      I don't have a problem with this store, but Victoria Secret credit card company and customer service. A few weeks ago I called customer service about being charged twice for the same exact items when I never ordered two of the same exact thing. I had to separate packages.. But only ONE receipt for both of these packages.. showing that I only bought one of each item. I thought it was a mistake so I decided to keep the extra clothes because... who wouldn't? When I called they said they cannot refund me and the only way to get a refund is to return those clothes. I am not returning something that is their fault. I am not sure why it is like pulling teeth to get a refund, ****** and ********* would just let me keep the extra items and give me a refund anyway EVEN if it is outside the return date. The sad thing is I would cancel my credit card but it would ruin my credit score. I just won't use it as much anymore...
      I am absolutely disappointed.. I am a college student and instead of being charged $200 I am charged $400....

      Ordered online and wanted the items asap so paid for express shipping. Received 1/3 items express shipping. 2/3 arriving past Valentine’s Day. The outfit was supposed to be a Valentine’s Day gift. I had met requirements for free shipping but wanted it in time. After much time wasted with the many loops of digital assistance time outs and time on phone call. They reimbursed 50% of cost rather than full or 2/3rds.

      I would give it 0 stars if I could. I have been trying for a year to make a purchase online and through the app. Here are the problems I continue to have:
      1. Can't get into my account. Tried the chat option to send me a new password, but it didn't work. Just says "oops something went wrong try again later".
      2. Couldn't view products for about a year. I click on one to view, any one, and it would show an error page.
      3. Finally able to view products and add them to my cart Feb 2024. However, when I go to check out, it will not let me checkout with a debit or credit card.
      Did you guys outsource your tech people in another country? I have tried to shop in Chrome, your app, on a different phone on Chrome, on a computer, I've tried updating, uninstall/install and nothing works. I don't know how you plan on staying in business if people can't place orders online.

      In my opinion they stole from me. They sent me incorrect items and I returned them with the label they provided within a few DAYS. The tracking number states it was delivered about a week from when I initially received it - so, I returned it promptly. Over a month goes by. No refund in sight. I contacted them repeatedly starting from when I got the incorrect items and they kept closing the chat before a resolution. This final time they said they couldn’t refund me because it had been too long. As if it’s my fault they didn’t process the return. Only store credit. I never want to shop from them again so the store credits kinda bs. They offered extra store credit once I told them I was going to file a police report for theft and I took it since otherwise I’d be out everything. I used my credit and now I’m done with them. Shocked that such a large company is so terrible with customer service. I’ve never dealt with a company that stole from me with absolute zero remorse. Never again. Stay away from this company. They deserve to go out of business.

      Buy 3 panties and get 5 free is misleading! It’s not free! They take $5 off of the price.

      I called and canceled my account and paid in full the amount due. Unfortunately, they didn’t tell me another $2 in interest accrued and then I was given a late fee on my credit report because I had closed the account on 10/5/23 and statement for 12/20/23 said I owed $6 in fees.
      I have never experienced a credit card that when an account is fully closed, not disclose that there may be additional fees. $2 is ridiculous and now I have to deal with my credit report.
      I will never shop there again. It feels VERY shady.

      I have been trying to get online and pay my balance for months and the online system doesn’t work. I then try calling over the phone and they hang up every single time. My late fee needs to be removed or I will be sending this to my local news. I have spent time on the phone just to be hung up on by their customer service line for their credit card. FIX THIS! This is your fault!

      Hello - I want to formally comment on the complete lack of customer service your company provides to working women across your consumer base due to your horrible return policy.
      The process built around only allowing 30 days and then specifically providing only lowest price of the “year” in a substitution immediately is so inconvenient and definitely not customer centric.
      I haven’t purchased a bra for myself in a long while and decided to treat myself for my 40th bday and bought 4 bras at full price. I wore one / and it doesn’t fit well and I pop out of it - so I decided to return the other three and save some money.
      I work full time - and have thee kids and do not live by a Victoria Secrets. I tossed them in my truck and hoped to get there to return within a few weeks. It was 35 days. The bras were sized wrong and don’t fit even. Offering $20 on a bra I spend 50$ bucks on?? On the spot- I didn’t even have time to “shop” for my lower devaluation items because I’m working sans busy!!!
      I don’t know if you plan to succeed with only offering bras to elite’s- or if you really just don’t care about your customers, but you just lost one.
      I called in and even the woman helping me said over 80% of her calls are on this issue alone and all the associates hate the policy. Target corp. has a better customer service program than the VS brand and VS is considered more luxury. I hope this policy gets fixed. Please let me know when it does because I have over $200 worth of unwearable brand new bras to return.

      Bait and switch.
      I went to the website looking for panties — was delighted to see some in the style I wanted that were on clearance for $2.99 each. I followed the link to the page that also said “clearance $2.99”, and I was excited to see that were were actually eight colors to choose from. Two were gray — they look the same to me. I took some time looking at the options and put them in my cart.
      But in the cart, everything was $6 each. I pulled up a live text — messaged with ******** (and took screenshots —available upon request). I shared the website with her. She couldn’t fix it, so she told me to place my order, then give her the order number, and she’d fix it.
      Did all that, then she comes back saying the ones I ordered from that page weren’t on sale, only the gray one that originally took me there. I had even ordered some grays, but despite looking the same, they are labeled with different colors and the one I had randomly picked was not on sale.
      I feel this is an absolute bait and switch, since it prominently says “clearance” when you get to the page and I’ve never before seen a clearance page change to full price by merely selecting a color Going back, I can see that the “clearance” banner disappears when I change color, but by the time I’m looking at colors in the same style and on the same page, I’m not looking for a price change.
      I ended up canceling my order despite wanting the product (even gray). ******** didn’t even see the problem on the page, which also shows it’s sneaky. Tried to leave the website but your system is mistaking it for confidential information.
