      Terrible Experience Completely Unprofessional Like many others, our experience with Value City Furniture was awful. Initially, we were told our couch would be delivered in November. That date came and went without any contact from them. Then, we were told it would arrive in mid-December. When it finally showed up, only half of the couch was deliveredagain, with no prior communication to inform us of this.Who delivers half of a couch? Its not like these were two separate, standalone pieces. The left and right sides of the couch go together, making the delivery of only half completely unacceptable and nonsensical.Frustrated, we asked them to pick it up and issue a refund. The scheduled pickup day arrived, and once again, no contact. When we called to follow up, we were told we were on the list, but no time frame could be provided for when they would actually come. To make matters worse, they couldnt even confirm if the pickup would happen at all that day.And any time you ask to speak with a manager, they refuse to get on the phone and avoid you at all costs.This company is completely disorganized and unprofessional in both their communication and customer service. Avoid at all costs.

      After dealing with online support then having to go to a local store I will not buy from them again . I was also advise others not to buy from them as well. If online support wasnt bad enough the manager of a local store I visited was rude and condescending. He made the process of returning an item demeaning. After I walked out of the office I heard the manager and another worker laughing which was unprofessional.

      This is for the ******** (UTC Area) store. I have purchased 4 beds, a reclining chair along with a leather couch from American Signature. I purchased two beds back in Feb 2024. I have been having back issues ever since. I stopped in to speak with the Store Manager, **** 2 weeks ago. He agreed to send out a Tech named ******. I was told to call back after a few days to get the results of his visit. I did not receive a call back, so I decided to call AS and spoke with ***** in ***************** **** is always in a conference call with his boss apparently. I have since left 4 messages and still not one call back, all within 1 week. My last message was with Jaxson. Same non results. During my visit with ****, I told him I was going to be purchasing a Temperpedic no matter what the **** said. ****** was very professional and pleasant to deal with and perhaps should be the Store Manager. Still no call back as of 12/18/24. I just purchased my Temperpedic bed and base elsewhere and will be spreading the good word of how unprofessional the Store ******, **** is. I was just looking for a call back with ANY results from Francos visit. **** literally had a $6,000 sale by placing one call back to me and choose not to. Not good for business.

      I placed an online order for a $3400 sectional in September with a November delivery date. After confirming the delivery via their dispatch App, the delivery team only bought 3 out of 4 pieces. I refuses the order since it was incomplete. I was advised someone would contact me asap. A day place with no contact from VCF. I made contact with their corporate offices twice and both times was advised they was not sure where my last piece was and that they would email the store directly to have someone contact me. I never received it so I drove an hour to my local store, and was first told it was on the truck that just came in but then the person told me that it never shipped and again advised me that the Manager would reach out to me by *** to update me on my order. To this day, still no contact from VCF Duluth with an update or expected delivery date. Getting very tired considering I ordered this sectional 3 months ago!

      If I could give zero stars I would. We had bought a sectional from VCF and the quality was shotty so it didnt last even 3 years. When we called in for the Warranty they delayed 10 weeks, then we were told to wait another 10 weeks to finally get the answer that they would not be able to honor the warranty because our sectional was no longer available. They did give us store credit but when they came to deliver the pieces we ordered with those credits they did not have our sectional takeaway scheduled at the same time like we planned for. When they put me on the phone with the manager he was extremely rude and unprofessional and he ended up hanging up on me before providing any kind of possible resolution. His name was ***** near ****** Oh for any supervisors reading this. I still have my old sectional and we have new furniture coming soon from the place we should have gone to first, A.S.H.L.E.Y.S. We still have no idea when they will be delivering the rest of our furniture that they werent able to deliver or when they will come to take the sectional they said they would take. I will never use this business EVER again. Completely ridiculous customer service and absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone who is supposed to be upholding the standards.

      I bought a sectional from Value City in **************, ****. They said the sectional was in stock. They only delivered half a sectional and said the other was on back order. I spoke to *****, the manager at **********************, and advised him I wanted to return it. Some back and forth ensued as he blamed the customer and then he agreed to let me return it with no restock fee. He stated he would call the ************* to get a pickup date and would call me back. Over a week later I still dont have the other part of the sectional that I paid for and no pickup date for the return. At this point it's theft by deception. Everytime I call he is "busy" and will call me back but he wont. The lady who answers the phone is very condensending and everytime I call it's her. I tried calling the canton location to speak to a manager about pickup and get the same "he is busy. He never calls back. I dont kmow what to do other than drop half a sectional on the front lawn of the business at this point but I need my money back. Terrible customer service and business practices.

      I ordered $4200 worth of furniture for my new home. Value City delivered this furniture in the very first hour of receiving our keys. We spent $250,000 on this home and had it inspected just a week prior. When we moved the furniture from the place the delivery men left it we realized they had done severe damage to our new floor. I called and a complaint was supposed to be sent to management 11 days goes by and nothing. I call back in and the complaint was never even submitted. Then the manager reaches out and informs me that since we moved the furniture they will not be held liable for the damage. I stated in the complaint calls and original emails that we moved the furniture, if we didn't how would we had even seen the damage? Their customer service is a joke and the fact that they are not taking responsibility for their actions is unacceptable. I will NEVER spend another ***** with this manipulative business. This is absolutely unacceptable and they do not care about their customers at all. Now we have to take time off of work, and money out of our pocket to repair a floor that they damaged. I am absolutely devastated. What was supposed to be a good, exciting buying experience of furnishings our very first home has turned into an absolute nightmare and they couldn't care less.

      LESS THAN A STAR $!:? show!! Ordered a bedroom outfit went to pay off and was told delivery wasnt included. When we were told it was included when we went into the store and ordered it. On top of that we were told that it would be available for delivery when we moved and that also was a lie. Manager told us since it was a price hold we had to wait to have it delivered . Which we also were told it would be available for the date we moved. Manager was rude and very unprofessional. (*************) Had to cancel our order all to go to ****** where we should have went in the first place.

      I will NEVER be ordering from this business again and my furniture hasnt even arrived yet!We ordered a dining room table and a kitchen table with a delivery date (and confirmation number) for Nov 22, 2024almost a week before Thanksgiving, which we were hosting. They called us the night before delivery to state nothing was coming and it was ours be another 8 days (original window was 7 so clearly it never even shipped). After scrambling to make other arrangements for the holiday elsewhere since we were table-less, all VCF could offer was $150 off our 4k+ purchase. Fast forward to today, with a scheduled delivery of tomorrow, and we just received a call that we wont get the chairs for the kitchen table for 2 more weeks!!! If I hadnt sold my tables in prep for these then I wouldve asked for a refund and gone with a business that actually delivers. Save your time and money because they will definitely be waste your time.

      My husband just called today because not only did the above happen (which has since been delivered) but the two chairs that were withheld have yet to be delivered and the store cannot tell us the status of them yet.

      Bought furniture from VCF Holland OH on Jun 7 2024.Manager was ***** was there and he was dealing with us for delivery and all stuff we were suppose to get delivery of mattress and sofa in JULY 2024.First they just deliver mattresses and keep delaying delivery for sofa its 6 month now i am still waiting for my love seat. And they are still not giving me exact date of delivery it was suppose to deliver on NOV 29 ******** they called me said we cannot deliver your sofa on Nov 29.And crazy part is MANAGER ***** is offering $75 off on my purchase. He know how much stuff i have bought from there. This is a FULLSTOP for me and my family towards VCF. Never ever going there will pay extra at some other shop but not again to VCF. This is sad they ruined my festival.
