      ****** ******* Worst Nationwide employee I have ever dealt with. How she is still employed by Nationwide is beyond me. Does everything in her power to screw over the ones that pay her salary and has a voice that just grates at you. Although I do not agree on how Nationwide handled my claim, ****** is the main reason why I am leaving. She is truly a classless act.

      Do not use Nationwide for travel insurance. We filed a small claim for our cancelled trip to Israel. Airlines cancelled all flights, travel company could not provide tour. I sent Nationwide every single document including a letter from the travel company offering other destinations yet Nationwide is not satisfied and keeps asking for an "official" cancellation letter. There is a **** war going on! I'm writing off both the claim and the money I paid to Nationwide to insure the trip but in return,
      DO NOT USE NATIONWIDE FOR YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE!

      I have had Nationwide pet insurance for years for two different dogs. I thought they were great they were always quick to pay a claim and paid what they did. Last week my dog had surgery which is which I have pet insurance for the surgery came up to $2,000 which I had called ahead of time to make sure they cover. They do cover it but they have a cap of $550 per incidents. So I'm stuck paying the other $1,450. This is ridiculous the reason I have pet insurance is so that they do not get stuck paying huge cost for surgery. I would let everybody know that Nationwide is not the insurance company for your pet. I will be dropping them immediately as soon as I have the stitches taken out of my dog. I called the company and they were not concerned at all that I was not happy with their $550 cap

      Nationwide for the 3rd year in a row didn't sent a renewal notice or new insurance cards for my motorcycle although I had requested mail service.
      Insurance was cancelled so I went to Progressive. Yearly premium was also about half what I was paying to Nationwide. Couldn't even talk to a real person at Nationwide.
      They were good when I first signed up but obviously they're not the best anymore.

      Don’t buy pet insurance. They changed our coverage after months of having it. Medical Review and Underwriting from nationwide defrauded us. They changed his diagnoses to before we even owned him. Nationwide says they won’t cover anything related now. Nationwide pet insurance is a scam. I will never recommend any sort of nationwide service again. Hopefully we can pay our rent for the next coming months. We were relaying on nationwide not breaking contract. What heartbreaking news to receive from Nationwide. NATIONWIDE IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE

      Nationwide is a joke and a constant embarrassment and disappointment. I have severe damage to my kitchen floor due to a leak underneath the sink but because the damages weren't "recent and immediate" enough, their hands are "tied" and "there's nothing they can do". I'm basically paying over $100 for useless insurance. It took everything in my power not to go blind with rage when they told me this. All insurance companies are scam artists but do yourself a favor and avoid this clown show of a insurance company because their abhorrent policies. They deserve way less than 1 star.

      Was in an accident where one of their customers was at fault.
      Submitted a claim almost four weeks ago. They decided my vehicle would be a total loss. Have been in email conversation with the person assigned to my claim. Has been a week and 3 days since I sent my last email. I sent an email to prompt a response after a week. Still nothing. My vehicle is not usable and I have not been offered any provision for that. If I was ever at a point to switch insurance companies, this will not be a choice for me. Nationwide has proven that they are NOT on my side!

      So I have an emergency for my dog and it cost 3,800.
      Nationwide paid only $555.
      these services were done in the Northern Virginia area by a respected *** *** group. Nationwide has limits on what they will pay for each service, for ultrasound the cost was $720 and Nationwide pays $200. and then they ignore all the other costs.
      I feel like a fool for paying $119 premium for so long and thinking it would help. Waste of money, self insure yourself next time.

      Currently going through a claim. It started off well with a lady. Then I got transfer to guy named *** ****. Ever since everything thing has been horrible. No communication, clocks ticking things I need to do and in a two week span I’ve been at a standstill with no direction. I even called in to customer service and they provided no solution.

      NO STARS AT ALL! I want to warn other pet owners of my experience with this business. I have a Holland Lop Bunny about 1.5 lbs. (adult size). My bunny will be 5 years old next March. I got ******************** for the bunny because this is the only company in the nation that will offers rabbit health insurance, and they will **** the life out of you!This bunny, luckily, has never had had major issues, only the regular RHD2V vaccine (yearly). So, I got the best plan Nationwide was offering in 2019. Which was 90% coverage with $100/year deductible. The first three years, I was paying about $35/month. About one year ago, around late November, I received the renewal in the mail and there was an increase of over 100%, the monthly installment went from $35 to $77! I was shocked of this huge increase! This is a lot!! This bunny never had a major issue, just a little gas here and there and the annual vaccination. I kept the insurance until today. I received in the mail a new renewal for the same rabbit. The increase is again tremendous, it went from $77 to $147! That's insane, this is what I pay per month for me and I am a lot bigger than a rabbit with no issues. Today I canceled NW, and I never want to hear about this company and their procedures again. The bunny will be 5 soon, these animals live to 7 or 8 years then they pass because it's the natural process of life.Be aware of this company. My advice is to open a savings acct for your bun, and you save money each month. These animals are delicate and from experience there is a high chance that your pet will not survive a serious surgery. Stay away from Nationwide for your bunny. I rescued a cat, and I canceled his insurance as well. I do not trust health insurance anymore. I rather put money on a savings account.
