      Worst company Ive ever dealt with. I was their customer for 25 years. I filed a claim on my roof . Took 10 months to resolve the issue. If youre smart dont insure anything with them. I had to get the attorney general involved. They made me wait for everything. Sent out a contractor company 5 times called Seek -Now. Beware of them. They give you lowball estimates, so you will give up and accept an unacceptable offer for your roofing claim. I was sent out like 8 different checks for my claim.2 of their people quit while working on my claim.and it just sat there? I could go on forever about the lack of customer service and care.. Never followed up on my claim.On any rating scale they get a big fat zero. They failed in every aspect of service. Stay away from them. Nationwide is not on your side.?? . P. S . the rating scale made me give them a 1 , should be a zero 0 .

      I was a Nationwide customer for 4 years . I got my first car , and was setup with nationwide as my insurance . I knew being my first vehicle , it was gonna cost money . The next 2 years my rate went down . I traded in that car , for a SUV , which actually saved me money on insurance . A few months after purchasing this SUV I nail a deer . Not only was the claim process a complete nightmare , my agent was unprofessional with me , and the mechanic who was in charge of repairing my vehicle . Renewal comes around and they almost doubled my current rate , another renewal comes and they almost double that rate . After 2 years , and 4 raises in my rate , I had enough . I moved to another state at this point , called my local insurance agency and got a deal way better with more coverage than nationwide was offering me . I would avoid this company at all costs !

      Nationwide *****. They offer no help. They call everything wear and tear and natural causes. They offer no pay outs. They have high deductibles. They have poor communications with their customers. By your side. Yeah just to look at the damages and be like daaaang that *****. What are you going to do

      FSP HOME WARRANTY NATIONWIDE IS TERRIBLE!
      They take your money but refuse to help out when you put in a claim. The salesman was a liar the way he presented everything to me. When trying to talk to them one guy hung up
      On me.

      Nationwide increased my premium nearly 200% without notifying me. They directly billed my mortgage company, which continued to make payments at the old rate. I accrued a $4k deficit in my escrow account and that's how I finally determined that Nationwide had increased my insurance premium.
      It is criminal to increase the insurance premium without notifying the customer.

      On May 16, 2023, my wife and I purchased a travel insurance policy for $494.48 for a trip to Israel in February of 2024, thru Nationwide Travel Insurance, and thru their partner, Trawick Travel, of Fairhope, Al.
      During my initial conversation with Elizabeth on May 16th, she advised me that my insurance policy was thru a reputable insurance company, Nationwide Insurance, and my satisfaction was guaranteed.
      On October 15, 2023, I was advised by Perillo Tours (a reputable company) that our tour was cancelled. If I had I purchased our trip insurance with Perillo Tours, our trip insurance would have been refunded! They also refunded our initial $1,000.00 deposit.
      On October 16, 2023, I spoke to Craig at Trawick (NW Travel Claims) and he advised me that I was eligible for a refund. I was later advised that I was not eligible for a refund.
      I have contacted Nationwide Travel and Trawick Insurance multiple times in writing and verbally asking for a refund of the $494.48 or a credit on a future trip.
      These partner companies are very good at giving you the "run around" and providing poor customer service.
      I suggest avoiding them.

      We had hail damage all over our subdivision, ALL of neighbors replaced roofs EXCEPT us, our insurer, Nationwide denied the damage with two inspection.
      Both, left and right, front houses were built 1-2 year before or ahead. Our house was not covered by insurance. My roofs are in pretty damaged, their roof inspector is just a joke.
      My neighbor says, Nationwide is horrible, has no ground at least in south.
      Avoid an insurer who avoids protecting your property. I switched to Alfa, the best insurer in South, and $200 cheaper with better coverage!
      I have been busy for day to day work, and had faith on the agent of Nationwide, but they failed to give the very important message to their customer "Peace of mind"

      In February of 2024 my sister pasted. She had a pension with ******** that was then taken over by ****** and that was sold to Nationwide Life and Annuity Insurance. I have provided information via fax and certified name after multiple times of Nationwide saying they didnt receive the information. And after 4 months, it is still in review, even after I have provided multiple times that the beneficary of the pension is alive and well. I have the signed documents from ******** from 2019, but Nationwide will not pay the pension out. I tried BBB, but was notified they do not handle these types of cases.
      I would strongly recommend that if you have a pension either with Nationwide OR that is SOLD to Nationwide Life and Annuity Insurance you take great care and learn all you can about what they will do when you pass, because they may chose to NOT HONOR the pension you worked for, even with your beneficaries listed, if they chose not too.

      Cant get through to anyone they sent my 401k check to the wrong address. Last 4 people I talked to were in another country.
