Made a purchase and paid. Arrival/pick up day has gone now from 2 weeks to 3 months! The original date was December 26, 2024. I called before arriving and was told it would now be January 2. A few days later, received a called it would be January 23. In January 20, received a call saying it would now be March2! They have had my money since December 10th!! Value City Furniture is not a trustworthy organization. I purchased a powered sectional that started to break down in the second year of owning it. I did purchase the extended Warrenty with the sectional to cover 5 years of damage (no matter what the damage) I was ********** has been a year now and I still have a non functional piece on my sofa recliner that dont work and a **************** who refuses to fix it! I spoke with Value City and they say it is out of their hands that I have to work with the ****************. So they pass the problem back and forth like a ping pong and I they customer get no resolution.I feel like I was scammed for $500 more dollars on my invoice by Value City.They dont tell you that your Warrenty is with a third party. They dont tell you that the **************** has the final say.American Signature Inc.

I recently made a significant purchase from Value City Furniture at their *****, ** location (Store #***). The total amount was $11,228.90, which included a bed with bedframe, side tables, a dresser, a mirror dresser, a mattress, and two table lamps. While the sales process was smooth and professionalspecial thanks to the salesperson ***** Lugjii for being courteouseverything fell apart after the sale.I was assured that all items would be delivered together, but on the delivery date, the mattress and two lamps were missing. No one informed me beforehand that these items were on backorder. This lack of communication was frustrating, but the real disappointment came when I tried to resolve the issue with the store.I spoke with a representative named *****, who claimed to be the manager. Instead of addressing the problem with professionalism, ***** was rude and dismissive. He refused to provide an email address or his supervisors contact information, and to make matters worse, he told me that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee for items that were never deliveredthis was absurd and insulting.Spending over $11,000 with Value City Furniture, I expected much better treatment. The level of disrespect and lack of accountability I encountered was appalling. I felt devalued as a customer, especially after trusting the store with such a large *********** anyone considering shopping here, beware: the customer service stops as soon as the sale is made. If something goes wrong, youll likely face rude and unhelpful responses rather than solutions.Value City Furniture has lost my trust. Unless they resolve this matter immediately, I cannot recommend them to anyone and will not be shopping here again. A company that cares so little about its customers after the sale is not one I can support.American Signature Inc.

Buyer beware I bought a 4399.oo dollar sectional in mid November scheduled delivery January 10th I called on the 9th for estimated time of delivery and was told they were out of stock and it would be February or March before they could have one no one called and I had already gave away our old sectional now I have nothing after that long wait. All they had to say was I'm sorry! Now I have to wait on someone else to order me something setting at the dinning room table.American Signature Inc.

Disaster from the start. We went to the store to look at a TV stand with a fireplace. When it was time to purchase, I looked it up and it had me put my store in. It said $219 for delivery or free instore pick up. We live about a mile from the store so we were going to pick it up. They told us" I'm sorry this is only a purchase store, you can pick it up at a store 45 minutes away" the manager ended up giving us delivery for $60 and told us they will call 72 hours ahead of time then 24 hours ahead of time. It was coming on a Wednesday so I took off work. Didn't hear anything from them until 330 pm on Tuesday. A text message saying it was ready to be picked up. I called them and they said they had a computer glitch and it wouldn't be coming. Wasted day off but he offered me free delivery. The next day I called customer service, they apologized and set it up for the following Wednesday. Same deal, 72 hours and 24 hours ahead of time. Took another day off work. I heard nothing until 430pm Tuesday, another text message saying they would be there between 10 and 1. I made plans to take my mom to the Dr. ***** I didn't know if they were actually coming. I tried to call the store but they closed at 5pm. The next morning I called customer service once again and told them I wont be there until closer to 1, still in my window. They marked me down as not going to be home and I didn't receive it yet again. In the end, I contacted the attorney General and they delivered it and gave me free delivery. Nothing for my lost time from work, nothing for them s******* up in the first place, and nothing for them violating their policy of contacting me ahead of time. The policy is on their website. **** poor customer service. Very disappointed!!American Signature Inc.

We ordered furniture back in September. Couch was suppose to be delivered in October and the table and chairs were suppose to be delivered in November. So come October we get everything ready for the new couch we get a text Friday confirming delivery for Saturday about 2 hours later we get a call saying our couch is now not being delivered til January. So we say ok and wait for our table. We get a call and say thats not being delivered til December. They changed our date for delivery for the table 3 times now it was supposed to be delivered January 4 but they now have changed it to march 20. Worse customer service ever. They wont do anything to help. Will never go back to this company again.American Signature Inc.

