      Very disappointed with the service my house has had water damaged since November.26,2022. As of today my claim has not been paid my house still has water damage every time it rains my rooms gets wet all over again . I have had three different contractors home inspections paid by Nationwide no one has done nothing. I’m fed up while am I paying insurance

      Nationwide is not on your side. I had a home insurance policy and was dropped after just one year for being in a rural area. Don’t waste your time or money.

      They do not care about their customers . we have a policy and had a very bad medical situation. We needed a grace period to pay the two months by 9 days. They refused . The do not want to talk to the customers directly , and they send you to the agent that initiated the policy , What crap we have been with them for years.

      Took $200 out of my bank account after I cancelled
      Keep being told I will be getting an email to confirm my banking info to get my money back but never got an email
      Which I shouldn't even have to be doing this.
      They are a scam company that steals money
      Now they are claiming I have a different phone number
      Regardless return my money
      Oh and now they are claiming I have a credit of half of what they stole
      This place is a joke and a scam

      Just a terrible company. Caveat emptor! Tried to impose a retroactive charge on a cancelled homeowners insurance policy. Pretended they had a complaint process, but canned responses to my arguments (I am a licensed attorney as well as the homeowner) could have been written by Chat GPT or a robot. Do not do business with them if you expect to be treated fairly. It's that simple.

      Hands down the absolute worse insurance company I have EVER dealt with. If you could get a Z for a grade in customer service they would earn it. My daughter was rear ended by a person that had Nationwide. It took them 3 weeks to tell us that the vehicle was totaled. I emailed the claims adjuster 5 times during that period and left 4 voicemails and he never responded to any of them. The refused to pay for the rental car past the time they gave us a settlement offer (which was very low), and told us it would be another 14 days or so before they would pay off the car to which I asked then why would the rental stop before you pay us our money so we can pursue another vehicle??? no response again.

      I was in an accident with a nationwide member last year. He backed into my vehicle while trying to pull out of a parking spot. He admitted fault and we exchanged info and I took pictures. I filed my claim with nationwide and I spoke to their representative. I repeated to the representative that their member admitted fault. 2 months later I receive info that I was found at fault. When I called nationwide to ask what happened they said the representative I spoke with is no longer with the company and there is nothing they or I can do.
      If I am involved in an accident in the future I hope it isn’t with a nationwide member. I already know who they are going to say is at fault.

      This is the 2 nd time I’ve had to file a complaint on Nationwide. Was told my policy would renew at the beginning of the year around 2/3/2023. Paid a $440 payment only to receive an email saying my policy cancelled on 2/3/2022. Did some research and found out, Nationwide sold my policy to some 3rd party company, without notifying me . Was told the owner of the 3rd party company sold his books and is no longer working with Nationwide. Nationwide refused to reinstate my policy and told me I’d have to find insurance elsewhere…. Then hit me with another bill of $257. Insane an illegal. I

      I have had nationwide insurance for almost 30 years and april 5th a young lady ran a red light and hit me broad side. I still haven't received money for my truck and there claims adjuster has been deplorable about keeping in contact leading me to be without a vehicle.

      If I could give no stars I would.
      These people will tell you one thing and then do something TOTALLY the opposite.
      Need to change your jingle to:
      "Nationwide is being controlled by politicians when it involves somebody else's inheritance. ??????
