      Klarna is misleading and preying on the poor. I had an order with a store that should have refunded me and didn’t. Klarna promised me to dispute it and refund me. I did everything I was told and they didn’t refund me. Klarna is now playing around with the interest. Each customer service agent has a different story. They are focused on just getting you off the phone or chat and don’t help. When asking why the interest tripled they say it’s the system. When asking why I was charged for 3 times when I only agreed to one payment for that month they blamed the system. When asking for a supervisor they blame the system. One agent on the phone said what is the big deal it’s only $100 more. Unacceptable. Unhelpful when there is an issue. Only know how to take money and play games with interest and don’t help and lie when you need them. Klarna is a scam and this isn’t my first time using them. I’ve always payed on time and in full but the second I had an issue and needed to return and the store gave me a problem even though I was within my right to return klarna lied about getting me a refund. Lied about disputing this for me. I even got a fake claim number because when I called back with a claim number the agent on the phone said there’s no such thing and they don’t give claim numbers.

      Will never use again. Financed a mattress with them and everythimg was fine for about 1.5yrs on autopay. Then I had to update my payment information to a new card, and for some reason the autopay stopped collecting and said the payment failed, three months in a row. Then they said I had to pay off the balance or they would send to a collection agency. I tried to pay online and on the app but the payment options wouldnt load over and over again. Chatted with a real person and they cant take payment over the phone. Kept trying the app and it finally worked and I paid off the balance using the same card that was on autopay. This place is a joke and I hope those late payments dont reflect on my credit score. Will never use Klarna again!

      On December 4, 2023, I received a telephone from Klarna's credit card security upon receiving this call I immediately followed up with Klarna's customer service and upon reviewing my account discovered that there were several out-of-state purchases that I had not made nor authorized. I confirmed that during these purchases I had in my possession my physical Klarna card. Klarna customer service took my report of these unauthorized charges and stated that they would be issuing me a new credit card and closing out my virtual card. I received my new Klarna credit card sometime around December 19, 2023, and received an email on January 26,
      2024. I tried to purchase on February 8, 2024, and my Klarna credit card was denied. I immediately reached out to the Klarna Customer Service Department, who stated that I needed to reach out to the Klarna Fraud Department, which I did and spoke to a woman who stated that the person who wrote the email labeled two was not a part of her team and when I stated that what was being done was discrimination given the fact that I lost my purchasing power due to no fault of my own. Instead of helping me, she stated, " I see how much you love being a Klarna credit card holder" and I stated "No it is not about loving my Klarna Credit Card it is about me being a loyal customer and due to no fault of my own I am now being discriminated by Klarna after Klarna issued me a new credit card and acknowledged that my account was compromised. As of February 7, 2024, send me the following "Thank you for contacting us. Upon review of your dispute (fraud), we have determined your dispute is valid and have found that you are not liable for payments. To avoid further purchases being placed using your personal information, Klarna has suspended your details in our system and the account has been closed."

      I have been a loyal customer of Klarna for a little over a year. I have never had a bad experience until today. I received a fraudulent charge on my Klarna card and disputed it a month ago. The dispute went in my favor as of yesterday and then they suspended my account after telling me my account would not be suspended and I could continue using my card. The next day my card declines and customer service has no idea how to assess the situation. I spoke with a very helpful woman named *** on the chat. She helped me the best she could and that is appreciated. however, again as a loyal customer who has spent thousands of dollars using the Klarna card and has never missed a payment or have been late and made every payment in full, I can’t believe how difficult it is to receive a new card. I am unable to get a new card due to fraudulent charge on my Klarna card and in order for me to get a new one I have to add myself to the waitlist and wait for an opening and hope they approve me for one again. I’ve decided to pay off my balance, and no longer move forward with Klarna if this is how they treat their loyal customers And cannot assist them properly. I no longer want to do business with them.

      I used Klarna to purchase a phone case with *******. Unfortunately, the case I bought was defective so ******* offered me a refund. Klarna only refunded me a little over half of what that refund actually was. I reached out to Klarna, and they said that my bank needs to give ridden confirmation that I did not receive any additional refunds. I explained that my bank cannot provide me written confirmation as I spoke to a representative and they said they are only able to give me the same screenshots I see on my end which I provided to them.
      They are saying that is not sufficient, and that they refuse to give me my refund.
      I would rather use any other app moving forward than Klarna, because it is clear that they are trying to withhold your funds.

      No matter how much evidence you give you still end having to pay the money if you was Giving a product that like nothing like what you ordered for.

      I do not recommend Klarna services at all. I have used Klarna services many times in the past. Randomly for some reason, I am unable to have a reasonable offer for payment options. I used to pay a small payment upfront and had the option to make 6 equal payments every 2 weeks. Now, I only have the option to pay nearly the whole amount upfront. Why would I use your services when I could just buy the item outright? When I spoke to someone over the phone, I was told it is based off an algorithm. I don’t understand what is being considered. I used Klarna for years and always paid off the amount sooner than negotiated. I am financially able to make the purchases in full without Klarna services. I have excellent payment history. So what is the issue? Will never use again.

      I have been dealing with this place for over 6 months trying to get my money back from orders I never made or received. They show it’s been escalated but they refuse to accept responsibility that after showing written proof that I did not place the orders, nor did I receive them. I have written verification from Amazon showing that I did NOT place or get the orders, but they still refuse to process a refund to me. I have about 6 orders that I am trying to get refunded for and still nothing. They have finally quit answering any emails calls, etc. I have told them that I intend to sue to get back my money as they took it from me fraudulently. Still no response. Anyone even thinking about using this app, please stay away. They take money that is not theirs from you, ignored emails from me and Amazon, and now I’m having to jump through hoops to get back what should have never been taken. They evidently hope that you’ll give up and just consider it a loss, but I can’t afford to do that. So I will have to turn this over to an attorney for resolution. Stay away from this app by all means necessary