I made a purchase at the VCF Store in ******** (************************************) on November 23rd, consisting of a 5-piece sofa, a queen bed, and a mirror dresser. The agreed delivery date was December 24th, but the entire process has been an ongoing disappointment.On December 23rd, I received a call stating that the dresser was damaged and would not be delivered, but the rest of the furniture would arrive as scheduled. However, no one contacted me that day to provide a delivery timeframe. I had to go to the store myself, only to find out that no delivery had been scheduled due to an internal mistake. They apologized and rebooked the delivery for January 2nd.On January 1st, I received another call informing me they were still unable to resolve the dresser issue but assured me the sofa and bed would be delivered. On January 2nd, only two pieces of the 5-piece sofa arrived, and the bed was missing entirely. When I contacted the store, the manager acknowledged the situation and promised to refund my delivery fee, which I appreciate. However, this gesture does not resolve the underlying issues with the order or the inconvenience caused.This experience has been extremely frustrating, and the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. While the offer to refund the delivery fee is a small consolation, it doesnt address the larger problems. I am deeply disappointed with the customer service and will definitely share the issues Ive had. I strongly recommend that no one buy from this store.I went, again, personally to the store to claim my money back, as they are clearly unable to solve the problem quickly. The managers response was that they could only process the refund after collecting the pieces already delivered. Honestly, this is just getting better and better. They are the ones who failed to commit to the agreed dates, messed up the delivery, and now want to dictate the terms of how I can get my money back.American Signature Inc.

BUYER BEWARE! We paid $1729.97 cash for a sofa and love seat 9/1/2024. We were told that set was in stock. We are old & live on social security. Delivery was promised on 9/18/2024 because they only delivery in ***** on Wednesdays. We asked if they picked up our old furniture. They said no. The day before delivery of new furniture, we arranged for our old sectional to be removed. Day of delivery; nothing. We called the store. They said the furniture was not in stock. They then promised delivery the following Wednesday. We sat on plastic lawn chairs in our living room for that one week period. Comfortable? NO! But the corporate office was kind enough to pay us $150 for our inconvenience. Delivery came. The love seat was damaged as they were taking it off the truck. Pictures. We called the store again. They scheduled a repair man to fix it. He came as scheduled; fixed the hole in the love seat as best he could, but. We called the store AGAIN; explained that we were not happy with a repaired new piece of furniture. More broken promises were made. More lies, more BS, more disrespect from the store. They never call back when they say they will. They sweep you under the rug, hoping in time you'll just go away, I guess. It is now 12/30/2024. We got more lies from the store people. The manager fails to return our call. My ** is through the roof. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!We just want this resolved. We want them to take the love seat back and refund us for that piece. We're not asking for extra. We just want to be treated fairly and respectfully BEFORE this year ends.American Signature Inc.

I would give zero stars if I could. We bought a sectional and two ottomans in November just before Thanksgiving. We were told there were "multiple" in stock which is partly why we ordered it! The delivery men showed up the next week with only half of our couch which we did not know until they brought in the other pieces. Upon my husband asking where the rest was they looked oblivious and told him to call the store. *****, the store manager said oh yeah they dropped the ball on that, the rest will be delivered next month since it is on backorder. We said we wanted to return the pieces we received since we needed a couch asap and to look for another that was in stock. He initially said he'd have to charge us a restocking fee, for what? This was the store's fault. After tons of phone calls, being left on hold and transferred to multiple oblivious staff, he canceled the restocking fee and said they'd set up a pick up date to grab the couch we wanted sent back. 4 weeks go by and nothing. No phone call was returned, we even stopped in person. He didn't remember us. Well, to our surprise they show up weeks later to deliver the other half! No notes of a pick up. Of course we decline, and they pick up what we wanted returned. 2 weeks have since gone by, and no sign of any refund. They even marked the other half delivered! This company is illiterate and is now stealing from me. I will never shop here as long as I live. I have never dealt with such difficult staff and management in my life. I just want my $2500 back, it is unbelievable.American Signature Inc.

I ordered 8 chairs. Delivery date for me to drive and pick up was changed several times. Zero notification, all date changes i had to investigate. Third delviery date, said delivered, drove to store, order not there. This is over the course of several months and they held my money the whole time. Solution was to wait 3 more months so they could hold my money and maybe the chairs would arrive. Its a scam, they sell items and create orders they can not provide or fulfill.American Signature Inc.
