      I would never use Klarna again. We financed a piece of exercise equipment, and from day one had issues with our auto pay. They claimed it was our bank, but after several calls, to both Klarna Customer Service, as well as our federal credit union it seems the error was on the Klarna end. They could never move the call to management and could never resolve the issue itself. Then they tried to start charging me a late fee because of declined payments. Payment a were never declined from the bank. We also had confirmation of our accounts being attached to Klarna several times they kept deleting our account information and not processing payments. Terrible experience would never recommend to anyone.

      This company is a scam, do not use their service and do not trust them. I recently had to report an unauthorized transaction with them for an Airbnb I paid for in full and they still refused to take off the remaining fraudulent payment schedule. I obviously requested a new debit card but I’m concerned about this being sent to collections. I have excellent credit and don’t want to be harmed by a deceptive business. If my remaining balance that was already paid to Airbnb in full over a month ago ends up in collections, I will have no choice but to take legal action against this deceptive company. I know I have proof to dispute these charges with the credit bureau if Klarna decides not to do their job, but I shouldn’t even be put through this headache. I will never use their service again and will be warning others about my experience as well.

      I would think twice about working with Klarna. They told me to return the dress to the address given by the company so I paid for the return shipping and then they said because I didn't use a company provided label, that I could not get a refund. I ended up paying $200 for nothing.

      This company deserves a -0 rating.. Klarna is a **** & *** ***** service that failed to provide me with neither customer support or trust. This company was founded and is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Only a few US headquarter locations are listed. This company does not provide a physical address or phone number. All communication is handled only via chat.. After waiting for more than a month for an item to arrive from a retailer that I purchased through Klarna, it never arrived. I requested a refund and an investigation to the whereabouts of the package through a Klarna “Support Specialists” as the retailer was UNWILLING to follow up (whom also has been reported.) During this time, my financial institution refunded me for the purchase made through Klarna, however, Klarna turned around and recharged me for the purchase stating that per the shipping service, the item was recorded to have been “delivered”. Klarna then informed me that they my case was closed and I was required to repay for the purchase and proceeded to pull the funds from my bank account. Klarna’s resolution concluded as choosing to support the shipper ABOVE the customer issue. I had to revisit my financial institution to have the item refunded a 2nd time.       Worse company ever. Purchased flight tickets, there was an issue and I had to cancel the order. The first installment was refunded back to my debit card but now Klarna is refusing to credit my return back to my purchase power. They are claiming that the purchase power is an “estimate” which is insane cause it was a cancelled one time card which literally says is supposed to be refunded back to account. Do not use this company.

      I have been using Klarna for quite some time. It suddenly tells me that I don't have any purchase power and that my credit is bad, even though my credit score is almost 800. It's fine and I can purchase a different way, it's just a really bad look for Klarna.

      I placed an order through Klarna, the mercant ********* sent me the items. The items were poor quality. I tried several times to get the merchant to give me a refund. We emailed back and forth. They offered me a$3.00 refund at first,then $5.00. When I refused they stopped corresponding with me. I took all of the merchandise and returned it to one of the warehouse facilities that I found the address to. I contacted Klarna to inform them of the issue and asked for a refund.They said they would reach out the merchant since they wouldn't respond to me. This return was dine in November. They put a hold on the 3rd payment until they were done investigating. Weeks later the next payment came out. I went through the whole process again with them 5 times. They are still not willing to help me. I have given the tracking number several times. Every time they say they are going to help, they are going to report the merchant and don't have anything. I have taken screenshots of the interactions with them and provide that every time to the next person. This a multi million dollar company who should be there to protect the customer from scams like this. Yes ********* is at fault and guilty of scamming me but Klarna had poor customer service. You should be protecting me.Last time 2 agents ended the chats with me, I was not done. They told them could not help me , and that reach out the merchant.
      Beware of Klarna, they are there for the customers best interest. They are to mess with you and hurt you. I have emails agents saying they are going to help and nothing happens. Don't know where else to turn. They have turned their back on me. Horrible company.

      My experience on the Klara app has been nothing short of amazing! I must admit that, there are times that I tend to go overboard with my expenditure and they still trust me enough to lend a hand! Their customer support are always helpful, I wish I knew about this App sooner, My credits gotta to go!!.

      Klarna is making me pay for an order that I never completed. The customer service is not helpful, they had me on a review since Jan and then all of sudden took me off a review. Now saying that I’m past due and I owe money on the purchase I didn’t complete. I have explained my situation to 4 people and no one has helped me resolve my issue. I was using the app, I applied for a one time use card, I decided against the order while reviewing over my cart. Then the next day I go to check and now I have this payment plan. I’m like why? I never went through with the purchase. I do not know why they just did not review the one time use card, it will show the money was never used. I can’t believe that this is happening and I’m being made to pay for something I never received. No one has helped me, once the purchases that I did make are paid off , I will never return. I need this issue resolved.
