      I purchased a doorbell camera and surge protectors through Klarna from Dish network. I made monthly payments on time. when it came to the last payment .I wrote paid in full on memo in check. That was in Feb, so in March I got a bill that said I still owed 52.97 so I paid that and wrote in memo that the bill was paid in full. So again In April I got another bill. when I called the representive told me that there was an interest charge added to the bill for 6.44 ,that the company adds extra interest to unpaid bills , so I sent the 6.44 and told him I was not paying another dime. because
      240.00 has now cost me almost 300.
      I think this company is getting rich on the added charges that the **** ******* people are not telling you when they sell you something. and if you are elderly as I am and live on a very low fixed income all these added charges take food out of my mouth.
      Then this morning I get an E-mail telling me I owe 7.44, hurry lets resolve this payment now .How much more are they going to milk out of me in added interest.

      Klarna is full of ****!!@ i have over 700 on purchase power. After having them for a year with constant so called glitches in taking payments. They now deny my purchases after filing complaints. SCAM!!!!!!

      I am contacting a Lawyer tomorrow due to Klarna's POOR Customer Service.
      Having talked to a Klarna Representative on 3/2/24 [ the first of 4 calls ] I was told not to send my purchase back to **** without **** giving me prior Authorization. I did that . This am I was notified from a Klarna Representative that help and assistance from them was being refused because I didn't send my item back to ****. They were going to proceed forward with 2 remaining Payments.
      This is a $1.000.00 purchase for Vintage items that were repainted to look new again when received. There was no existing original paint left on them.
      Seller on **** sent me a label and stated [ in writing ] there would be a pick up on 3/1/24 with *** for a Return to their Store.
      That never happened . He knew exactly what he was doing as he has 6 Negative Feedbacks as a Seller over the past 6 months from his Store.. I had 3 different **** representatives and the last one stating my case COULD be dropped on 3/2/24 unless I sent the Tracking # I received . I sent that on 3/1/24. I was dropped from my **** Case on 3/2/24
      **** stated to call Klarna. Last Klarna representative [ after 3 Previous ] stated I will send a letter to upper management. Stating " It could take up to 3 weeks but you will hear from Klarna."
      Only heard from Klarna after leaving a bad review.
      I did everything right and know one seems to care except the Attorney who I am speaking with tomorrow.

      Klarna scammed me out of money. I use the app pretty often to break up payments. I had a few orders cancel and they still charged me for it. I tried to open a case, ***** and other “dispute resolution” agents ask for very specific details and though I had a letter from the Merchant stating that the items were cancelled, Klarna wouldn’t accept it AND they closed my case. In an earlier incident a merchant scammed me out of hundreds of dollars and Klarna asked for those specific details, screen shots, etc. I then had that information for that merchant and it was around Christmas 2023, so before I assume the agent went on vacation for the holidays they sent me another email asking for the same information that I had provided to them, I resent it multiple times and then they waited for the day the case would close and told me to provide the information again so I did and the next day the case closed. This instance I didn’t have info they wanted and though I sent them an email with the ****** Customer Service document itemizing the items cancelled, Klarna didn’t accept it and then cancelled my case because it wasn’t the information they wanted. Klarna stated ****** needed to release the funds and ****** said that they never charged for the orders and they couldn’t release funds that were never taken. So Klarna is a SCAM and I’m starting to think they employ those agencies in India that their whole business is scamming people just so they can keep money for items cancelled and never received. I had to dispute several charges with my bank. I will be getting evidence and sharing it on social media and it’s super unfortunate for them because I have friends with MILLIONS of followers so this is going to mess them up real bad.

      They allowed someone to falsely open an account and make purchases under my name, dob and social security number. I had never even heard of this company before until I seen it on my credit report. I had to file a police report and jump through hoops and I am still working on it. They seem more concerned with protecting the person's privacy that created the account under my information than they do to protect my information. Customer service is a joke. I have yet to receive confirmation that the account has been deleted.

      On Friday February 16th 2024, at 6 PM Pacfic Time, the online business send me the link by text messages to make payment by Klarna.That payments was for online training but that business has so many contradiction and never do their promisses.The advisor told me they have 24/7 available couches and I can contact them any time I need them. But They lie about everything and never send me any of the information about thair couches and advisor. When I could not contact them and make any appointments with couches and no information and some searches, I understand it's a fraud. I did contact Klarna less than 48 hours on Sunday February 18th 2024 at 1 PM PST and report the online business as fraud and request a stop the payment and dispute it. But Klarna representative told me Klarna has a contract with business and already pay all the money to the business. How Klarna could pay the $9800 during the weekends?!! All transactions will take minimum 2 to 3 business days to post on account and Monday February 19th 2024 was a holiday too. Klarna did the unauthorized payment. They did not cancle the payment. I keep calling the Klarna for 6 days and told them that's was a fraud business and they should dispute it. Finally Klarna open a case after 6 days. But they said they can't dispute it until the bussines confirmed a returned. I emailed Klarna that, there is no physical package to return and the business don'treply any emails or calls or text. Klarna pay to the Fruad business when I already informed them less than 1 business day. It's means they did an unauthorized payment under my name and they work with a Fruad business. Klarna did clear all my chat with the customer service as well

      Klarna took the two payments from my card even though I told them there system errored out and the order never processed. I spoke with the contractor from Ring Bomb Party and she never received an order. So Klarna will not take off the payment that they took and want me to prove that the order didn't go through. I let them know that the contractor no longer works for Ring Bomb Part y so I can't prove it. Luckially I closed this account and as of today nobody will fix it. Please stay away this company is a ripoff!!!!

      Worst service ever. I have been waiting over a month my rewards from inviting 4 friends. Customer service is a waste of time working from home and do not do anything. They only tell you they have to escalate the issue. They don’t do it and if they do the escalation team won’t reach out to you. They will give you an excuse to avoid paying you. This is a violation of their own terms and conditions which is very serious and unprofessional. Do not use Klarna

      On 3/17/24 I used Klarna to purchase a round trip flight they excepted said flight at $324.40 and they offered me 4 payment breakdown starting with a withdrawal of $ 82.60 first of 4 payments. Sending an email stating the money will be put on hold with this one time payment plan. And if I did not except the hold will be released in 24hrs and only said amount $82.60) will be taken instead they took my darn money. Totally defeat the purpose of me using Klarna fir the convenience of BUY NOW PAY LATER! spoke to reps everyone sorry but couldn't help me. An hour after trying to get the original offer the bank sends me a text stating the money had just been taken. So they could've corrected it when I called...I will Never use Klarna again and will be advising my family and friends not to use them either.

      This company takes extreme measures to quote on quote protect you from fraud which in reality is making the buy now pay later experience a horrible one. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to check out and pay for your purchase.
