confirmation. I get a confirmation delivery email for Saturday to come to the store to find out that my furniture getting postponed again.American Signature Inc.
